I only go here for squash and for this its absolutely great. Very friendly stuff and if you go in the morning it costs only 4€ per person for 45 min. Its easy to reach via any kind of transportation and you usually don't need to book in advance

Very good facilities, well equipped and friendly staff. If you are looking for a place to play squash that is definitely the place for you. Booking for non-members are possible and reasonably priced on weekends/bank holidays.

Great gym. You can play squash or beach volleyball (depending on the day of the week and time (especially in the evening and on the weekend), unfortunately not included in the membership). A nice sauna area is available. Everything is perfectly clean.

I really love the resistance training sections that are automated, I just insert my card in the machine, and it adjusts the weights and position. It makes training very fast and efficient. I also really like the opening hours that can fit any schedule. The showers and locker rooms are always clean and there is free beverages on the reception including sparkling water. Top gym

During winter, I go to the sauna here. You pay upon entry 15€. One of the nicest saunas in Bonn in my opinion
