Context: Store closes at midnight and I came with my 9months pregnant wife right around 11pm. We just wanted to get one of the desserts. They gave us the option to sit down at the bar so I asked them if we could sit on the padded seat booths instead of high rise chairs since my wife was pregnant and also the fact that the couple right in front of us was seated at the booths and there were other people sitting there as well as seen in the pictures. Anyways, we ended up sitting at the bar area and ordered the dessert which was good. But the customer service made me give this rating.

We have been going to this Applebee's for about 4 1/2 years now. Its one of our favorite spots! Although the house salad has changed a little bit (they used to put bacon pieces on it) we still love it. We went last Sunday and got our beer and house salads and boneless chicken wings as an appitizer , then we ordered from there 2 for $22 which came with two burgers (which were very tasty) and sides. I got green beans and my boyfriend got coleslaw . It is still one of our favorites like I said. Good service and good food!

The food is always tasty and drinks are very good. The restaurant is good for any occasion.

Overall my food was pretty good. The tortilla soup I ordered at $5.79 was tiny, but tasted good. My chicken Caesar salad was good. I payed $1.19 extra for the breadsticks but it was worth it. Next time I will skip the tiny soup.

Came here to eat with my son. We ordered the $25 special. He had the cheeseburger, I ordered the 6oz steak. I requested it to be cooked medium well. I sliced it and it was real rare. Like REAL rare, blood oozing and all.. I read through recent reviews and others have had a rare steak issues as well. Maybe the Cook just doesn’t know how to cook steak. 🥩🤷🏼‍♀️. I didn’t eat it, even after the 1st attempt to recook it. It still came back rare. What turned it around was my server Felicia, she took it upon herself to speak with her Manager to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t expect for her to do that, and for that, they deserves the 5 star!! All about the Customer Service! Felicia totally flipped my dining experience into a positive one!

Went for the all you can eat, and I sure did! The food is comes out hot and fresh everytime. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. There was a tablet for my 5 year old to play games on also which made our meal all that much easier.

Food is ok. Service is great. It would be nicer if there was individual private restrooms.

Love the food and service my favorite so if the Shark Bowl. The service is amazing.

We went to Applebee's for my birthday today. I usually go to Applebee's because I love their Perfect Strawberry Margaritas, but it's honestly a hit or miss depending on which one I go to. Both the strawberry and the lime margaritas were delicious here! Not too sweet, not too sour. We had a party of 13 and our wait was less than 15 minutes. Our order came out correctly and we didn't have to wait long at all. Our server was very nice and had a really good memory considering the size of our party. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely come again.

Went with my husband to dine in but also ordered a dish to go. Got home and part of my order was missing. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who took my info and told me she was going to credit my original payment card $25. Been over a week and never received the refund. Very disappojnted.

We brought the pooch with us to dinner, so we sat in the patio, which was nice and quiet and away from the busy inside. And even though we were the only ones sitting outside, our server was very attentive. I was pleasantly surprised with the new chicken tortilla soup. It has so much more flavor and veggies than before. It's so good, but the portion is smaller than I remember. The Bourbon chicken and shrimp were also very tasty and well seasoned. The steak was good, not dry, just a bit overcooked. I always like ordering side veggies, but here I am not a fan of their sides as these are frozen, not fresh; meaning the garlic green beans and steamed broccoli. All in all, it's a good neighborhood restaurant where you come for a quick bite or to enjoy a game or the happy hour drinks and specials and you already know what to expect which is not a bad thing.

The food doesn’t come up to the written descriptions. The stake, which I ordered medium, was well done, dry and lacked flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like potato flavored glue. The string beans were bland. The French Onion Soup was good enough. It was my trail run and I won’t do it again.

Hadnt been here in a long time. Place seems to have gotten more expensive and less attention to detail. 6 months later and its still the same lol

Today, my experience deferred from previous ones as the quality of the food ordered was not what I expected. I ordered a bourbon street steak, which is the same I have ordered tenths of time at many different locations. The steak was delivered medium rare and not well done as I have ordered, and for some reason the taste differed completely from what I had expected. I looked like they used a completely different recipe, I love this steak so I'll avoid this location in future visits.

It was small but not too loud, at least today. The staff was nice, friendly, and they provide prompt service. Our food was very good and flavorful. My family enjoyed every bit if the food we ordered. Our server Brenda was nice and very attentive. We will definitely return 🤗

Excellent service, food was quick and cooked perfectly. They have wifi and there is free covered parking so it was perfect for a long late working lunch. They gave me a back booth and I was able to get some work done and eat some good food.

Went for my grandson’s graduation. The place was full but we had great service and our server ( Rayann ) was fantastic. She made sure our food and drinks we’re served as quickly as possible even though the place was packed she was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. She was very accommodating for the large group that we had I’m going to make sure when we go back we are seated in Ryann station. She made our experience very pleasant and I definitely recommended to anyone.

Presentation and Service: on par, but some flavors seemed distant or muddled. Drinks had nice flavor, but woeful little "punch"! :_(
