    I work in medical billing and NMM is the absolute WORST to get information from. Their different IPAs don’t talk to each other, so I have to talk to 7 different people if I have 7 different patients. When I call they will only check 3 claims at a time, which would be so bad if it didn’t take OVER AN HOUR to get a hold of an actual person. They don’t respond to emails, messages on their secure portal, or voicemails. They deny claims for stupid reasons (denying corrected claims as duplicates, or denying claims as outside timely filing limits when we just sent them additional information that they requested). Overall a massive pain in my professional rear end….

    This outfit is ridiculous. They have more tactics to make the patient jump through more hoops. I appreciate that they respond by letter, but the pharmaceutical end of it is a nightmare. Update: STILL a nightmare. I can't believe there are only 2 reviews on this outfit. They won't even let me see my own doctor who I'm established with. They have messed up so much paperwork it's unbelievable.

    This place is A MESS. If I can give them a minus star I would. They dont pay on time or correctly. They barely reply to emails. They are so confused about how to process claims.

    Called to get information regarding a bill that’s comes out under my information and they denied to assist me with this. Didn’t even ask to verify my information and stated they can’t release information to me. Under the Privacy Rule, I do have rights to my medical records and billing.
