The hidden gem of Montejunto..... I've been here several times with my bf, now husband and the food and service never disappoints. There's nothing like sipping wine from the top of a mountain and eating good food. The best time to go is during sunset as the colors of the sky are magnificent! p.s. take jacket or shawl it gets pretty windy up there.

Incredible place! Touring the windmill was a wonderful experience and the food was absolutely delicious. The people are very welcoming and friendly as well!

What an unexpected delight ! Fantastic location ,second to none on top of a mountain. Didn’t know what to expect when we got there having google a restaurant on the Serra It’s surpassed all our expectations. I know it was Mother’s Day but the little details the wild flowers on the table and the superb cheese and wine the way everything was presented made it a really especial experience the food was great too and very well priced we would have expected to pay more giving the location . And thank you to the waiter he was so lovely professional and made us feel very welcome and looked after.

Second time visit on August 23 on a Sunday. As the first time the food was excellent. Service is very good, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Will be happy to return.

Excelent experience. Mandatory dish is Cozido no Pão. Be sure to book in advance and don't forget to reserve this dish. The views are fantastic in the top of a mountain. Only opens on weekends.

On top of Montejunto mountain, with almost 360º views, a place where windmills pay a tribute to the history and the labor of those who dedicated their lives to making flour... There you will find a quiet, friendly restaurant, with beautiful views tasty food and excellent customer service. It's worth the drive there!

A real local experience with an amazing view! We missed a very good looking iberico pork because we‘re vegetarian but the option still where enough and very delicious.

Not my favorite restaurant, it was highly recommended by friends, however, we do have different expectations. I found my food to be very bland and not that great, views are very good, a little expensive for what you get. They say it’s expensive because of the view 😳 Probably will not be going back at this time, but who knows…. One day might take visitors up there for a quick meal and enjoy the beer and working windmill.

First timer. Small place, amazing location, delicious food, great and friendly service. Plan ahead, reservations are available for 2023. Good luck.

Food was excellent had the cozido our waitress was kind and explained everything. You will not get a more expansive view anywhere. Working windmill with free tours next door
