    The radiology tech (Cece is her name), Left me alone in the middle of the Procedure. The machine stopped moving and blasted X-rays to my midsection. Today I feel unwell. When I asked for her name, she kept quiet and went to her supervisor. It seemed to me that she wanted to have no interaction with me whatsoever. She just wanted to do the scan and for me to shut up. So this technician’a name is cece, and the manager’s name is Kelle T. (Would not provide me with a last name). This was just my experience, and from the other reviews you can probably tell that these people may do more harm than good. Be careful and don’t let them mistreat you. It’s a mystery to me how this can legally operate.

    Really bad experience here! When I got here, front desk told me They cannot let my child here, and i call my friend, front desk Claire said only can wait 5 mins late, otherwise need to reschedule or go to somewhere.

    This is the worse place for costumes services. The people who are in the front desk are condescending. It took me 2 weeks just to schedule an appointment. I called them and give all my info and they told me that they would call me back in 30 min, so they can confirm my info. I gave them a call back 3 hrs after and they told me the same. Call next week and same story. While in the office. The front people were so rude. My doctor fine, he was what you spect when you see a doctor.

    Not a good customer service waiting for you here. They don't talk to you like you are valuable. My family and I felt disrespected from the way they spoke to us. Well, it's not a surprise, once we saw the way they treat other customers. Well, the operators of the imaging are quite nice though.

    Really BAD EXPERIENCE 👎🏽 they gave me an appointment and if your a bit late they flat out say no we can't take you!!! I never had this happen to me and I had plenty of mammograms. They DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. IT'S THE PLACE IN THE BASEMENT.

    Terrible service from waiting room atmosphere to mammogram. Lack of professionalism. Won’t be returning.. technicians need retraining on how to work with people.

    DR. RICK JELMINI REFERRED MY SON TO THIS DENTAL IMAGING WITH DR. MARK LOWE'S APPROVAL. The worst location, it's like a maze to find and park your vehicle. I got a referral to come here, the referral only gives you a map, but trying to find the office is a maze. When I called to set up an appointment the receptionist she did not tell me that the office is located in the front not in the back. In back is where the parking lot is located. If you are lucky and happen to enter from the frontage road, and not First Street, then you will see the office in the front. This imaging DOES NOT bill your insurance, but they give you a billing form that you need to fill out for reimbursement. MAKE SURE THAT YOU look at the paperwork, because the clerk may get the info on the billing form wrong as it happened to me. DON'T BRING CASH BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE CHANGE. I called Mark Lowe's office and they told me that this is the only dental imaging that's available.

    I'm a Cancer patient and I need to take many different CT scans and other exams. I would like to buy thanks to all of the staff there. Because of yours outstanding professional services and hard work Today I especially said thanks to Sunhi, Sally, and Marsha , you're the best of the best .

    BAD EXPERIENCE They gave me an appointment, but they insisted i didn't have the appointment when I arrived. I took a day off for that but they told me I was not in the list. Location: 1661 Hanover Road, City of Industry, CA 91748

    When I read these negative feedbacks from the customers, I was not surprised at all. I just had worst experience here I have ever had in my life. My appointment has been scheduled a month ago. I arrived there and checked in 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. However, I have been sitting at waiting room for 2 hours. i started to question the nurse, I was told they looked for my report. I questioned this repot should have been done a long time ago, not in last minutes. They started to push away responsibility . What I felt very frustration, I wasted 2 hours there and nobody came to explain to me . I felt very disrespect. I requested to talk with the manager. That manager is lack of customers service skills. This is why the staff under her manage are so rude. After talking with her, she made me more frustration. so I complaint to her supervisor. Soon after, this manger stopped the doctor to talk about my medical issue. And told me "you are not coming back any more" . This manager was abusing her power to against my rights.

    People is very nice in this place they will help you from beginning to the end with your MRI a big thks yo Sandy and his partner (unfortunately didn't get his name but he's such a nice person) Thank you so much guys for your help with my MRI!!

    I am VERY HAPPY with all the people that WORKS there, especially Ms. Socorro...they are SUPER friendly and very professional... It's a VERY helpful and FRIENDLY environment. We (the family members) have to be there because we don't have a choice, but THOSE people MADE the situation bareable... THEY HELP!!!!!!! THE MOST FRIENDLY Imaging CENTER I have ever been!
