Communication
via
the
member
portal
is
underground.
Instead
of
an
active
information
policy
through
F
/
O
you
have
to
ask
everything
and
then
only
get
standard
answers
that
do
not
match
the
question.
Monthly
contributions
that
were
paid
during
the
1st
lockdown
have
been
changed
to
credits
that
are
explicitly
not
allowed
to
be
used
for
monthly
contributions.
At
the
same
time,
it
also
extends
the
term
of
the
contract
(even
if
the
public
always
speaks
of
postponement,
the
portal
clearly
speaks
of
extenders.
When
asked
whether
it
is
really
an
extension
and
no
postponement,
there
is
no
answer).
At
the
2nd
lockdown,
the
F
/
O
forces
solidarity
(something
that
is
only
one-sided
anyway,
if
you
forget
your
tape,
the
solidarity
costs
€
2),
because
if
you
don't
pay,
even
though
the
studio
is
closed,
you
get
dunning
costs
of
€
17.
F
/
O
do
not
provide
their
own
services
and
warn
the
members
with
fat
costs
(completely
customer-friendly,
you
can
not
train
with
us,
but
otherwise
we
will
rush
the
debt
collection
company
on
your
neck,
who
is
with
the
friendly
handling
does
not
like
being
a
customer,
he
is
spoiled).
This
is
justified
by
the
preservation
of
jobs.
Only
if
you
call,
no
staff
can
be
reached.
So
you
can
assume
that
your
own
employees
are
either
on
short-time
work
during
this
time
or
go
into
the
minus
hours.
In
addition,
the
gold
area
was
closed
for
months,
and
the
email
address
was
not
even
set
up
for
the
new
trainer.
The
contributions
were
still
deducted
in
full,
and
the
F
/
O
saved
the
corresponding
value.
When
asked,
not
a
word
of
F
/
O
either
via
the
member
portal
or
on
site
in
the
studio
(except,
"You
can
have
the
free
coffee",
then
the
missing
body
fat
analysis,
the
promised
individual
training
plan
etc.
do
not
matter.)
(Update
:
In
the
meantime
there
was
an
answer
and
you
were
just
unlucky.
If
you
agree
it
is
your
own
fault
if
you
book
additional
services
with
the
F
/
O.
The
F
/
O
collects
services
that
they
cannot
/
do
not
want
to
offer
temporarily.
The
damage
is
borne
by
the
customer
I
can
only
advise
everyone
to
distance
themselves
from
this
studio.
You
do
not
receive
the
contractual
services!)
The
statement
that
no
member
has
a
disadvantage
is
not
true.
Without
question,
they
can't
help
the
closure,
but
due
to
their
super
unprofessional
communication,
they
cannot
be
reached
by
members
and
high
warning
costs
(and
at
the
same
time
not
doing
their
own
thing)
they
leave
the
members
completely
in
the
rain.
This
is
a
disaster
and
it
will
certainly
do
this
company
long-term
damage.
Public
statements
are
useless
if
they
are
not
adhered
to.
You
may
not
be
able
to
ask
much
from
a
single
studio,
but
with
such
a
large
chain,
you
can
at
least
expect
professional
communication.
But
they
cannot
even
inform
all
of
their
members
through
their
own
portal.
How
a
serial
letter,
e-mail
distribution
list
etc.
is
set
up
are
basics
for
a
company,
but
if
you
need
3
months
to
set
up
a
Goldtrainer's
mail
account
(extra
money
is
taken
for
the
service),
speaks
volumes.
If
you
don't
soon
find
a
professional
and
transparent
information
policy
and,
above
all,
customer-oriented
communication,
I
see
black
for
your
future.
If
you
get
to
open
again,
many
members
will
probably
have
questions
and
then
get
the
great
awakening.
In
times
of
crisis
in
particular,
there
would
be
a
lot
to
be
gained
from
a
sensible
information
policy.
But
you
also
notice
that
F
/
O
is
just
a
brand
and
that
there
is
a
gaming
and
entertainment
machine
company
behind
it.
It
would
not
only
be
important
to
be
regretted
in
public
but
also
to
help
and
clarify
in
the
member
portal.
What
happens
to
the
contributions
that
are
forced
despite
the
closure.
But
not
a
good
sign
if
the
aggrieved
group
is
more
at
FB
every
day.

Die
Kommunikation
über
das
Mitgliederportal
ist
unterirdisch.
Statt
eine
aktive
Informationspolitik
durch
F/O
muss
man
alles
erfragen
und
bekommt
dann
nur
Standardantworten,
die
nicht
zur
Frage
passen.
Monatsbeiträge,
die
während
des
1.
Lockdowns
gezahlt
wurden,
wurden
in
Gutschriften
umgeändert,
die
expliziert
nicht
für
Monatsbeiträge
verwendet
werden
dürfen.
Verlängert
gleichzeitig
auch
die
Laufzeit
des
Vertrages
(auch
wenn
öffentlich
immer
von
Verschiebung
gesprochen
wird,
über
das
Portal
wird
klar
von
Verlängern
gesprochen.
Auf
Nachfrage,
ob
es
wirklich
eine
Verlängerung
ist
und
keine
Verschiebung
gibt
es
keine
Antwort).
Beim
2.
Lockdown
erzwingt
das
F/O
Solidarität
(etwas
was
ohnehin
nur
einseitig
ist,
vergisst
man
sein
Band,
kostet
die
Solidarität
2€),
denn
zahlt
man
nicht,
trotzdem
das
Studio
zu
ist,
bekommt
man
Mahnkosten
von
17€.
F/O
erbringen
also
die
eigene
Leistungen
nicht
und
mahnen
es
bei
den
Mitglieder
mit
fetten
Kosten
an
(völlig
kundenfreundlich,
du
kannst
zwar
nicht
bei
uns
trainieren,
aber
zahl
sonst
hetzen
wir
dir
die
Inkasso-Firma
auf
den
Hals,
wer
bei
dem
freundlichen
Umgang
nicht
gern
Kunde
ist,
der
ist
verwöhnt).
Begründet
wird
dies,
durch
den
Erhalt
der
Arbeitsplätze.
Nur
wenn
man
anruft,
ist
gar
kein
Personal
erreichbar.
Also
kann
man
davon
ausgehen,
dass
die
eigenen
Mitarbeiter
in
der
Zeit
entweder
in
Kurzarbeit
sind
oder
in
die
Minusstunden
gehen.
Hinzukommt,
dass
der
Goldbereich
über
Monate
geschlossen
war,
für
den
neuen
Trainer
nicht
mal
die
Mailadresse
eingerichtet
war.
Die
Beiträge
wurden
dennoch
im
vollen
Maße
abgebucht,
den
entsprechenden
Gegenwert
hat
sich
das
F/O
gespart.
Auf
Nachfrage
kein
Wort
von
F/O
weder
über
das
Mitgliederportal
noch
vor
Ort
im
Studio
(außer,
"den
kostenlosen
Kaffee
kannst
du
ja
haben",
stimmt
dann
fallen
die
fehlende
Körperfettanalyse,
der
versprochene
individuellen
Trainingsplan
etc.
nicht
ins
Gewicht.)
(Update:
Inzwischen
kam
Antwort
und
man
hat
halt
Pech
gehabt.
Stimmt
man
ist
selbst
Schuld,
wenn
man
beim
F/O
Zusatzleistungen
bucht.
Das
F/O
kassiert
Leistungen
ab,
die
sie
temporär
nicht
anbieten
können/wollen.
Den
Schaden
trägt
der
Kunde.
Ich
kann
nur
jedem
raten
Abstand
von
diesem
Studio
zu
nehmen.
Man
erhält
nicht
die
vertraglichen
Leistungen!)
Die
Aussage,
kein
Mitglied
hat
ein
Nachteil
stimmt
also
nicht.
Ohne
Frage,
sie
können
nichts
für
die
Schließung,
aber
durch
ihre
super
unprofessionelle
Kommunikation,
nicht
erreichbar
sein
für
Mitglieder
und
hohe
Abmahnkosten
(und
im
gleichen
Atemzug
die
eigene
Leistung
nicht
erbringen)
lassen
sie
die
Mitglieder
völlig
im
Regen
stehen.
Das
ist
eine
Katastrophe
und
wird
diesem
Unternehmen
mit
Sicherheit
langfristig
schaden.
Öffentliche
Statements
bringen
nichts,
wenn
sie
dann
nicht
eingehalten
werden.
Von
einem
Einzelstudio
kann
man
vielleicht
nicht
viel
verlangen,
aber
bei
einer
so
großen
Kette,
kann
man
zumindest
eine
professionelle
Kommunikation
erwarten.
Aber
sie
können
nicht
einmal
über
ihr
eigenes
Portal
alle
ihrer
Mitglieder
informieren.
Wie
ein
Serienbrief,
E-Mailverteiler
etc.
eingerichtet
wird,
sind
Basics
für
ein
Unternehmen,
aber
wer
3
Monate
für
die
Einrichtung
eines
Mailkontos
des
Goldtrainers
benötigt
(für
dessen
Leistung
ja
extra
Geld
genommen
wird),
spricht
Bände.
Wenn
ihr
nicht
bald
eine
professionelle
und
transparente
Informationspolitik
und
vor
allem
kundenorientierte
Kommunikation
findet,
sehe
ich
schwarz
für
eure
Zukunft.
Falls
ihr
noch
mal
aufmachen
dürft,
werden
wohl
viele
Mitglieder
Fragen
haben
und
dann
das
große
Erwachen
bekommen.
Gerade
in
der
Kriese
wäre
mit
einer
vernünftigen
Info-Politik
viel
zu
gewinnen.
Da
merkt
man
aber
auch,
dass
F/O
nur
eine
Marke
ist
und
dahinter
eine
Spiel-
und
Unterhaltungsautomatenfirma
steht.
Wichtig
wäre
nicht
nur
in
der
Öffentlichkeit
zu
bedauern
sondern
dann
im
Mitgliederportal
auch
mal
zu
helfen
und
klarzustellen.
Was
mit
den
Beiträgen,
die
trotz
Schließung
erzwungen
werden,
passiert.
Aber
kein
gutes
Zeichen,
wenn
die
Geschädigten-Gruppe
täglich
mehr
bei
FB
wird.
