    My debit card was damaged and I came to the branch to apply for a new one. The employee was unfriendly and spoke condescendingly. She reluctantly took down my data but apparently didn't pass it on because I found out by phone from regular customer service a week later that my request had not been recorded. So I waited another week before I got a new card. A very bad picture for the bank.

Nein, Polizei dufte nicht dazu geholt werden. Videoüberwachung die ich einforderte wollten sie nicht überprüfen. Es gibt nämlich keine :) Hier würde ich mein Konto nicht nochmal eröffnen und werde es auch morgen direkt schließen.

Wieso sagt sie das erst, nachdem sie meinen und den Ausweis meiner Mutter bekommen hatte??? Sehr unsymphatisch, unhöflich und arrogant!!!! Ein bisschen peinlich, wenn jeder dort so arbeitet wie er möchte und man sich dann verarscht vor kommt. Aber anscheinend bin ich nicht die einzige mit so einer negativen Erfahrung. Alle negativen Rezensionen sind berechtigt. Nur der Herr am Empfang war nett und konnte im Gegensatz zu der Dame lächeln und normal reden, ohne arrogant zu werden!
