First think this place requires prior reservation before entering. So if you didn’t make a reservation you can’t do it the day you came. Second they do not provide helmets and gloves. Helmets are not as important but gloves are essential as there are a lot of places were you will need to hold tight onto ropes or wood, without gloves you will scrape off multiple layers of your hands skin and get blisters. Third if you want to try the mega course you must be able to pull your self up or pull up your own weight. Fourth there are a lot of rope ladder and rope net obstacle on mega course. They are very shaky so it’s super hard to get to the top. Each section in mega course starts with rope ladder. There are total of 5 sections in mega course. Fifth You will be very dehydrated as there are no water fountains so bring your own water and someone who can sit with your items because it is recommended to not bring any bags or items onto the course, in between each course you can go to wash hands and cool down with tap water. Sixth there are 2 bathrooms 1 for woman and one for men. There is also a picnic area with Tree shade from the sun. Right beside there are a lot of trails for waking and for bike racing down the hills. Good place for those who want to have an Adventure.

Hey! We did enjoy our time there. Great staff and service. My kids love it and they could stay all day. They spoke English and kindly explain us all. They where also very kind to our kinds. The only thing I wish is to create more awareness on visitors. It was lots of trash everywhere which makes me sad. On top of the tables and ground. This is a place suggested into the 10 most to do in Portugal so will definitely need to be highly maintained to attract more tourist. Overall it’s a great place to visit with kids or adults as well. Lots of outdoor exercises fun .

Our son loved the experience. The systems are safe and the staff are all warm and professional! Special shout out to Mafalda who took particular care of our son. In fact, all the staff are so careful and caring with the children. Great place to spend and evening… but bring your own picnic!

The staff at Adventure Park delivered on all one might expect for their first Arborism and tree climbing adventure. The staff was absolutely awesome, they were patient, supportive, encouraging and super helpful to my 12-year-old. He conquered his fear of heights and completed the obstacle course 3x. Thank you Adventure Park for an awesome time.

Such a great place for kids. The little forest was perfect for my 'tall' 4 year old and he managed it no problem. Staff were great, very reasonably priced. Great location too not far from Lisbon or Cascais. We will be back!

Great experience and park! Lots of ziplines and obstacles. The staff is friendly and the way of handling the equipment is easy. You must have in mind that you will be doing the challenges on your own, the staff is with you only during the briefing and some early challenges, but there's staff all over the park. There's a track for kids and 5 for adults. My only suggestion is to have a bigger changing room/toilet and recycling bins.

Great place to go out with kids. I'm not a gym person but managed go through the mega zip line with my 11 yo son. Staff was there to assist too. Just remember to get a set of clothes for change - we didn't! And don't wear white shirt 😂

It was great actually. Did the mega circuit, lasted about an hour. It's has 5 stages of obstacles, all I think are a good balance from the fitness junkie to the inbetweeners like myself 😁😁😁. Sport clothes are best advised, no open toe shoes nor espadrilles. There are also other activities on the facilities that you can combine. We did the kayaking and was good. The water on the other hand not so clean. Swimming definitely not recommended.

Amazing tree top obstacle course in the treetops. There are 2 different courses. Our boys went on the "Little Forest" one, which is geared for younger people, although I feel like it's most likely fun for any age. They had a blast, and we'll definitely be back to try the "Mega Circuit" course!

Would definitely recommend! Bring old clothes as at bottom of Ziplines it gets a little dusty. Quite a workout too but accessible to those who are less fit also. Guides are very friendly and safe. Would go again.

Great space for adults and kids. There is a whole complex and park with loads of activities for active people! It would be great to have more places like this!

Really good fun, no waiting time (although we visited on a Friday) and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism would be that there was no helmet requirement - this felt a bit unsafe.

A really fun experience. It is safe you only have to follow the monitors’ instructions (which are simple by the way). You don’t have to be a gym guy to go through the mega circuit. You can take gloves if you don’t want your hands to get soar.

Nice high ropes park inside the city. We took the smaller circuits with our girls age 10/7. The bigger one is for kids over 12. The smaller circute was good fu for the girls. It had 2 challenging obstacles but the rest were fine. The smaller circute has only one zip line at the end of it. You can do two rounds and the overall time it took us was was something like 30 min. Each round. The stuff was friendly, attentive ,helpful and friendly. The place has some ice cream some waiting tables and WC. The price for two adults and two kids was 50 Euro.

The kids loved the mini forest course. There were adults also doing the mini forest so I would say its for all ages, beginners level. I was worried they may have the language barrier but it was an empty worry. They learned by looking and the monitors spoke english too. I didn't book beforehand but I did place a reservation and paid in the premises.

Pretty cool place for younger kids. They have two sections, so if your kid is not taller than 110cm they can go on a low route which doesn’t require harness. They also sell drinks but you can bring in your own food.

We to traveled to Lisbon for a little over a week, I took my 8 year old and obviously wanted to do some stuff geared for kids so he had some entertainment. On our last day I went on this site and it seemed you could purchase tickets at the park, I checked opening hours and we were there on Friday 11/25 at 2:30 pm. It was a long drive from Lisbons historical center but my child couldn’t stop taking about it, so it was worth it. Until we arrived and we’re greeted by a very grumpy teenage girl who said we needed reservations and he was not going to be able to play in any course because there weren’t enough attendants. She said there was a school who had already booked the mini kids course and they were the only ones who could use the park. I explained this was our last day in Portugal as my child stood behind me crying in disappointment, she maintained that he wouldn’t be able to go in because there wasn’t enough staff (even though there were several people sitting in the office behind her). I offered to pay extra, and even offered to pay the fee for the entire class using the course if they would allow one more child in, her response “no but I can make you an appointment for another day, this is all on our website”. While I am fluent in Portuguese I did not read anything about reservations on the website. For the most part we encountered incredibly friendly and helpful people in Portugal, and it was an amazing trip but it’s unfortunate that at a children’s place lazy, grumpy teenagers can’t do more to help when we’re only talking about one child, who is disappointed and crying. I’m sure the school would not have minded adding another child to their group (that I would be supervising) if they had known I would’ve paid for their entire outing. We will be back In Portugal, but as we were driving away my son said “I never want to come here again”, so we’ll be spending our time and money in other places designated for kids, I just can’t understand how places who are created for children can be so inflexible and rude and quick to disappoint a child. Perhaps if I had 5 kids with me it would’ve made sense why they couldn’t accommodate, but it was only one child. Poor management here and poor staff. I haven’t encountered this anywhere in the world at a children’s entertainment facility.

It is amazing! Harder than I thought - but I’m 50. My 16 year old son cannot wait to go again. There is a much easier course for those that are little or not as nimble. The large courses include rope ladders, balance beams in the sky and zip lines. We highly recommend it. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the staff can be incredible, or a bit snooty - depending on who ya get.

This park is simply amazing. Kind and efficient staff who look after who is doing the routine. Great chance to have fun with your children.

The 'above 12 years-parcours' looked very nice & interesting, but the 'kids parcours' was too easy and a bit boring for our kids (8&5), for the price you pay. But! There is also a small parcours, just on 1 meter, you can do for free and my kids want to go there every day. That's actually really nice!!

Great way to pass a day in the nature and climb some trees in safety, you will be able to jump like tarzan, climb over some trees and fly for a few minutes. The staff will guide you through the whole process and provide you with safety guidance. Also check their web site for discounts as they appear there quiet often.

Nice outdoors play area for kids and adults. The price could be less. It is 12.5 euros for a child and 20 euros for adult.
