Very
poor
services!
I
had
had
shellac
applied
to
my
finger
nails.
2
weeks
later
I
came
to
have
it
removed.
There
was
a
package
with
manicure
&
nail
polish
including
removal
of
the
shellac.
I
specifically
indicated
that
the
shellac
should
be
removed,
but
no
nail
polish
applied.
The
lady
who
did
the
work
was
thrifty,
starting
off
with
the
pedicure,
which
I
later
had
to
improve
when
I
got
home,
because
my
nails
had
been
irregularly
filed.
When
it
came
to
my
fingernails
she
not
only
filed
my
nails
unevenly,
but
she
filed
them
in
such
a
way
that
they
were
too
thin!!
Then
she
applied
some
kind
of
colorless
vanish,
which
I
at
first
thought
was
oil.
She
cut
into
my
skin
on
one
finger
&
thumb,
such
that
I
bled
from
the
wounds
for
some
days.
Then
I
realized
that
what
I
thought
was
oil,
was
a
kind
of
vanish!!
I
had
told
her
&
her
boss
that
no
vanish
should
be
applied
to
my
nails,
because
it
makes
them
brittle.
Indeed
the
nails
started
cracking
in
the
nail
bed.
I
waited
for
my
wounds
to
heal
before
returning
to
ask
them
to
finish
off
the
job,
by
removing
the
vanish
&
sealing
my
nails
by
filling
them
to
a
smooth
consistency.
Not
only
did
they
treat
me
like
I
didn’t
know
what
I
was
talking
about,
they
even
call
a
client
who
was
having
her
nails
done,
to
explain
to
me
that
the
removal
of
shellac
causes
very
thin
nails.
They
refused
to
understand
that
I
had
not
had
shellac
applied
to
my
nails
for
the
first
time.
I
only
needed
my
natural
nails
but
finely
sealed
so
that
they
aren’t
brittle.
Pretending
to
have
understood
my
complaint,
some
other
attendant
then
removed
the
vanish
&
I
told
her
that
she
needed
to
even
up
the
irregularities
in
my
nail
texture
that
had
been
the
result
of
shoddy
filing.
She
insisted,
that
my
nails
couldn’t
be
filed
to
a
finer
degree
than
what
they
already
war!!
With
clear
ridges
indicating
the
direction
of
rotation
of
the
file
head!!
That’s
what
they
call
filing
&
sealing.
Fed
up
with
them,
I
just
walked
out
of
the
facility.
The
boss
was
even
so
unscrupulous
as
to
throw
comments
at
me
as
I
left.
What
charlatans!!
