Needed a dentist during my vacation, this praxis was recommended to me. An extremely pleasant staff and dr. Natascha did the job without any pain and discomfort. Would recommend 5/5.

Ich kann mich den negativ Bewertungen nicht anschließen! Die Praxis ist sehr gut zuerreichen, sowohl mit Bahn/Bus oder Auto . Dazu gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze . Kaum Wartezeiten. Ich persönlich war mit meinen 2 Kindern (5u.8Jahre) zur Behandlung in der Praxis, die Behandlung empfanden meine Kinder als angenehm ( bekamen jeweils Füllungen) .Faust Faust ist zu meinen Kinder sehr einfühlsam gewesen. Zahnärztin mit Herz , dass Personal ist sehr freundlich. Werde Frau Faust weiterempfehlen.

Die Zahnarztpraxis von Frau Dr. Faust kann ich nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Fachliche Kompetenz und Ihr, dem Patienten zugewandtes freundliches Wesen vermitteln sofort vertrauen. Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement vermeidet Wartezeiten. Auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und versiert.

Rude!!! I just arrived in Beuel as an international worker and tried to call them to book an appointment. As I tried to call them and spoke english, they hung up on me! Well I do not recommend this place, people! I can't trust you with my dental health!! Never!!!

I am reposting/ resubmitting a review I wrote on the 24th Feb 2023 relating to an experience I had at Zahnarztpraxis Natascha Faust Practice. On the 24 Feb 2023, at 09:47AM, I politely called Zahnarztpraxis Natascha Faust practice, their number 0228 97638404 (a lady from reception answered) to inform her that I would be 5 minutes late for my appointment. Due to the fact that my German is not fluent, I spoke to the woman in English. She still didn’t understand me while I spoke to her in English, so I used a translator to communicate with her. On the call she was very impolite, rude, and impatient. I then arrived at the door 5 minutes later, and rang the door bell. No one opened it for me until I had to call again at 10:09AM and explain to her that I urgently needed medical attention. She clearly said,‘Nein’ until a stranger walked past me and offered to help with the translation on the call because he could see how desperate I was. He then spoke to the lady and asked her to open the door, I assume, and so she did. The lady from reception then went on to say that it was due to her difficulties with the language that she could not understand me well. I then used the app again to tell the doctor ( Dr. Faust) the purpose of my visit there. The receptionist went on to perform a procedure on my teeth, without injecting my gums to numb the pain. I expected a way better treatment and I definitely would not recommend anyone to go there. This was a very bad experience for me and it was dehumanizing.

Mal eine etwas andere Bewertung..😊 Mein glückliches Gesicht, Für das tolle Team von Dr. Natascha Faust ein kurzes Gedicht: Sie fühlen mir auf den Zahn Schnell verschwunden ist mein Wahn Durch Damenhände und die Zärte Weicht bei jedem Mann und jeder Frau die Härte und die Last So stark und doch so einfühlsam Bis du keinen Schmerz mehr hast. Ich danke dem Team und der schönen Praxis für eure Behandlung welche meinem Gemüt verleiht so gute Wandlung Für mein fröhliches Gesicht War dieses kurze Gedicht. Die Praxis ist sehr gut. Stimmt, es gibt fast keine Wartezeiten. Frau Faust ist eine ausgezeichnet Fachärztin. Die Zahnbehandlung und die Zahnreinigung verliefen für mich gut (Danke an Frau Bär). Ich spreche nicht sehr gut Deutsch und verstehe nicht immer schnell Sprechen. Das Praxisteam sehr freundlich, hört zu und wartet, während ich versuche, ein Satz zu bilden. In dieser Praxis können Sie mit dem Arzt auch Russisch sprechen. Auch wenn man nicht besonders gut Deutsch spricht – ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das Team hier nicht hören zu und versuchen zu helfen.

In her Doctolib profile was written that the speaking languages is German and English. But the doctor couldn’t communicate with me in English . I didn’t fully understand everything. She shouldn’t have written that she speaks English.
