Room was ok, cramped though. Typical hotel structure with just rooms and restaurant inside a compound. No breathing space inside the compound, unlike club Mahindra next door. Food was OK. Service too was OK. Will I stay again, not really.

Service is exceptional. The staff called to check on the day of the check in - figured we are delayed and would arrive after buffet closed- offered to keep the food in the room along with an oven to heat the food we asked. When we had early checkout - the chef personally ensured that a breakfast pack with sandwiches, fruits and muffins are under out by the reception in the morning

Easily a best place to stay in Manali. The food, service, hospitality were top notch. And the snowy mountain view was just amazing. Had a wonderful experince and great stay at sterling Manali.

Rooms are really spacious and have all the amenities. Staff is very helpful & polite. Food is also good. Definitely a delightful stay.

Sterling Kufri and Manali both has problem with centralize heatingWe booked premier room well in advamce even though,after we checked in 4 /5 hours they took to rectify yet failed later they provided with normal table heater.

A very good place to stay in Manali. Location is perfect, you can easily do Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, Keylong, Barcha, Sethan Valley.. all on a day trip from the hotel. Awesome and well maintained rooms, service and food is great too. We travelled with family and kids. Kids enjoyed their play area. All in all a great place 👍🏻

It's a pleasant experience to stay at Sterling Manali. Every member right from front office to restaurant to housekeeping teams worked in a highly professional way to make our stay very comfortable.

Hotel is in good location. Rooms are clean as usual in sterlings. No lotion and conditioner in bathroom. Hot water is not hot to the temperature in manali, it is warm, so shivering after bath is common. View: I had a studio room, from the glass window, its a snow mountain. Its mesmerizing. Reception: The receptionist keep arguing on whatever I ask even for hot water, so i never goto him. Restaurant: Donot try Himachali thali. Its waste of money. No taste and it is bland. Multicuisine restaurant : try to go for breakfast and dinner combo, it will be good value for money. Restaurant guys including restaurant manager is of bad attitude and they keep arguing and you will spoil the vacation, try to avoid them. Talk to chief chef only, He is polite. Never go for ala carte. For 1 rasam rice,1 curd rice, 1 poriyal, 2 soups, they charged me Rs1600. Better to avoid ala carte. Pasteries are so good, i would rate as top1 in all the sterling resorts I stayed so far. Manager is polite. Overall: Property is good. Maintenance is not upto the mark. People argue and defend themselves, which is bad. To the management: Please train the people to be friendly and take care of the customers and not to argue.

The experience was amazing. The rooms were quite nice and spacious. The serving people were very polite and helpful. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that the location of the hotel was very far from the Mall Road.

No parking they have Again At mid night they wake up guests nd ask to remove vehicles, At least not Bad

It was an express check in. Staff very polite and helpful. A peaceful to stay. Food quality excellent.

All things was good but when i check out and we left our luggage at reception and we go out to explore manali because our bus was 10pm so we have enough time so approx at 6 pm manager came and saw our luggage and asked his co worker aree ye abhi gaye nhi His junior sir vo ghoomne gaye hai Manager - aree yar ( his face reaction clearly says that he didn't that we can put our luggage because we have checked out) For all staff and hotel 10/10, at reception they was very kind and supportive if come manali in future defenetly stay only in sterling manali only because of all staff except manager. But for manager 1/10

Location. 5km away from Manali, it is in Pirni. Located right on the narrow dirty congested road. Poor surroundings. Rooms. Room no 2005 and 2007. Rooms are OK, having basic amenities, running cold and hot water, fan AC. No view. Food. Overpriced spicy unhealthy food. Restaurant. Racist staff towards Bengali speakers. Long wait time. Managed by unprofessional staff. Trout fish dishes are over priced but good. Buffet breakfast. Limited items, slow unprofessional service. Need to ask for coffee four times then they bring and put the coffee there. Beware. During my stay at room 2007 one morning at 5am I woke up with intense burning smell and smoke inside the room and no electricity, telephone also not working. I immediately had to leave the room with my kids to reception and woke up the receptionist. He was angry at me for waking him up and yelled at me. After 30 minutes they shifted me to another room. There's no Smoke detector in the rooms, and we could have suffocated to death due to the smoke originated from electric devices failure. If you are concerned about your family safety Don't even think of this poorly run facility.

I am a frequent business traveler and in Manali Sterling is one of the best for every kind of traveler. It is little away crom Manali Mall Road's chaos. Very polite and nice staff and good amenities.

Rooms are good warm and cosy. Hotel staff Service is also decent. Food they has to improve a lot. Need to work on Food

We had a good experience at Sterling. Food, staff, Ambience, cleanliness, heating , everything was quite well maintained. The food preparation was very good. In-room dining cost (considering Quantity & quality)was quite decent and it was value for money. We have ordered American Chopsy , special Chicken Biryani, Veg Pulau , the total cost was 1300 INR and was quite enough for four adults.

Fantastic place.. good food and service.. they hv a gaming zone too with a few interior games for kids and adults with different events held everyday. Had a Good spa experience.

it was a wonderful experience to stay, with beautiful rooms, and great hospitality. The clubhouse guy taught me to play Table Tennis The only problem is they have veg and nonveg food, so I had to look for nearby restaurants for food. Else everything was great

I've been to many sterling properties, but this has been by far my most average experience. The property itself is pretty small and the room service and house keeping wasn't up to the mark and took ages. The food as well was pretty average, nothing great for the price charged.

Overall all the staff are very co-operative and good. Food is also good. Cleaning and maintenance should improve a bit. As the mirrors in the rooms was not clean up to the mark. And the exhaust fan sound in the bathroom is so much that u need to keep it off at all times.

Makemytrip gave a better deal than the hotel on walk in, rooms were comfortable, breakfast was a disappointment. Poor service and even till 8am the food was not completely ready.

Sterling Holidays has actually brought us closer to our children as we now take holidays together regularly and are able to spend quality time together. Staff is humble, cooperative and polite. Food quality and taste is good. Nice ambience. But missed Spa and Evening Activity this time in Sterling Manali. Greener Property will be more appreciated.

Good rooms, we were in duplex family room. Had great view of the valley and hill side. Staff was most helpful and courteous. Travel desk helpfully explained all sight seeing options and provided minute details. In house restaurant food was very good.
