I thank Dr. Wang's sincere attitude to patients. But I don't agree with the attitude of his clinic staff. They are friendly but not helpful and not too professional. I had a phone visit with Dr. Wang one week before and requested to have a blood test as usual items. I have been with Dr. Wang since 2016. They have my medical records. After one week I went to the clinic to pick up my paper for blood test. I called even one day before and asked if the paper was ready yet. Receptionist told me that it was ready. The next day I went to pick up. No paper was ready and I had to wait for them to fill out the paper there. The next day I went to lab to have the blood drawn. They denied me because some items needed to be authorized. During this pandemic time, I tried not to go out so often especially to the clinic, that's why I selected for phone visit with Dr. Wang. During this time I waited in the lab for an hour and with a lot patients which I was scared of. I went back to Dr. Wang's clinic to ask them why they didn't do the authorization. The receptionist told me that because they didn't know my medical group and if I needed authorization or not. To my surprise was that this receptionist immediately noticed which items in the order paper needed to be authorized. I have been doing the same check items every three months because I have family history needs to be watched out. How can they be professional like this? The receptionist just said, "You just have to wait for that to be authorized. cool attitude. She said that Dr. Wang won't know which items needed to be authorized. Is that true?

Dr. Wang is a very good Doctor, patient. spent time with you .listening and always show the care. he is my family doctor more than ten years.In the meantime .Especially I would like to say Thanks to his office assistant Ms. Mandy Chang for her outstanding professional service and work attitude DEFINITELY Dr. Wang, you need raising her pay check.

I abandon this office anymore. Maybe Dr. James Wang is professional, but the front desk lady will decrease the service level a lot, you could not imagine, how worst it. I do not want to say any bad words, but I really disappointed. For a patient, you could not contact the Dr, without the front desk lady approve, but if she gave wrong information and lazy, what can you do? Maybe the office has too many patients, they could not take care all of that? May the office does not have enough staff or may the front desk lady does not have energy to work?

I have to concur with the other review. I don't know if it happened because I had Medi-Cal, but Dr. Wang behaved as if he didn't want me around. Dr. Wang made me feel as though I was a burden to him. Even in small details, it's clear that he doesn't care much for his patients or at the very least wants to put them at ease. This was evident when he went over my physical results. I tried to scootch closer to him to take a look, and as soon as I did that, he looked at me sternly and told me to back up. I know it seems rather trivial, but I had only intended to take a closer look at the results as he would explain them. Instead, I felt like I had wronged him in some way. The situation worsened when the results of my physical were wrong, and I had to get more blood drawn out for testing. Clearly, Dr. Wang has lost sight of one of the key components to being a doctor: providing patients with quality care. The emphasis is on care. It was sorely lacking. Even worse still, I did not receive a copy of the results. Considering how I was treated by him, I didn't bother requesting one. To be fair, the front desk service was nice. Mandy was friendly. The nurses are nice enough, too, but it ends there.

I have been to Dr for over 20 years He has been by far the best doctor that I have been to for my medical needs ! I could never thank him enough for all he has done for me and for my mom. Dr. Wong is a great Doctor he is very buisy but still manages to find time to talk with his patients, he is very friendly and spends extra time discussing details about your ailments and even asks about your health and general well-being. He speaks English Chinese and Spanish fluently. He is a Doctor of Osteopathy which focused on the whole person and not just the problem area. His staff are very helpful and friendly.10/10 best family doctor in town. And that's why he is so busy everyone likes him. It just seems that his typical patient, clientele aren't leaving reviews online. Sorry to hear about that one person who had a bad experience. Thats not typical.

I am still upset with Dr Wang..after going to this doctor for so many years. My husband told him he had pain.on his back and hands..Dr.Wang never did anything for him..long story short..we moved to Vegas and my husband was dishonest with otesphoris on his hands and on his hips and back..I feel if you want to be a doctor it is about your patient....all I have to say Dr. WANG is are past..

The doctor is not patient and irresponsible. He is always in a hurry and impatient. Finally decides to switch another one.
