    When I was an infant just 2 weeks old my mother took me when I had a fever and Dr. Kong told her to get me to ER immediately. Just a fever not even very high and he had her take me. He diagnosed my meningitis from just a quick check on me. If he wasn't the doctor he is they said I likely would have died if it had gone untreated even an hour longer. Almost impossible to diagnose in an infant until its too late. They thought I'd be a vegetable after the fever spiked after arriving to dangerous high temperature. But because I was there in the hospital where Dr kong insisted I be taken immediately I was treated on the spot and I have lived a normal life despite any damage from the fever. Dr. Kong diagnosed something most others would have overlooked, but he didn't. I owe my life to his quick diagnosis. I trust him completely with my children. Doctor Kong is an absolutely one of a kind special doctor and he is my hero. Should you find your child be in the same situation you better hope this man is your doctor or another may overlook it.

    Wish his contact information was updated. My kids need to see the doctor and there is no way of contacting him. Went to the pharmacist in his office building and they say they haven't seen him around in months.

    Dr. Kong was first my daughter‘s doctor for 15 years before her brother was born. The two of them were Dr. Kong’s patients until they became of age. I kept them in his care for as long as I could. This is an amazing doctor. He was always patient and knowledgeable. He is kind and maintains amazing stamina in his office that can be filled with crying babies. We are very fortunate to have met him. Thank you Dr. Kong. Patricia Huff

    If I could give a zero star I will, when new baby born at first month it's go with mom's insurance because new baby's insurance card is not arrive yet, and front desk lady says baby needs his own insurance, otherwise we have to pay cash. the truth is : the front desk lady is sooooo lazy, they don't want to check the insurance and let patient call insurance company to get reimbursement. so bad experience, I will keep complaint. If anyone saw my review, and you have to go to this doctor, remember! Baby use uses mom's insurance first month. if they said no, they are cheat and lying. you can either change doctor or spend three hours talk to insurance company to get money back. Because they are soooo lazy, it only take them 5 mins to check insurance and get reimburse. they don't want to spend 5 mins and just playing their phones. because their lazy we need to spend 3 hours to explain that to insurance company. after I pay them, and I feel very uncomfortable with that, so I call another doctor, they spend 5 mins help us to check with the insurance, and tell me the truth. but unfortunatelly I already paid to the lazy desk lady, I have to spend the time to get reimburse. if you guys ever experience this situation, just complaint this lazy lady and see another doctor. I will post my review to everywhere that I can post. and complaint everywhere I can complaint.

    I’ve been taking my kids here for 11 years now and pleased with the outcome. Need a doctor at 7 in the morning they are there. Always taking people in at anytime in the morning. Thank you

    they never answer the phone, the lady at the desk is a neurotic who has a very bad attitude and last but not least her hours of availability suck. I will change my son's doctor

    He is so awesome and caring towards his patient my kids have been with him forever my oldest just turned 18. He is the best!

    A female staff member in her 40s and 50s at the front desk had an extremely bad attitude. They need to make internal adjustments and should not let such unqualified and impatient staff serve mothers at the front desk. This will also affect the moral education of doctors.

    The doctor's wife was at the front desk and her attitude was very bad. She also had a bad attitude when answering the phone. I called to make an appointment to see a doctor for my child at 7:30 in the morning. He said that the doctor was very busy. But he took the child there and there was only one patient inside. He was not busy at all. Otherwise, he would not come today and come tomorrow. The doctor would have a meeting. It would be a big delay. No need. If you go to his home to see a doctor, your condition will be delayed. You have tens of thousands of patients who are not your children, but we only have one or two children who cannot afford to play with you.
