I had a very bad experience with a dentist here. I obviously can not speak for every doctor in the office, but dentist who treated me was my worst experience in a dental office. She was very rough, I felt like someone was hammering in my mouth. But most importantly I had a lot of pain after this treatment for several days - I have never had this happen before. I consulted another doctor afterwards, and they had to take out the filling she put in, and redo everything along with another tooth. The whole experience was somewhat shocking. She first shot me with novocaine, and then started discussing payment/filling material options - something that you do BEFORE. NO xray was done before the treatment, and when they did it after, half of the roots were not even in photo. Everything from beginning to end was unprofessional. Maybe this was an exception, but I am certainly never coming here again, nor can recommend this office.

Wisdom tooth removal experience: *Very nice location, even if there is currently a construction site there, but just like teeth, they will disappear again. :) *Nice, spacious, bright and clean practice *For anxious patients, friendly and competent staff. But otherwise too. *Dr. Back then, Schmögner removed two wisdom teeth from my lower jaw, without any major complications. Now 1 wisdom tooth in the upper jaw. The man knows a thing or two about pulling teeth. Check-up appointment 2 days later. All in all a practice that can be recommended.

I have been going to this practice myself and with my children for several years and can only praise it. Both the treatment and the personal care are exceptionally competent and friendly. Even my children go to the dentist without complaining and are always treated warmly and friendly. I can highly recommend this practice, especially to patients who are afraid of the dentist, because they are treated individually so that you can go into the treatment with much more peace of mind.

This has been the best dental experience consistently in my past 20 years! I can’t say enough how friendly, professional, and technically proficient Dr. Stollen-Riedel and her staff is. I’ve had several repairs and most recently a root canal procedure with her. For me, as an adult with left over dental anxiety from childhood, she completely handles every part of the procedures with care and explanation. My entire family comes here.

I would like to warmly thank Dr. Thank Schmögner and the practice team. I went to see Dr. in September. Schmögner undergoing surgical treatment. The operation was painless and I received a sheet with recommendations for the period after the operation, which made the post-rehabilitation period much easier. I would also like to thank the practice team for their loyalty (since I don't speak German well), the staff communicated with me in English. And the nice nurse Lika translated particularly difficult words into Russian. Thank you very much for that. I wish the practice much success.

After reading the “experience report” from the user below me, I definitely have to say something about it. My family and I have been patients at the Posttower practice for a long time. We have never had any complaints, neither about the dentist nor about the treatment. On the contrary, you receive an exceptionally warm welcome at reception, the staff throughout the practice are very nice and the treatment (albeit with 2 different doctors) was as good as we have ever experienced anywhere else. I can only recommend this practice.

I don't want to have this experience again! At the beginning of 2018 I came to Dr. Honkomp for supplying an implant-supported superstructure. It was incorporated at the end of May. Removed 3 weeks later due to the problems that occurred. Before the prosthetics were in place, I received the bill, which was initially more than €1,000 too high. Despite the pain I repeatedly reported while wearing it and the defect reports that had now been issued by the health insurance company, I was quickly reminded to pay. Although the permanent bloody lip bites were photographed and documented in practice, I was simultaneously threatened with a lawsuit in which the work was described as free of defects and the adjustments to the work were stopped. I felt such pressure and was so weak in health due to the constant pain that I paid the five-figure sum, even though the care was so useless to me.
