Wait Time 2023 - again (no change, very bad and even worse) Undoubtedly Dr James is great. But never ever the staff and wait times, although you have appointments, unacceptably worst. I have been going to this doctor's office for about 7 years, I have posted review last year too. This year also, I have had waited 1 hour 30 minutes in waiting area and I lost patience to be called. More or less same experience every time in my visits. No complains on the doctors, but this wait times are horrible. Wait time - 2022 I have been going to this doctors office for about 6 years , I always missed to post the review due to Dr James, he is so nice. However the delay that you will have to wait for your turn, is more than 30minutes in waiting room, 10-15 minutes wait for vital, 30+ minutes to doctor come and see you, easily you end up 2+ hours, although you have scheduled appointment. More or less same experience everytime in my visits. No complains on the doctors, but this wait times are horrible

I can not even put into words how amazing this facility is, specifically Dr. James Stewart. The practice is owned by James and his brother John Stewart but I have only had experience with Dr. James Stewart. I have been dealing with a list of health issues that have continued to get worse over the years and I could not find a PCP that was willing to help me with everything going on and genuinely care. I have had doctors belittle me before, throw papers at me, tell me I have too many health issues to be treated so they refuse to help, yell at me and so forth. I have been seeing Dr. James Stewart since February 2021 and he has done way more for me than my doctors have done in the past 10 years combined. He is so patient, loving, kind. He jokes around to ease up anxiety. He does not like to see any patient hurting in any way and he will do whatever is needed to get the help you need. Every appointment, I walk outside and practically burst into tears in my car because of just how grateful I am for the help I am receiving here. I feel so safe and cared for by coming here. His nurse Jimmy is also really nice and always has a smile on. The person who draws blood is theeee absolute best. I am a hard stick; normally takes 5+ tries and so many methods trying to get my blood drawn but she nails it on the first try every time! Melanie works hard with all the authorizations needed and I don't feel like a burden because of the amount of specialists or devices my doctor orders. Dr. James Stewart does have student doctors that help him but never replace his spot for your appointment entirely. Honeslty, in the past this would have bothered me but we NEED more doctors like Dr. James Stewart so I love seeing his student doctors in the office. If you want to feel like your health matters, I advise you to give them a call and come in.

I have been to this office about 3 times and although I love the PA Sonya, the front staff and MA assistants that have attended me are very unprofessional. They rarely greet you or smile and genuinely look like they hate being there and when they call you up to the front to collect a copay they answer your questions with attitude. Coming from a medical background myself, it is shocking how there are other people in the medical field that don’t like to deal with people! I understand if they are busy on the computer but a simple greeting or acknowledgement is better than nothing. Will be looking for another doctor’s office, but thanks Sonya! Keep up the good work and professional attitude!

I have been using Stewart and Stewart Medical for over 30 years. But I'm changing my doctor's office due to not being seen in a timely manner. They use to squeeze me in in case of emergency. But not any more. They don't call for referral's from my insurance company. I can't get my my eyes checked and I'm suffering from C.O.P.D. and asked for breathing treatment machine to help me breathe but like every thing nothing. I guess they got to big or the staff just doesn't care. Dr. John and James are great . It's a shame that I have to look for another doctor's office.

I've been coming to Stewart Medical Group for 6 years now. I've always seen the PA instead of MD. Now I'm seeing Sonia. She is amazing! She's compassionate and caring. The wait time is always under 10 min.

Decided to find a new doctor around me after getting a insurance with my new job. Dr. Stewart was in my medical group and people seemed to like him, so I decided to give them a try. Signing up wasn't too bad and I was able to book a new appointment the very next week. At my appointment, I was seen by a medical student doing his residency, but Dr. Stewart came in afterwards to make sure I was taken care of and asked if I had any questions. He was very nice and I felt comfortable with any questions. I also had some samples done, but it was very quick. Overall, I feel pretty satisfied with my visit and definitely will be making my primary doctor here!

The Doctors are great and the PAs as well but when it comes to the front office staff....horrible. They are rude and unprofessional. Needing to be seen for something that is important to you...is not important to them. They can't even fit you in and I have been going there for years now. They don't even try! Their answer is "I'm sorry, we are fully booked." Their attitude and lack of personality is obvious. Maybe they need a new job.

Go somewhere else. Customer service is horrible. My Doctor was decent. The wait even when you have an appointment is beyond ridiculous. If you ever reach out via email or leave a message for the doctor, good luck on ever getting a response. After the 6th try I gave up. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Ignore all negative reviews!! After years of putting myself last (Im a mom of 3 + husband) finally gave myself a chance to be seen by the staff at Stewart Medical Group, which i already knew were great for my husbands primary Doctor is Dr. John Stewart. I was seen by PA Sonia Tang and boy was i satisfied she read all my history and was able to answer all my concerns on my heath and well being. After a few days i was able to get my blood work results via Web, Patients are emailed access to a portal and kept up to date with results! Now were able to set up a new plan for myself. Really looking forward to my follow-up. I would really recommend making Stewart Medical Group as your Primary doctors.

A little difficult to actually see your doctor. Usually see a PA after a long wait. Changing review from one to four stars as I was going through chemotherapy at the time of my last post, and my wife said I was in a bad mood.

The best doctors are here! Once a month this Pet/CT truck is in their parking lot.
