I don’t like to do reviews but I felt this is important to share. My experience here was awful. I felt like I was always getting harassed by the manager (many tenants felt this way) I’d get home to multiple notices for either water shut off or the new parking rules (must have permit to park in your own space , or get towed w a fine of 300+) . Another problem I had was fumigation. Supposedly it was fumigated prior to move in. But I was seeing many little roaches. Also, when it came to maintenance, they will charge any and everything even if it’s at no fault of your own, we moved into the unit with the restroom doors unattached & the mirror drawer hanging by a nail! Long story short , we moved out and the roaches remain living there. I hope nobody will encounter these things , it was very stressful.

I’ve been living here for 2 years. If you are trying to look in this place, trust me you will regret. The new manager is suck. She will pick on you once you do a mistake and will keep accusing you for something that you didn’t do and refuse to hear an explanation. This apartment is getting worst and worst.

Worst experience ever at these apartments, from towing in the parking lot, noisy apartment complex, roaches everywhere, to the most unprofessional manager, highly do not recommend renting here.

6/7/19 2:20pm No response back on email from Marcela so I called her and left a voice message 6/7/19 No response from anyone at Yale . At this no one from Yale Management Services 6/6/19 I emailed YALE Mgmt.. Ms Serban responded to my email. I explained myself on email to Ms. Serban. 6/4/19 I texted michael the manager for status. 5/30/19 I emailed the manager Mr Harold a rental history verification form to complete. I copied current apt manager in this email. No response so I text him on his cell phone 9/1/18 The one great thing is that it’s close to work. The neighbors are nice. It’s quiet and peaceful. The one bad thing is that the property is managed by YALE Management of Woodland Hills. They don’t return phone calls and don’t respond to your emails. The security gate is left open so people have come in to the back and smoke pot. Some of the security lights are broken. Work order requests to fix them have been ignored by the resident manager who is never home.🤷🏻‍♀️

Do not look into this property. You will regret it. Horrible, absolutely horrible management. DO NOT RENT HERE.
