When you wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes you would expect to get fresh food. NOPE!! Got two burgers, both burnt and then microwaved to the point the cheese was hard. The buns were hard as rocks. Why do they even microwave food?? Alexander City Al. The entire crew needs to be fired.

Me and my boyfriend came to get a quick bite, there was absolutely no line in front of or behind us. We ordered, they told us a different price 3 times, no biggie, mistakes happen. Pull up to the window and get our drink, no straw, we're waiting several minutes and during this time me and my boyfriend are talking and laughing, and 2 girls and 2 guys are playing around. One young girl opens the window and asks if we're laughing at them. We say no and continue waiting. The two girls dance and make a video and play around. Finally an older woman comes around and yells at them...our bag had been sitting there ready the whole time! Then we get out to the parking lot to eat and no forks, no napkins, and no straw! Horrible horrible employees and awful training. Food was average so nothing to say there. I'd give 0 stars if I could for the service alone.

I try to be fair when I leave a review however my wife was severely disrespected by the staff. My wife placed her order and when she got to the window someone took her card and gave her her food. She sat there waiting on drinks because apparently you can’t sub a frosty for a drink that already comes with the meal anymore. Then an employee comes to the window shouting a total in which the my wife stated “ I already gave you my card” this made the employee mad and we heard another employee say what the F did she say. The employee located the card and then she said that she didn’t take it you didn’t hand it to me using condescending tone. We understand that we’re not going to receive Chick-fil-A treatment but we don’t want to go somewhere where we are completely disrespected.

They refuse me cupholders for togo orders and doordash orders. These are paying customers and they deserve to have the same advantages as regular customers! This place is ran very unprofessionally and is not there for the guest they are there to hang out cause that's all they do! Even the general manager refuses to give cupholders. What the hell am I supposed to do if I have 3 or more drinks! The fact that they don't even give cup holders shows how much they care about there guest and the guest experience. Something that means so little and they can't even do it. I'm leaving this review in hopes to get a response from someone who cares about that store and can do something about it. If not then I will reach out to district managers,area coaches, even corporate! I'm tired of dealing with this everytime I go in there.

Has potential. Unfortunately, everything is sticky: the floors, the tables, the bathroom. The floors looked like they were mopped with a mop that has never been cleaned and full of syrup.

Employees do entirely too much horseplaying in the kitchen. that's not good when you have customers standing there watching this! Who wants someone playing over their food? I came to Wendy's with intention on purchasing a quick bite but after standing about 20 minutes waiting on other ppl while their ordering food I lost a taste for this restaurant. Manager needs to be strict on kitchen rules.

Fast and nice. We stopped to use the restroom. One was flooded but a man was cleaning it. He stood and watched the door, with me of course, while my grandkids and wife used the men's room. It was very clean and the guy was super polite and friendly. Then we ordered some food, which was faster than any other Wendy's I've been to. And everyone was super nice.
