Algeria
has
been
through
its
long
history
of
many
civilizations
since
2500
BC,
all
competed
on
the
land
and
place
of
Algeria,
and
left
an
architectural
and
linguistic
heritage,
many
of
which
still
exist
to
this
day.
"Culture
and
Tourism"
celebrates
heritage
at
Al
Ain
Palace
Museum

One
of
the
most
important
landmarks
in
Algeria's
history
is
the
period
of
the
Ottoman
Empire,
which
Algeria
joined
nominally
in
1504,
ending
with
the
French
occupation
of
Algeria
in
1830,
the
palace
of
Mustafa
Pasha.

The
traveler
in
a
number
of
districts
of
the
Algerian
capital
and
some
other
cities
sees
the
history
of
Algeria
more
than
four
centuries
ago,
from
buildings,
palaces
and
mosques,
which
defied
the
factors
of
time
and
people
passing
by,
and
remained
steadfast,
to
silently
recount
some
of
the
ancient
historical
tales
of
a
country
called
Algeria.

In
the
ancient
neighborhood
of
the
Lower
Kasbah,
not
far
from
the
sea,
near
the
Katshwa
Mosque
and
the
old
Grand
Mosque,
there
is
the
Palace
of
Mustafa
Pasha,
which
is
still
a
living
witness
to
the
Ottomans
in
Algeria.
History
of
the
palace

"Mustafa
Pasha"
was
the
ruler
of
Algeria
from
1798
to
1805,
or
as
he
was
called
"Dai",
who
succeeded
his
uncle,
"Dai
Hassan,"
ordered
the
construction
of
a
palace
with
very
special
engineering,
and
had
it.
The
palace
of
Mustafa
Pasha,
built
in
1779,
was
the
family
residence
of
the
parents,
his
wife
and
children,
his
personal
guard,
his
servants
and
servants.
He
was
also
home
to
the
guests
of
the
distinguished
Dai,
including
the
son
of
the
King
of
France,
the
Duke
of
Orleans.

With
the
advent
of
French
colonization
of
Algeria
in
1830,
the
occupation
administration
turned
it
into
a
national
library
in
1863,
which
included
more
than
2000
manuscripts
stolen
by
the
colonizer
from
the
family
libraries
in
Constantine
after
its
occupation
in
1837.

The
"Dai
Mustafa
Pasha"
was
killed
in
1805
following
a
military
coup
caused
by
the
civil
disobedience
declared
by
the
people
of
Algeria
on
the
Dai,
and
his
grave
is
located
in
the
"Bab
Al-Wadi"
in
the
Algerian
capital
not
far
from
the
palace.

As
it
is
inside
Al
Ain's
news
portal
visited
the
palace
and
found
tourists
from
Algeria,
France,
Germany
and
Italy,
who
agreed
to
the
palace's
dignity.
Its
architecture
is
one
of
the
masterpieces
of
Islamic
architecture
and
its
historical
and
cultural
value.

In
the
Palace
of
Mustafa
Pasha
there
is
a
courtyard
known
as
the
"courtyard
courtyard",
with
a
marble
fountain
and
two
subterranean
floors.
They
are
joined
by
solid
marble
columns
with
eight
rooms.
The
Algerian
authorities
have
turned
them
into
a
museum
of
the
original
line.

At
the
entrance
to
the
palace
on
the
side
of
Yemen,
there
are
stairs
for
the
parents
and
his
family
only,
leading
to
the
five
rooms
on
the
top
floor,
and
on
the
left
there
are
other
stairs
dedicated
to
servants
and
maids.
As
they
ascend,
the
visitor
finds
two
other
sections,
one
for
the
private
bath
"Baladi
and
his
family"
and
the
other
for
the
large
kitchen
which
includes
7
smokers
in
the
style
of
the
Palace
of
the
Sultan's
Harem.

It
is
interesting
to
note
that
in
the
staircase
of
the
Dai
and
the
servants,
it
is
different.
The
ramparts
are
small
in
thickness
and
size
to
make
it
easier
to
climb,
while
the
servants'
staircase
has
a
large
thickness,
and
everyone
who
uses
it
feels
the
difference
between
them
and
the
ladders.

In
an
attempt
to
preserve
it
from
oblivion,
the
Algerian
authorities
turned
the
palace
into
a
national
museum
of
ornamentation,
miniatures
and
calligraphy,
on
7
November
2007,
as
part
of
the
cultural
investment
of
the
ancient
Kasbah
area,
classified
as
a
global
heritage
of
humanity.

It
was
decided
to
convert
all
eight
rooms
into
a
museum
that
included
a
collection
of
paintings
of
decoration,
miniature
and
original
calligraphy,
the
paintings
whose
owners
were
"surprisingly
astonished"
in
those
paintings.
When
entering
Al
Ain's
news
portal
to
these
museum
rooms,
it
was
found
that
the
paintings
were
from
Arab
and
other
countries,
including
Algeria,
Syria,
Iraq,
Jordan,
Egypt,
Palestine,
Yemen,
China,
Uzbekistan,
Tajikistan,
Mongolia,
India
and
Turkey.

قصر
العين

ومن
المعالم
التي
بقيت
شاهدة
على
واحدة
من
أهم
مراحل
الجزائر
في
تاريخها،
فترة
الدولة
العثمانية
التي
التحقت
بها
الجزائر
"اسميًا"
عام
1504،
انتهت
مع
الاحتلال
الفرنسي
للجزائر
سنة
1830،
هو
قصر
مصطفى
باشا.

فالمتجول
في
عدد
من
أحياء
العاصمة
الجزائرية
وبعض
المدن
الأخرى
يرى
تاريخ
الجزائر
قبل
أكثر
من
4
قرون،
من
مبانٍ
وقصور
ومساجد،
تحدت
عوامل
الزمن
والبشر
المارة
عليها،
وبقيت
صامدة،
حتى
تروي
بصمت
جزءًا
من
حكايات
تاريخية
قديمة
لبلد
اسمه
الجزائر.

في
ذلك
الحي
العتيق
"القَصبة
السفلى"،
وغير
بعيد
عن
البحر،
وبالقرب
من
مسجد
كتشاوة
والمسجد
الكبير
العتيق،
يوجد
"قصر
مصطفى
باشا"
الذي
لازال
شاهدًا
حيًا
على
فترة
العثمانيين
في
الجزائر.
تاريخ
القصر

"مصطفى
باشا"
هو
حاكم
الجزائر
من
1798
إلى
1805
م،
أو
كما
كان
يسمى
"الدَّاي"،
الذي
خلف
خاله
"الدَّاي
حسن"،
فأمر
بتشييد
قصر
فخم
بهندسة
خاصة
جدًا،
وكان
له
ذلك.
"قصر
مصطفى
باشا"
الذي
بُني
عام
1779م،
كان
للإقامة
العائلية
للدَّاي
وزوجته
وأطفاله،
وحرسه
الشخصي،
ولخدمه
وخادماته،
وكان
كذلك
مقرًا
لاستقبال
ضيوف
الدَّاي
المميزين،
من
بينهم
نجل
ملك
فرنسا
"دوق
أورليانز".

ومع
دخول
الاستعمار
الفرنسي
للجزائر
عام
1830،
حولته
إدارة
الاحتلال
إلى
"مكتبة
وطنية"
سنة
1863
م،
والتي
ضمّت
مخطوطات
فاق
عددها
2000
مخطوط
نهبها
المستعمر
من
المكتبات
العائلية
في
مدينة
قسنطينة
بعد
احتلالها
سنة
1837م.

أما
"الدَّاي
مصطفى
باشا"
فقد
قُتل
عام
1805
على
إثر
انقلاب
عسكري
سببه
حالة
العصيان
المدني
التي
أعلنها
سكان
الجزائر
على
الدَّاي،
ويوجد
قبره
في
منطقة
"باب
الوادي"
بالعاصمة
الجزائرية
غير
بعيد
عن
مقر
القصر.

كما
هو
من
الداخل
بوابة
"العين"
الإخبارية
زارت
القصر،
فوجدت
سُياحًا
من
الجزائر
وفرنسا
وألمانيا
وإيطاليا،
أجمعوا
على
فخامة
هذا
القصر،
بهندسته
المعمارية
التي
تمثل
واحدة
من
روائع
العمارة
الإسلامية،
وقيمته
التاريخية
والثقافية،
كما
تجولت
"العين"
بين
طابقيه
السفلي
والعلوي.

يوجد
في
"قصر
مصطفى
باشا"
ساحة
تسمى
"صحن
الدار"،
تتوسطها
نافورة
رخامية،
وطابقين
سفلي
وعلوي،
تتماسك
فيما
بينها
بأعمدة
رخامية
صلبة،
وبه
8
غرف،
حولتها
السلطات
الجزائرية
إلى
متحف
للخط
الأصيل،
لكن
يمنع
على
الزوار
والصحفيين
تصوير
تلك
الغرف.

عند
مدخل
القصر
في
جهة
اليمن،
توجد
سلالم
خاصة
بالدَّاي
وعائلته
فقط،
تؤدي
إلى
الغرف
الخمس
الموجودة
في
الطابق
العلوي،
وفي
الجهة
اليسرى
توجد
سلالم
أخرى
مخصصة
للخدم
والخادمات.
وعند
صعودها
يجد
الزائر
قسمين
آخرين،
واحدا
للحَمَّام
الخاص
"بالداي
وعائلته"،
والآخر
للمطبخ
الكبير
الذي
يضم
7
مدخنات
على
طريقة
قصر
"حريم
السلطان".

والمثير
للانتباه
في
السلالم
الخاصة
بالداي
والخدم،
أنها
مختلفة،
فسلالم
الدَّاي
صغيرة
السمك
والحجم،
لتُسهل
عليه
الصعود،
بينما
سلالم
الخدم
لها
سمك
كبير،
وكل
من
يستعملها
يحس
بفرق
الراحة
بينها
وبين
سلالم
الدَّاي.

وفي
محاولة
للحفاظ
عليه
من
النسيان
والزوال،
حولت
السلطات
الجزائرية
القصر
إلى
متحف
وطني
للزخرفة
والمنمنمات
وفن
الخط،
في
7
نوفمبر/تشرين
الثاني
عام
2007،
في
إطار
الاستثمار
الثقافي
لمنطقة
"القَصبة
العتيقة"،
المُصنّفة
كتراث
عالمي
للإنسانية.

فتقرر
تحويل
جميع
الغرف
الثماني
إلى
متحف
ضم
مجموعة
من
اللوحات
الخاصة
بالزخرفة
والمنمنمات
وفن
الخط
العربي
الأصيل،
وهي
اللوحات
التي
أقل
ما
يُقال
عنها
أن
أصحابها
"أبدعوا
إلى
حد
الدهشة"
في
تلك
اللوحات.
وعند
دخول
بوابة
"العين"
الإخبارية
إلى
تلك
الغرف
المتحفية،
وجدت
أن
اللوحات
من
دول
عربية
وغيرها،
من
بينها
إضافة
إلى
الجزائر:
سوريا،
العراق،
الأردن،
مصر،
فلسطين،
اليمن،
الصين،
أوزباكستان،
طاجكستان،
منغوليا،
الهند،
وتركيا.
