of
all,
I
would
like
to
say
that
I
go
to
the
bakery
on
Bresslauerstr.
almost
every
day
(sometimes
even
in
the
morning
and
at
lunchtime).
purchases.
Firstly
because
I
live
nearby
and
secondly
because
I
am
satisfied
with
the
quality.
BUT
the
manner
or
behavior
of
the
saleswoman
with
the
blonde
hair
and
the
mouth
piercing
can
no
longer
be
tolerated!
I
have
rarely
seen
such
an
unfriendly
and
rude
saleswoman.
You
can
have
a
bad
day,
I
completely
understand
that,
even
in
stressful
situations,
but
every
time??!!
So
we
come
to
the
actual
incident
that
contributed
to
the
fact
that
I,
as
a
regular
customer,
will
never
enter
the
bakery
again.
I
would
rather
take
a
detour
and
drive
to
the
other
bakery.
A
few
days
ago
when
I
went
to
get
bread
rolls,
I
stood
in
line
outside
in
the
cold,
which
I
definitely
don't
think
is
a
bad
thing.
But
when
I
finally
got
to
it,
another
customer
came
in
from
the
other
door
and
she
served
him
immediately
because
he
was
supposedly
in
a
hurry.
Firstly,
I
was
in
a
hurry
and
secondly,
she
didn't
even
think
it
was
necessary
to
ask
me
if
it
was
okay
for
me
to
let
her
serve
him
first.
Although
I
was
a
little
upset,
I
showed
understanding
so
as
not
to
create
a
stressful
situation.
When
it
finally
came
to
me,
I
said
what
I
would
like
and
she
put
everything
in
the
bag.
BUT
when
I
then
wanted
another
sandwich,
she
groaned
and
annoyed
and
threw
the
bag
she
had
in
her
hand
onto
the
counter
(!!!)
and
said
“I’ll
do
it
straight
away!”
and
wanted
the
other
one
first
Serve
customer.
When
I
then
said
that
I
didn't
have
much
time
left,
she
angrily
and
aggressively
took
the
bag
again,
turned
around
and
put
the
sandwich
on
top.
I
have
rarely
experienced
such
rudeness,
unfriendliness
and
disrespect.
I'm
still
annoyed
with
myself
today
as
to
why
I
didn't
leave
the
store
straight
away
after
this
event.
Besides,
she
didn't
even
ask
me
how
my
sandwich
was.
I
ended
up
with
a
bun
with
tartar
sauce
even
though
I
wanted
it
without.
As
if
she
was
giving
me
the
bread
roll.
I
regret
so
much
that
I
topped
up
my
customer
card
beforehand.
Originally
I
didn't
want
to
write
a
review,
but
instead
wanted
to
talk
to
the
boss
first.
I
left
my
phone
number
at
the
other
branch
because
the
boss
wasn't
there
and
I'm
still
waiting
for
a
call
back
from
the
boss.
Conclusion:
I'd
rather
leave
my
money
at
a
bakery
where
I'm
treated
humanely
and
don't
leave
the
store
upset
every
time!
