Not very accommodating. I even called ahead and told them I was coming in with severe siatica and couldn't do a wheelchair. My daughter went in and told them I needed a stretcher, they still came out slowly to get me with a wheelchair. No empathy either. 2 days later I went to a different ER near my home and had a much better experience..

I have a really bad ringing in my ear there's even blood that comes out and I went to the ER just so they can check the problem so I waited 9 hours and It was 4 in the morning I was tired and I asked them when I'm I up because it felt like every person that came after me was getting called up before me and every time I asked they keeped saying your next and they just have to get a room so I just waited but then I asked a last time and they said don't worry your next for sure and then I waited a whole nother 4 hours while others were getting called up while I have a massive headache and a none stop ringing on my right side while others get called into rooms but I keeped getting called up when they just wanting to check my vitals. This place is a absolute joke what a shame. I really recommend going somewhere else trust me.

Dangerous and unethical care. I came to this ER in crisis and was seen by the doctor for about 2 minutes total. In that time, he rejected my current diagnosis, diagnosed me with a new condition that no other doctor I've ever seen has mentioned, took me off my current medication and started me on a new one. It seemed very suspicious, but I was in such crisis I just did whatever he told me to do. He gave me his number and told me to call him to schedule a follow up visit ASAP to see how I was doing on my new medication. I ended up having a severe reaction to this medication. I felt like I might die. For three days I called his office, trying to schedule an appointment so we could reevaluate my care plan. He never returned my messages. Eventually his office staff said I could not make an appointment or even briefly speak to him on the phone because I didn't have the right insurance. Not only is it completely unethical to prescribe a vulnerable patient a new medication and then refuse to follow up, it's also a legal liability for him. I had no choice but to make decisions about my own treatment plan which I am NOT qualified to do and stopped taking the medication. I now know that it is dangerous to suddenly stop this medication, and no one should ever do so without medical supervision. This doctor put me at extreme risk and couldn't even take 5 minutes to talk to me on the phone. Disgraceful. Coming to this ER was a huge mistake.

Just worse experience they didn't even try to find out what causing my pain at all. Said I had something that had no symptoms for my head hurt so bad I called 911 a UTI does not cause that much pain then sent me home with my fever at 102 Didn't listen to anything I was telling them. never again will I go to that hospital .

Love the attention I received in and out within 2 hours the entire staff was awesome

Never come to this place. The DMV has better service. An absolute disgrace. Even the people who we called ahead and spoke with were completely apathetic and rude.

Came in with difficulty breathing and chest pain was told to just wait our turn. Could hear nurses talking about what's for lunch instead of helping out the people in waiting area if u want to call it that. Security seemed like he has more sense then the nurses. Horrible experience will never go back again.

I was taken there a couple weeks ago because of vomiting and stomach swelling and passing out , doctors took a while to see me but all the nurses/techs were great with me. doctor diagnosed me with an inflammation in my lymph nodes thankfully not cancerous. Only issue was the little waiting area they had me in

Horrible doctor's here sometimes but other than that they are good. I'm sitting here crying in really really bad pain with an infection in my intestines and I'm 17 weeks along. They said they couldn't do anything but Huntington hospital is better off for any emergency care

I still live another day. Thank you.

I've been to this center twice. Everyone is really wonderful here, but today an ER nurse took care of me and was so genuinely kind while I was hurting that she made me cry. Farah, thank you and I hope that you are treated as well by the admins as you care for us💝

We had a 5 star service at Alhambra ER with Dr. Tamara Mosesian. She took care of my 23 month old son, she evaluated him very well and explained what needed to be done and details on what to do after. Thank you!
