I love the quality of drinks they have. I love the way they serve you fantastic costumer service ❤. 1 thing is bad the traffic the small place they located at ... they might have to look for a bigger place since they always packed.... and this is bcuz they're doing excellent 👏 👌

Went at 10:50pm today. Drive thru worker was extremely rude, mumbling his words and talking as if I did something to him. All I said was I had a mobile order for “my name.” When I was handed my drink, I said thank you and he just looked at me, rolled his eyes, and slammed the window. It was some asian dude, darker skin toned, with a mini pony tail. Also, I asked for light ice but for some reason he filled the entire cup with ice. LIKE THE ENTIRE CUP. There was also two inches of foam on top. Im assuming he was angry when shaking my drink??

(Mondays at 4:30) Great group of baristas ! Always friendly and positive attitudes for 4:30am. Great way to start my morning with smiles

I tried to make an order online but they said they were out of matcha lemonade. So I walked inside thinking it would be faster than the drive-thru which I've done the drive-thru before and they did have matcha lemonade. But it was slower to walk inside and place an order as opposed to waiting in that long line in the a.m. . Drive thru definitely faster. I don't think they understand light Ice. My cup has half a cup of ice.

I do not come here often but when I do. I like getting the mocha cookie crumble. This is one of my favorite desserts. 🍨.

Multiple times these baristas leave my mobile order somewhere OTHER than the mobile order area and tonight i waited OVER 30 MINUTES while ALL the other mobile orders get called. WORST STARBUCKS in the area!!!

Service is always top notch! No complaints there. Drinks are always good 👍. Drive thru peeps need to know what they want and not hold up the line though 🤨

Dude, it gets so insanely packed! But that’s because the people are pretty chill and cool. If you have a dog, dude they will go wild, we love a store that loves animals! Ohhh was I supposed to talk about the drink?? Whoopsieee lol Their drinks are bomb too, they never ruin my drinks HEHE

Its way too cold inside the building, you can't really sit there and enjoy a hot drink cause you're still cold 😔. If you order multiple drinks you may have to wait a bit for them all to come out at the same time. By the time you get the rest, the 1st ones are already cold😪

Literally gave me water with ice!!! And just added color to it lol so disappointing after waiting so long in line :( plus they gave me a wrong drink , looks similar to the one I wanted but with caffeine.

typical Starbucks. your normal level of drinks, nice people. but very busy and bad traffic design where drive thru traffic blocks people from entering and leaving their parking

I went yesterday at around 9:05am and ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso. Everything was pleasant, until I asked a barista for a straw three times. She deliberately ignored me purposely until another associate handed it to me. This barista had red/orangish hair and had a stank attitude. I wish I would’ve seen her name tag so I can call her out personal on her terrible customer service and attitude.

The crew here has to be lifted to the pantheon of the coffee industry, guess comparable to those in Manhattan or Tokyo. This joint has to be the most bustling location, all day long, with all walks of life streaming in, blue-collar, white-collar, law enforcement, entrepreneurs, teenagers, and topping it off, the homeless. Amazingly, they still keep the restroom unlocked, it has to be the ultimate craft of multitasking on display. I hope the corporate office has awarded them with some accolade, or the city should bestow them with some honorary recognition!

Service was super fast and easy. Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely come back again

Very small shop without comfortable inside seating. There is a restroom. In the morning it gets stacked quickly.

Our favorite place is the best cold coffees.

Pick me up coffee days are always nice. Ordered the Salted Caramel Cold Foam (foam not pictured since I mixed it already lol, I know, rookie mistake ) , and a classic so always hits the spot. Brought my reusable straw since I know they're trying to phase them out. All good. Clean inside. Nice staff. Attentive. On it. I like this Starbucks.

Came by at night for a matcha frap and I know some other locations were out so I figured I’d ask first before ordering. So when I asked all I got was a loud “NO” and it was very rude and off putting. Like I’m sorry you probably get the same question from 100 people but instead of apologizing or even offering something else all I got was no. I would have ordered something else but the experience was bad and I didn’t feel like getting anything from this location
