I

apt

No
response
so
I
text
him

his
cell

The
one
great
thing
is
that
it’s
close
to
work.
The
neighbors
are
nice.
It’s
quiet
and
peaceful.
The
one
bad
thing
is
that
the
property
is
managed
by
YALE
Management
of
Woodland
Hills.
They
don’t
return
phone
calls
and
don’t
respond
to
your
emails.
The
security
gate
is
left
open
so
people
have
come
in
to
the
back
and
smoke
pot.
Some
of
the
security
lights
are
broken.
Work
order
requests
to
fix
them
have
been
ignored
by
the
resident
manager
who
is
never
home.🤷🏻♀️
