This is a nice place to stay for longer term rental, near to Lisbon, good value with a kitchenette and washing machine and daily housekeeping! Lovely grounds and impressive pool, though not much within walking distance as it sits high on a hill. Great views! Friendly staff, tho property is a bit in need of updating. Spacious quarters.

Awful service, staff thought I didn’t understood Portuguese phrases and started bad mouthing and swearing as soon as I turned around. Don’t stay here, cheap hotel = cheap service. The staff talks to you with an attitude, hotel manager is the same. Seems like awful service does start from the top. The bar staff were all very polite and nice though.

Terrible experience. We arrived after a long day of travel and the front desk did not seem well experienced in the check in process. (Even in Portuguese), I was not able to get clear answers for the questions we had. The Room -stale smell -old furniture and beds -stains on pillow cases -dogs barking in rooms around us And worst of all BROWN WATER coming out of the shower head Hotel -The hot tub was freezing cold -deck boards in the locker room were broken and falling through -restaurant had sub par food at best. When I called to complain about the water the manager said he would call right back and have maintenance come by. 30 minutes later we decided to leave and find another hotel and when I approached the front desk I was one of three parties complaining and asking for a new room or refund. The front desk agent told us all the same answer, “the manager is gone and I can’t help you”. I knew I was taking a risk due to how cheap the hotel was compared to others in the area, but I was hoping the reviews were accurate in representing what the hotel was. Seems to be more of a cheap party hotel for the summer. I’ve worked in hotels for 10 years and do not recommend this property to anyone. Spend a bit more and get the quality you deserve.

We really enjoyed our time in this hotel! The stuff of hotel are friendly and helpful❤️ I really appreciate to reseption team in this hotel! The view from the hotel is charming, and the area is peaceful. The hotel has just one minus, sometimes there strong audibility in the room. But guys on reception very quickly moved us, to another room. And it's perfect that hotel has 2 swimming pool, one inside and one outside.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view and nice staff members. Not far from the city or the beach. Definitely recommend it.

I had to find accommodation in Lisbon at short notice and MSAparthotel were both friendly and helpful in making a booking for me. I had a very comfortable stay. My 1 studio room and balcony were spacious and had good facilities. The food was also tasty and healthy - lots of fresh vegetables and fish. Special thank you to Rodrigo who gave fantastic customer service and made me feel so welcome at the hotel.

Best 4-star Hotel I've been in. Family friendly playrooms and pools. Their restaurant food has much better value than 90% of Lissabon street restaurants. Sauna and gym available.

I only stayed there for 1 night,but was impressed on the size of rooms and the closet space to put your clothing away. The hotel looks like it could use a sligjt makeover , but other than thst, nice people we met!

Have stayed here for few times. Last time we had room #303. This time my wife stays @ room 312. Both rooms are with beautiful river views. The manage and front desk staffs speak fluently English! They are very patient and friendly to help you ! I will recommend this place!

Lovely pool area and views, helpful staff when ever needed and a good breakfast. Rooms and loungeareas a bit outdated and would use some refreshing, but all in all worth the cost. Large rooms with fridge etc are a plus, but for example the cabinet in the bathroom had propably had a waterleak in the past, and was turning dark and had a foul smell.. great location but the hotel/rooms need some love and renovation to keep up to date.

Lovely hotel. The room was clean and safe. The hotel provided dishes and is equipped with a microwave, stove/oven & washing machine. The pool was huge & warm! Would recommend this hotel! About 15 minute drive to Lisbon City Centre. You can use a taxi or I recommend downloading “WAZE” for a gps. Its much better than google maps for the roads/directions!!

Rooms were huge though showed signs of wear and tear a little particularly the bathroom. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough. Nice pool, decent breakfast and good facilities for late flights out there. We checked out 1300 with a flight at 2200 so stayed around the pool and used the pool changing area to get ready for the flight. Amble luggage storage

Very nice place, makes you feel at home. The service was excellent, everyone speaks English which makes communication easy. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are really cozy. I needed an iron and they provided it to me in 20 minutes. We stayed for 4 days and it was really good for us.

After a month of traveling Europe we wanted to end our trip at a place that we could just relax but still do some city touring. MS Aparthotel worked out very well for us. The view was amazing. We enjoyed just passing the time on the balcony. The pool area is very nice and great to hangout at. The staff were all very helpful. We also took advantage of the buffet for two nights. As a place that's a little more secluded it is great. If you really wanted to spend the bulk of your day in town you might find it a little less convinient. That said, we were able to grab Ubers all the way to get to the other side of town for 10-15€. So not too bad really. In the end, it was the perfect place for us to chill out for a few days before returning home.

Nice place, basic rooms very clean. The staff are lovely, Ana at reception was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice and very well kept. The gym is an absolute joke, it's basically a big empty room with 3 pieces of equipment, a cross trainer a treadmill and a cable machine no benchs. They really shouldn't advertise a gym because they don't have one. Apart from that it's a grand place to stay.

Great place! Rooms are out dated but it has a good service and swimming pool.

The Hotel has 6 electric chargers at -2 parking (charging is free), when you arrive just ask the receptionist to turn it on. We were traveling with the dog, there's an additional cost of 25 eur/night. Nearby the hotel there's a big park, great for the dog owners:) The inner pool is heated, so it was great to swim after a long day. Hot tub isn't working at the moment (Mid of Jan 2022). The room is spacious, the balcony is huge! Breakfast has good variety - scrambled eggs, bacon, bean, fruit and many more. In 15 min walk there are different restaurants and LIdl supermarket. We stayed only for 1 night, so I can't evaluate the efficiency of cutlery, but at least it would be great to have detergent and a sponge in the kitchen.

Large and comfortable rooms/apartments, nice bar, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Located near a nice forest. Has a large pool outdoors and indoors. Gym

Lovely large apartment. Great to have fridge and freezer. Nice large patio. Great to be able to do laundry but would have been helpful to have instructions in English for using the machine. Great amenities. Sauna was wonderful. Pool area huge. Breakfast buffet was very good. Tip: they provide sparkling wine for mimosa!

Excellent location and a nice place ( indoor heated swimming pool and car rental at location and nice facilities ).

Pretty place, it would have been better if a person showed us how to use the stovetop when checked in the first day. Alarm on the stove went off and woke us up in the early morning

Love this place! The room was better than we expected. Nice kitchen w/ huge refrigerator. Great for extended stays. Comfortable big bed. Great breakfast and bar food. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was given immediate First-Aid when I fell and hit my head. We look forward to our next visit!

The place is very old indeed, with outdated rooms. Service is just ok.... The pool is nice, gym is pretty big (however, not a single mat for stretching / floor exercises). We wanted the room with kitchen so we booked this place. Overall it's not bad

We booked a studio which was clean enough. The pool was good. We did not have so much expectations. However the service was very bad. Our room still was not ready around 5pm.

The apartment was enormous and featured a wonderful balcony with a breathtaking view. The food at the hotel's bar was delectable and reasonably priced, and the hotel pool was fantastic. There was a great selection for breakfast. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Choose not to book it at the official website for 170$ a night but found it to be 100$ a night on Locktrip and used this discount code to get it even cheaper LMUKR

- Excellent customer service. - Hotel smells nice. - Each room is provided with 'Rituals' shower gel and shampoo + hand-wash. - The rooms are very very spacious. Beds made every morning. Good breakfast too. Loved the fresh orange juice maker 😋 👌. - Not too far from Lisbon Town... approx €13 via bolt. Could be less. - 20 mins to the airport ( incredibly convenient) Overall I loved my stay here, would defo go back again. Its very affordable too.

Huge rooms, we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with the sea view. Pool was fab. Staff were so helpful. Only thing is the building itself is very old and run down but otherwise all good

Nice hotel, very big comfortable rooms and bed. Cleanliness is good. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool with sauna and gym with good equipments. Breakfast was medium, they could add more options. There is a hotel restaurant with good food but slow service.

An enjoyable holiday. Didn't go exploring as much as we normally would when away. Reason being, we were happy staying put. Lovely place with plenty of facilities, great pool area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. About 12km from Lisbon centre.

Good hotel in Lisbon for longer stays. The hotel is a little bit worn down and could use some refurbishment. The bar with staff are super nice and friendly. The breakfast could have some more options.

I stayed here with a large group (150) of university students. The check in and out process was smooth and the hotel staff were fantastic, particularly helping students with printing presentation notes (going above and beyond!) The bar/restaurant was nice and the food was good. The selection for breakfast was limited, but nice! The grounds of the hotel and views are wonderful. I particularly liked the pool and gardens. :)

Sadly I cannot bring myself to give this place a higher rating as I found it terribly overpriced and due to covid, I felt cheated out of the breakfast one would usually enjoy. They wanted to charge for water at breakfast, even though usually, at a buffet breakfast it would be freely available...the cheek! Anyway, won't be staying there again, I don't think .
