It's not a 5 star hotel. 3 star at best. Review from UK traveller: Good: Rooms - clean, tidy, spacious, beautiful river views. Breakfast - anything and everything you could want - pastries great. Pool - relatively peaceful for central Cairo during the day. Lovely view. Room service - the maids are so friendly and polite. Bad: Reception/Welcoming: the majority of the people working here are obnoxious. They talk to you as if you are inconveniencing them. No hands/help with luggage to your room - fine, but if it's 5 star then you should at least offer. Restaurant food & drinks: it's a total rip off. You can't just charge multiple times the price of things just because it's supposedly 5 star. You actually have to sell 5 star quality products. Overall it was fine, but definitely not worth the price given that I have stayed in other hotels in Cairo which were many times better and welcoming and cost a quarter of the price. I wouldn't stay here again - not even if it was free. I like to be surrounded by welcoming people.

I truly cannot understand the previous reviewers comments. This hotel was excellent,. Our room on the 30th floor was exceptional. Beautifully furnished, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Nile and Cairo to die for. I found all of the staff to be helpful and polite, even the reception. If you wanted your luggage taken up to your room, why didn't you approach the many bellboys in the lobby,or the desk? The choice and quality of the food was excellent and certainly not overpriced. The breakfast spread had so much choice you wouldn't have needed lunch. The hotel lobby is busy but no busier than one would expect from a hotel of its size. There is a bank in the lobby who were extremely friendly and helpful and 3 ATM machines. I have also read many reviews on the lifts - yes a little noisy and slow sometimes, but certainly not scary.

They said our rooms were newly renovated but they are definitely not. Maybe renovations circa 1980. The gasket on the shower door is missing so the whole bathroom gets soaked every time you take a shower. The walls are dirty, the tub and tiles are damaged. The only thing keeping this from a 1-star review is the wonderful, attentive, smiling staff.

Be careful! They want to charge you more than once when you consume something!! Example: you pay in the pool and then they want to charge you at the check out too. Many employees are nice, but some are very rude. Hotel: Room is big but old. In my room my bathtub had hair and my sheet had stains.

Honestly it doesn’t deserve the name or the reputation, takes forever to check in, room is missing a lot of stuff at check in you have to call and ask for basic things like bath robe and slippers… room is not clean found some hair on the desk and in the water kettle and when I called them they send me someone to wash the kettle in water (as like he solved the mystery) i told him to get me a new one because god knows what that hair has bacteria or some disease (i think he thought bacteria is dissolved by water). Somethings were nice like the view and some workers were nice but overall experience was bad and never going there again.

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars, but that does not mean that it wasn’t good. The rooms were average but offered a beautiful view of the Nile River. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. The building itself is old and could use some renovation. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location is not close nor far from major attractions.

The staff seemed to always look at me with disdain as if I would run away without paying money. Breakfast wasn't included in the room which I booked (by mistake) but I used to have it every day by paying for it. Yet, the staff at breakfast would constantly hover around me, reminding me that multiple times that breakfast is chargeable. The only warm hospitality that I recieved was from the cleaning staff. The rooms at Ramses hilton were also not that great (the Nile river view is pretty amazing though) I had far better experiences at safir cairo and at Tahrir plaza suites in terms of hospitality - and these places were in fact far cheaper than Ramses hilton. I'd say Ramses hilton is probably great if you're american/European & well dressed; but otherwise I'd anyday recommend safir hotel cairo or Tahrir plaza suites or some other hotel.

The rooms are extremely old, and not that clean to be honest, the facilities are old and not taken care of, the elevators are not reliable, and at 4:20 am for no reason the fire alarm went off nearly giving me a heart attack. The only things I liked were the breakfast and the view on the Nile.

I think my decision to book at this hotel was BEST. Near to downtown, one of the important museums and the most important River Nile. River Nile view from restaurants, rooftop bar, and pool area was amazing. Rooms and services were great. Pool, casino , bars , pub, live performances, barber shops , salon for women, gym, souvenir shops, atm , bank , money exchange…. Everything is there Had a hair cut at women’s salon also. Loved my haircut. Took some recommendations from lobby for visiting places and they were all helpful. Definitely booking again for my future visit.

My recent stay at the Ramses Hilton Cairo was an absolute delight. The hotel excels in providing comfort, with rooms that are well-appointed and exceedingly comfortable. I had no issues whatsoever during my stay. The highlight, apart from the hotel’s amenities, was the local cuisine. Just a short walk down the lane, I discovered some of the most exquisite street food, offering a true taste of local flavors. Additionally, its proximity to Tahrir Square makes it an ideal location for anyone looking to explore the heart of Cairo. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, comfort, and unbeatable location. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing !

I stayed twice during 1 trip. Both rooms were outdated and unpleasant with lingering smoke odor. My family had nicer rooms (updated and renovated). Lobby was always crowded. 6 elevators all in one bank, and the wait was excruciatingly slow. They need to update the software that controls the elevators. Only their breakfast was sumptuous. Love their fresh orange juice. I mean freshly squeezed orange juice!!!

The views over the Nile are everything really, but the hotel does it’s best to match and follow. Really enjoyed our stay, lift renovations were a minor convenience, but hey, has to be done some time. Breakfast buffet was fine , rooms were large and balconies were ample. Staff went the extra mile and always made you feel welcome. Would stay again.

The location and view of the Nile river was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were big but the room needed renovations. This hotel is listed as 5 stars but the rooms are more like 2.5-3 stars.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived just as the Hilton Honors desk was closing. Sylvia, the asst guest relations mgr, stayed late, upgraded our room, and even gave us a very late checkout. The complimentary breakfasts and happy hour meals and drinks in the executive lounge we're great! Overall a 5++ star experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel by the Nile, generally in good condition (parts are under renovation so we could hear the drilling noise during the day time), with friendly and helpful staff. We chose a river facing room, with wonderful view of the Nile and the busy traffic on the bridge. We saw magnificent sunset every day which is very impressive. On a clear day, one could see the Giza Pyramids in the distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent Room Service staff. The Laundary staff is exceptionally well mannered and customer centric. The restaurant staff is very good and humbled. The breakfast was nice. Only issue is with the main reception staff, due to lack of resources The existing staff is overloaded and is sometimes bit rude and unable to even pick calls from the rooms. The washrooms doesn't have all 5 star accessories like dental kit, slippers, the shower system is not good.

This is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of imagination. The rooms are basic, not luxurious. It was reasonably clean, but lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer(had to request one), and not all lights in the room worked. It takes forever to ride the elevators and we were told that there no stairs 😮 Tried not to worry about what we’ll do in the event of an emergency. Location was convenient and staff were polite. Also, assumed all rooms are non-smoking but that is not the case!

Overall hotel was good, but easily they steal your money. For example: sparkling water in menu was 70 Dirham, they charge you 100 Dirham. You will see so many of these things. Is not about money, hopefully you guys get the point. Also (I understand 12% service fee)

Definitely not worth the price tag. I mean there are multiple hotels at the same location with better Nile River views and similar service. We actually recommend Al Madiyafa not far from there (though not at the Nile, it’s right next to Egyptian museum). The rooms are nice and spacious; And they did help us with a few of charge 11am check in. The Indian restaurant on the premises was pretty decent too.

We spent 2 nights in this Hotel. It had its best times in the 90s I think, since then, it seems that not much was modernized. The room had a sufficient size but was very old-fashioned and not really in a good condition. You can spend a lot of time waiting at the elevators, they don't come or are overcrowded, it's not allowed to use the stairway. The breakfast was okay but overcrowded. Good luck for trying to cross the street in front of the Hotel...

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The place has a faded glory of older times. Since then minimum updates were made. It would best described as 3 star hotel in EU / USA standards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location is really convenient.

This hotel was just ok, but that can probably be said for most of the hotels in this price range in Cairo. Very outdated, carpet and furniture are overdue for replacement. It did seem like they had updated parts of the bathroom though, which was nice. We had a beautiful view of the Nile. Staff was pretty friendly/helpful. There was construction going on in the elevator shafts, we knew this ahead of time (it’s clear on the hotel website), and didn’t have any problems with noise. Just account for a couple extra min of wait time for elevators. They did all the work during the day, no construction noise at night - but if you’ll be needing quiet during daytime working hours it would be better to avoid this hotel right now. We had a short period where you could smell paint fumes in the room, likely from the construction, but that dissipated pretty quickly, we just opened the balcony door for a few min. We paid for the breakfast and were pleased with it, the hotel staff at breakfast were probably the most friendly and helpful.

Our first time to Egypt was phenomenal and the staff at Hilton Ramses made our trip very special. We had a nice room overlooking the Nile, very roomy and very clean. We used the concierge to book a couple of tours and loved our guides and drivers. The level of security caught us off guard as we didn’t expect it, however I can say that visitors are very safe. This is a great value for the level of service, you will not be disappointed.m

    1. My room had a fly problem without me opening any windows or doors. This needs to be addressed for future guests. I left my stay with so many bug bites. 2. The elevators were very very slow. It took a long time to get to and from my room. There are too many floors in the hotel to only have four small elevators. It seemed like some weren’t running but it was hard to tell. 3. Upon checkin, the person checking me in gave me zero information about the hotel and what I could find in the hotel. I had to find maps of the hotel to understand the amenities. There was no information that I could find in my room about food, spas, room service, anything. It would be really smart for hotel staff to inform guests of the amenities when checking in. 4. When checking out, the woman asked me to rate my experience from 1-10. When I said 8, she told me “anything 8 and below = 0, now what would you rate your stay?” I said “… so on a scale of 1-10, numbers 1-8 all equal zero, and only numbers 9 and 10 have any value?” She said “yes. How would you rate your experience?” After telling her I couldn’t find any logic in this, I decided to not give a rating because I could not rate the hotel above an 8. I believe this is a highly sneaky way to obtain higher ratings and that is ridiculous and fraudulent. Most of the people working at the hotel were incredibly kind to me - but this is something I’d expect at any hotel.

I had a bad experience here and I want to share some comments about Ramses Hotel: 1- The elevators are slow and unreliable. I waited for 10 minutes or more for an elevator on several occasions, and once the elevator got stuck and didn't close for a few minutes. 2- The AC in my room wasn't working and there was no cold air. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they were unable to fix it. 3- The check-in process was slow and took 30 minutes. There was a long line at the front desk. Overall, I was not impressed with my stay at Ramses Hotel. The slow elevators, the broken AC, and the long check-in process made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Overall good hotel with beautiful views of the Nile river. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. My only grievances were the slow elevators (there was always a line no matter the time), the check-In process (waited almost an hour in line to check-in), and the cleaning (shower heads were not cleaned). Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

We were quite annoyed by the fact that two out of three rooms we booked were just available a fair bit after 4 pm ( official check in is at 3 ) and that after we got told our rooms will be done at 1. There was a huge chaos in the reception with hundreds of people running around with no one even wearing a mask. The hotel is not worth the money, you can get a better and calmer one for the money you spend for this one.

Don’t come here, worst 5 star hotel I’ve ever been to by quite a large margin. Ordered room service, was told it would take 45 minutes, but actually took an hour and a half. After an hour, we called to check, to be told it was 2 minutes away. 15 minutes later we called again, to be told it was “in the lift”. It arrived another 15 minutes after this, stone cold. Delays happen but I don’t know why they insisted on lying about it. My wife complained about this at checkout, and the manager yelled at her, angrily saying there was nothing he could do given we didn’t complain at the time. But I did call reception at the time to no answer, and spoke to room service several times. (He eventually agreed to “investigate”) I also got gastroenteritis here. Not sure which meal it was, but I ate all my meals here the day before I got sick. For a bonus, I got briefly stuck in a lift that is well past its use by date. Hotel also feels very overcrowded and understaffed somehow.

Wonderful hotel. I was on the 18th floor, out of 30. Views of the city incredible. Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Several great restaurants on site. But I want to give special praise to the service I received there. I unfortunately got sick two days before I was to leave, and it was in the evening. The concierge took care of me, connected me with a doctor, had the meds delivered to my room, and assisted me in changing my money to make the payment. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, My suite was very clean and had astonishing Nile river view. Staff were very very polite, helpful, and welling to take an extra mile to help just make you feel comfortable. Very noisy location . You can not sleep because the noise . The room is outdated . The washroom is miserable. I have room at th 7 floor . I think I was only one on the floor . Good rooms go to special people . Very bad service . You have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, close to many tourist attractions. They also have many good restaurants on-site and a rooftop bar called Opia, is fabulous. The staff also here is superb, they are the best out of all hotels I have stayed in Cairo. However they do need fix their showers, glass not fitted properly and whenever you take a shower, leaks, all over the floor. Also, elevators are very slow and occasionally get stuck. But saw them renovating and add 3 more elevators.

This hotel is had a mix feeling for me. The are some good and some bad things. The room was good, big and clean. The restaurant service was kind and friendly. But the food for the dinner was pretty bad, the flavours were bland and too many bad options. The reception also has been really messy, we had problem on the check out. There are toons of hidden taxes on the locals from the hotel and the halls between the rooms are in terrible conditions.

My sister staying at this hotel, we've joined her for dinner. It was a poor buffet but the worst was the service. How rude was the waiter Ahmed Salah (or Saleh). The greeter too...more concerned if I would pay the bill than offering a warm welcome with smile. Well don't worry, I've paid the bill. At least, the bartender at lobby level was very friendly & funny (I forgot his name).

Hilton to new heights, not😂When choosing Hilton, ones exspect good standard. This is not a Hilton as we know it. The room we got ( all room has carpet that is not suitable if allergic) had room to the Nile, with nice view allthough the noise from the "highway" was disturbing. The room was very old and unmodern, and we felt robbed because of the price we had paid did not match the standard. The room had a very dirty carpet on the floor, but was also dirty with "new dirt" like plast, plast from price tag and leftovers from bread. The lamps was hanging loose on the wall and did not work, neither did the plugin for electric and fridge. The AC was very noisy, but probably working okey. As we thought the room was not the kind of room we had paid for, we told the frontdesk about the issuses 5 min after check-in. They promised to "talk to the manager" and come back to us. We did not hear Aa word, and as we came late, 0045, we just had to go asleep. The next day we went to eat breakfast, but ooops... no breakfast included in the high price we had paid😡We went to ask what was the plan with the room, but nobody knew. After complaining, we went out all day, came back 2045. After waiting we got a new room that luckily was clean. Still not Hilton standard but..... This is not more that 2 Star hotel. Remember, it is better to pay less for a good product, than paying way to much for bad product.

Very nice hotel with a spectacular view. Could see Saladins palace, the Nile river, and the Pyramids of Giza from my balcony. Under renovation when I was there, so some services were unavailable and signs of construction everywhere. Sure, it'll deserve the 5th star when completed. Central location places it in a very convenient spot to be base for your exploration of the wonderful offerings of Cairo.

Ya sure the hotel is alittle dated, but the services, location and amenities are top notch. Concierge even got a doctor to come to our room for a covid test and result the next day so we can continue to our next destination. Please tip the staff, it will go a long way. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Exceptional hospitality, great location and value, spacious and renovated rooms with Nile view, and superb breakfast. The treatment of Hilton Honor Diamond members is far better than many Hilton properties in the United States and Europe. Thank you Fatma for your hospitality and courtesy.

This hotel is okay, but all the hotels nearby seem nicer and better positioned. My room was comfortable and had a nice view (29th floor), but the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors most nights. Also, the hotel is positioned in a place that requires crossing busy roads to get to anything else, which means you get plenty of traffic noise and noise from the microbus lot next door. Watch out for the service charge. It’s an affordable option, but the service charge is kinda steep and they don’t tell you what/who it is for. They still included a tip on the room service so it’s clearly not for that, but who knows what it’s going toward. The elevator system is really outdated for being such a large hotel, so plan a lot of extra time to deal with elevators. Many times, while riding up in an elevator, it would stop on a floor where someone was trying to go down and it would add time and confusion. Sometimes I would also see the elevator just pass my floor without stopping. They are renovating the elevators, but unless they update the call system to something more modern it will probably still be slow. Cleaning and lounge staff are all kind. Guest services called every evening my first few days in town to check how I was enjoying my stay - while this was polite, it was a bit irritating having the room phone ring every evening while trying to relax. My biggest complaint is that during checkout, I asked if I had taken anything from the minibar. I told the woman at the desk yes and described what I had taken, but then I had to wait more than five extra minutes while she called upstairs to confirm. If they’re not gonna believe you anyway, there’s no point in asking you and treating you like a liar. Don’t waste a person’s time and insult them too. Outside all this, it’s a modest hotel with reasonable amenities and comfort. This wasn’t a bad stay, but it’s not the best hotel around. I made the jump from Marriott to Hilton this year after a lot of disappointing Marriott experiences, and this is my first time experiencing any mild disappointment. Won’t stay again, but go for it if you need a cheaper option downtown.

These stars are only to the three angels we met in Ramses Hilton. One Mr.Khalid who served us food late at night when we arrived late and restaurant closed down by then.I am including a pic below. Second Mr.Mansoor who arranged a taxi for us to shift to another place. Third Mr Adel who ferried us in his taxi and shared a lot of historical events regarding Egypt. Well, we shifted in just few hours after our stay there though we booked for three days. Though Ramses rooms have original layout that's very good but the management needs to refurbish all rooms and corridors' soft and hard furniture and furnishings to be up-to-date with the 5star hotel quality.

They need better customer service. We had an issue with our booking and they weren't clear about what was going on, we waited an hour to get a room, after having booked online two weeks before arrival. It's understandable that it may not have been their fault but they needed to better communicate what was going on, as we were sitting in the lobby with four children.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast and views. I did not enjoy having to wait an hour and a half after my check in time as the previous people in our room did not check out at their expected time. However the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. The hotel needs to look into their security as they are super rude and it creates a bad image on the hotel.

This hotel is located close to the City centre. Close to a lot of tourist destinations and I had a room with a view of the Nile( amazing view even on the common smoggy days) It’s quite clean, though somewhat outdated. The staff are amazing and the room service (food) very tasty . This is slightly more expensive than outside, however similar to hotels I’ve stayed in Cairo. Avoid smoker rooms if you don’t smoke. Otherwise friendly and good all round hotel.

For me this hotel was great in Cairo. It’s extremely centric. The executive lounge and floors are great and the room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the space and the amount of USB plugs in the room. The food was good and varied. However not all rooms in the hotel are the same and some are quite old, so be mindful when you book. For the executive rooms they make you go to the lounge to check in which is great but I would have love to know that in advance not to queue up on the lobby. The lobby is very busy as the hotel gives public access with a Bank (which you can exchange there) and other services. The hotel also is a Casino and has a lounge and rooftop, so it’s always busy. The elevators need repair as they are quite scary.

The hotel is protected behind the security guard and a wall. The receptionist is very helpful. The room has nice view of Nile river. We really like the delicious breakfast. But the traffic around the hotel is a total chaos and parking is challenging.

  • 3/5 Tamer E. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is in a very good location in the middle of everything for a tourist. The check in process needs more speed maybe by dedicating a person for the online check in. The valet parking also needs focus. Coming to the rooms. I was unlucky to get a room towards the constitution site which will be an ugly view with dust and noise but thanks to the team cooperation they changed to a smaller one but better furniture and view. The elevators are terrifying so old and not robust or at least you feel that.

Excellent hotel, very friendly, professional, and prompt staff. very clean rooms, very delicious food. Panoramic view along the Nile River, one can see Pyramids from higher floors. You simply smell history and legacy of Egyptian Civilization from Ramses Hilton.

I stayed in this hotel for about 7 days. The 5 stars are not for the rooms or complex but for the breakfast staff. Especially misses Ola Mohamed who every morning greeted us with the warmest smile. As soon as I entered the breakfast area she would have my coffee ready just the way I liked it. She remebered all our wants and needs and catered to it with grace. Her heart warming personality made our mornings.

Stayed here as part of a group tour, so not my personal choice of hotel. I note the same tour now stays at a different hotel for 2023. Reception staff need retraining, or at the very least reminding they work in the hospitality industry. Rooms are dated but evident a refurbishment has taken place at some point. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Located on a Cairo spaghetti junction of roads.

Great hotel, great location right there in the Nile, amazing and huge breakfast selection. The only downside is the elevators are too slow and get crowded very fast, specially if you go for the top floors. Besides that everything was great . Recommend it 100%

Great location next to the museum and the Nile river. Crossing the street is a different story. Lobby amazing atmosphere rooms a little out date it but every works. Restaurant on very last floor espectacular views of Cairo. I definitely stay here again.

Best Hilton option in Cairo in my opinion. Rooms were a bit tired looking, although ours was clean so no complaints there. With some renovations this could be a nice hotel. Didn't seem like a 5 star hotel, but I am not a hotel rater and don't know what goes into that rating. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels though, and it didn't compare.

Good hotel, acceptable rooms, but the staff were great. They helped out a lot for my wife who wasn't feeling well. Breakfast is awesome with great staff. We actually walked out of a different Cairo hotel earlier in the day because the staff was not pleasant or accommodating. Completely different attitude here.

It is a comfortable hotel with nice views, good restaurants and an awesome rooftop bar. However we did have a few issues. 1. The location is not as convenient as I had hoped. It is on a very busy road and intersection under several overpasses which was not walking distance to anything that we saw. Getting Uber was OK but we didn’t feel incentive to walk around, even down to the river. But it is convenient to downtown by car so if you don’t plan on walking then the location is fine! 2. The check in and check out process was unbelievably slow, somewhat unclear, and difficult even though the room was fully paid before we arrived. With little explanation we were asked to give a cash deposit of US$50 and only received a receipt upon request. We did get it back at checkout but the fact that only cash was accepted felt a bit off. The wifi was somewhat unreliable as well and we were disappointed with the breakfast options. Once checked in and on our own to come and go, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and kind and the room was very comfortable and clean. We also loved the view and dj on the rooftop bar!

Really nice hotel with excellent staff! The check in process was so quick and easy. We have an appointment with in house tour guide company to set us up with a nice day of visiting the pyramids, Sphinx and markets. Our room has a great view of the Nile as well!!

Amazing hotel with excellent service. Checked into a room on the executive floor. The view was AMAZING!!! Could even see the pyramids in the distance. View of the Nile was a treat to the eyes. Service was impeccable. Right from check in to check out. Food in the lounge was very good. They know how to treat their diamond members. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. Looked after our every small need. Can't recommend this hotel more.

This 5-star hotel is not 5-star quality. Remodeled rooms are luxurious, but rooms not yet remodeled are questionable. The lock on our door did not work. After 12 hours of touring, we had to go down to the front desk 3 times before we could get help into our room. It was so frustrating and exhausting. Service could be improved.

The room was dirty! There were hair everywhere, especially the bathroom, it looked like it has never been cleaned after previous guest. And many things were missing, like there were no toothbrushes, slippers, the things you'd expect to have at a good hotel. Oh and no hairdryer. After complaining they cleaned it and put the missing stuff but I don't think I have to call and ask for stuff which is supposed to be there. Staff was amazing tho, always ready to help.

This was a dual purpose trip--my daughter had just graduated high school and my son was living in Cairo so we got to visit him for his birthday. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. We felt very welcome and safe. It was in the downtown area and close to a lot of resources. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything here was amazing! I was glad to finally discover a hotel with American clean as most places in Egypt are not American clean. Meaning, its a quick clean. But Hilton lived up to its name. The breakfast was great! Wonderful staff and service oriented! The view was great too!

My partner and I finished a 6 week trip around Europe at the Hilton Ramses hotel. From the moment we arrived from the airport until we left we received a service with a smile from absolutely every member of staff at the Hilton Ramses. We had a late flight leaving Cairo. Even though the hotel was booked out and extremely busy, I went to the service desk where Mohamed Adel met me with a smile and was able to organise a later checkout to accommodate our later flight. This was just another small thing that made our experience that much more comfortable. We stayed in the King Corner with Nile views room. It was a nice renovated room, comfortable bed and fantastic views of the Nile and can see the Pyramids of Giza from our room. All forms of service from our stay were 100% positive. Will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Cairo.
