I’m impressed with the quality of the ingredients. Everything tastes great. They definitely has the best chefs. Even the chicken breast was super soft and juicy. The atmosphere seemed to be very nice. The only thing they have to improve is to pay more attention with the to go orders. I was asking and looking around for the person who can help me with my order. Other that that everything was great.

For having just opened only a few hours before our reservation time, I have to give the staff 5 STARS. First off, the food was terrific so they have the right people working the kitchen. Our server Cat had a beautiful smile, laugh, and attitude. She needs a little more experience to becoming a top-notch server and she has all the capability of getting there. Yes, we had to wait a little longer for some of our service, but there was nothing amiss to affect our dining experience. In a few weeks (maybe a little longer), I suspect the team at Cooper’s Hawk will know the process and their fellow employees to become a very efficient, polite, and professional team. I’m glad we took a chance on dining on the opening night. Give them a try, but be patient and kind as everybody works out the minor kinks.

We went to the soft opening and it was perfection from the moment we walked in. They did a fabulous job with the space-it was beautiful but more importantly, even with a completely full restaurant, we could still hear each other without effort. That’s a huge thing when you get to a “certain” age-LOL. The service was perfect-they were all knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being hovering. My water glass never got less then 1/2 empty. The food was delicious-the biggest surprise was how incredibly flavorful the calamari was. It was clearly fresh too-none of the chewiness that you get when it’s been frozen. They are a scratch kitchen and it shows. We can’t wait to go back!

New addition to the Cooper’s Hawk family and not disappointed in the upward trend in service, menu or wine. Any missteps it’s an early opening under a big name. But no problem with what brought us here, the wine.

Our server Carla was so funny and personable I will definitely ask for her again a good server make the dining even better !! Food was great, The managers Tiffany and Scott were awesome along with the manager on duty that night (can't remember his name sorry) The new restaurant will definitely be our go to (have been a wine club member for over 10 years) so excited to have one near me in Algonquin now

Had a great experience at the NEW Coopers Hawk! Our whole experience was enjoyable. Amanda was friendly and attentive the entire evening. She was patient with my daughter, 5, and heeded to her needs for more crayons, refills and extra bread. We were there to celebrate my husbands birthday and Amanda acknowledged it quickly. She also worked with me to get my membership restarted. My only complaint to the restaurant is the noise level in the main dining area. There are a lot of tables in the main area, which made the whole room feel louder and made conversation somewhat difficult. - if there is a way to add extra noise dampening materials to the walls or ceiling, it would likely help a lot. Can’t wait to go back and take advantage of our tastings at the incredibly large tasting bar!

It was the first week of a new restaurant. opening up in our neighborhood. My husband and I and a friend went for the wine tasting. It was very busy, but I managed to make reservations for four on Saturday evening. I was excited. The service was great. the food was great. 2 days later, I went back to get gift cards for Christmas presents. and I also signed up for the wine club. Happy Cooper's Hawk is in our neighborhood.!

The location is gorgeous and so close to home! We absolutely love coopers hawk! We have been waiting for this location since it was announced! Went for a wine tasting today and Mikes knowledge of coopershawk wines and wine in general was amazing!!!! Our waitress Mandy was super knowledgeable about the wines and menu! Even our hostess was wonderful! Our appetizers took a bit longer than anticipated (to be expected for a brand new location) Bobby D went above and beyond to make it right. This is our new “home base” coopershawk and we couldn’t be more excited! What a EXCEPTIONAL first impression!
