I think I found my favorite local noodle spot ❤️ Meet Qin Noodle is fresh and flavorful. Location is clean and well lit, staff is friendly, service is quick, and prices are great! It’s everything you could ask for. Free parking in the garage nearby. Great spot in downtown Alhambra with lots going on. The “Chinese burger” was fine but felt like a gimmick, not really worth mentioning. But the noodles are out of this world. They’re very fresh and well cooked. We tried the biang biang noodles all 3 ways, stir-fried, soupy, and in the 3-in-1 sauce. It was all delicious but the stir fried cumin lamb stood out in terms of flavor and texture. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back for more!

This is my second visit. I had #N11 last visit. It was very good. I ordered a hamburger like sandwich (#R2, a pan toasted crust filled with sliced beef with chili bites) and a plate of cold noodles (item #C1).. I finished every bite and drank the soup to the last drop. Fresh ingredients. No MSG, I did not feel thirsty at all. Definitely worth a try if you are a fan of noodles Parking structure is behind the restaurant, and the rear door is open. They take order at the counter and serve to the table. Pay after you eat. Will return again for other items.

I’ve never met Qin. I don’t even know who Qin is. What I do know is that the hand-pulled noodles at Meet Qin Noodle are fantastic. Highly recommend N.2 Hot & Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and N.7 Cumin Lamb Biang-Biang Noodles. Flavorful without being too spicy (you can ask for extra chili oil if that’s your thing), the delicious chewy noodles will curb all your carb cravings.

I have to admit this place was quite the surprise! Me and my friend came here, and pigged out! Sort of greasy, but that's what those thick-cut noodles are good for. If you like your food on the saltier side, this place hits the spot. And they were quick too! I would definitely return!

Service was fast and friendly. We ordered dine in and take out. They wanted the food to be fresh for take out so they cooked it fresh. I had the cumin lamb and cold noodle it was flavorful and the lamb was tender. It did not have the numbing spice like the Northern Cafe one if that helps. I came back here and got spicy cold noodles. It didn’t taste spicy but it upset my stomach and woke me up at 3am :(

If you're a fan of hand-pulled noodles and spicy, flavorful dishes, you absolutely have to try Meet Qin Noodle's cumin lamb biang biang noodles! The noodles are incredibly chewy and pair perfectly with the tender lamb that's well-seasoned with just the right amount of cumin spice. The restaurant itself has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and the portion sizes are generous, making it a great spot for a satisfying and delicious meal.

4.5 stars for quality and price. Got the #11 3-in-1, which was not something I normally would’ve ordered, but was curious when my friends pointed it out. The idea of tomatoes in a dish makes me think of raw or boiled tomato slices, the flavor of which alone I couldn’t imagine being appealing in this context, but they ended up being one of the most delicious parts of the dish. They’d completely soaked up the sauce and had a very savory, umami flavor. The spiciness was just right, enough to get me sweating a bit. For a little over $11, it was good value and I would definitely return.

I had the sizzling oil biang-biang noodles with an egg on top. Very good, and great service. Prices are phenomenal for the quality.

wasn’t expecting to like the food here as much as i did !! i’m not a big tomato lover but the N11 noodles were delicious !! also ordered some pork belly skewers along with the XL grilled squid — the squid is a must try !! (tip; we asked for the chili oil on the side and dipped it with our other dishes)

We wondered into Meet Qin not knowing the type of food served here. As both of us can't eat spicy food, we went with the server's recommendations of the beef noodle soup (N1) and biang biang noodle with egg tomato gravy (N12). The noodles are made there and you can certainly taste the freshness.

If you need some hearty comfort food, this is your go-to. It's affordable, no frills and pretty delicious. Noodles are hand-made and there's a wide menu selection. They have traditional and fusion. Parking shouldn't be an issue in the heart of Main St. Alhambra, CA. This place is busy but not packed.

A surprise to find authentic northern Chinese (Xi'an) cuisine in the middle of Alhambra. Price is fair, taste is great, parking is nil, service is decent. A place worth a try if you never had northern Chinese noodles.

I'm giving this place 4 stars because the food was pretty good. I got the cold noodles and it was delicious. And friends got the soup and dry noodles and also liked it. If you like wide noodles, this is a great choice. The portion of the dry and soup noodles is perfect, not too much, not too little. The cold noodles portion is smaller but the price is also a lot less, around $7. Next time I would maybe get two portions if I wanted it as an entree. I took down 1 star though because our food came out in strange increments. My cold noodles came out first. Then it was a little while before the soup noodles came out and then an even longer while before a burger came out and then we realized they totally forgot our dry noodle order which the staff apologized and said was very fast to make and yup came out in a few minutes. However, the overall time it took (not including the forgotten dish) was quite a while. So if you're short on time, this might not be the place to go. However, on a Sunday morning, it was easy to get a table for six which cannot be said for some of the other places we were trying to go to.

They are either grossly understaffed or their kitchen is too small for the number of seats they have. It took an hour and a half between the time we came in and the time all the food arrived at our table. Also people who came in and ordered to go got their food much much faster than those of us who chose to dine in. How unfair is that? The food is good but don’t expect much meat in the noodle dishes.

First time here. Quick noodle meal. Food has stronger flavors, especially if youlike spicy food. One star off because floor is sticky, and restroom can be better. Service is good and fast,

I have been dying to try cold spicy noodle. It uses fast food ordering system: you order at the counter and they will bring food to you (but you don't pay until the end). The place is clean and staffs are friendly. Did came out faster than I expected. It also has the best Chinese burger I have tried. The cold spicy noodle was great as well (btw, it's not spicy at all and has a strong fresh garlic flavor).I wasn't impressed with 3-in-1 noodle dish. The noodle lacks texture and tomato paste dominated the flavor. Overall, definitely give this place a try if you are in the neighborhood. 👍
