    Overall pretty good place to eat & hangout with friends or family. Pretty clean, fast service & friendly staffs. Build Your Own Pizza is the best option. They also have varieties of crust. High rise dough , gluten free dough, cauliflower crust or keto crust. Inexpensive & tasty .

    I don't recommend ordering pizza at this location or Blaze Pizza for that mater due to 2 reasons : bad customer services and a terrible website and apps. First of all, the Alhambra location lost my pizza and refused to make it right. Long story short, I went to pick up 2 pizzas on Friday night and it was not there. I asked the employee where my order was. And he said if the order was not on the shelf, then someone else might have mistakenly picked up my order. So, I asked the employee what they/blaze pizza could do about the situation, since it was not my fault. And the employee said he/the store could not do anything because it was during shift changes and things got complicated, so he had no ideas what happened and advised me to request the refund in the app or with the corporate. So, basically I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Blaze Pizza needs to seriously train employees on this. I understand these employees are young, but still acting ignorance is not they way to handle the issue. Ok, so here come the second issue. I emailed the corporate and wrote the feeback to the corporate about my situation, but they haven't refunded and answered my inquiry. Also, Blaze Pizza doesn't have an option to request a refund in the app or in the website. Whoever built the website and the app needs to be fired. That should be the basic function of any website or apps. In conclusion, Be careful of ordering things from them, since you will have no way to resolve the issue with them. Updating (9/27/23) So, Blaze Pizza just replied to my comment on google review. And obviously, they used a robot or AI to reply because in my previous comment, I indeed said I contacted Blaze Pizza and didn't get answer. As of now 9/27/23, they haven't refunded or replied to my email about the issue. Again, don't buy stuff from them because you will never be able to get in touch with them when there is an issue.

    Got half a pizza delivered so I couldn’t get a replacement. My pizza was completely black on the back! Straight to trash. Postmates does not give refunds. Using social media and reviews to see if I can get a refund

    Good luck ordering through the app. Apparently, if you're not there at the dot, someone will take your online order. Today, I went for an online pickup order, and it wasn’t there. I explained to the staff that I was there for my order. I find it ridiculous to go make a line for a missing order. When in fact the careless staff here misplaced my order with someone else. I understand mistakes happen. But when the manager “Jose” cannot even knowledge a simple mistake in my order or even apologize for a mistake done. You definitely know there is no professionalism or customer service in this Blaze location!

    Loved the staff's friendliness here and the pizza and cheesy garlic bread were amazing! Big, clean, and reasonably priced place to eat. 10/10 would go again.

    I had a half hour lunch, so I ordered ahead of time.. when I got there my order wasn't ready,, waited 20 plus minites.. and didn't get my order complete. They need to get it together. Get more people maybe for peak hours.

    I’ve got nothing to complain about, Blaze is always good. Tables were clean and so were the restrooms. Parking can get a little crazy sometimes because it’s in the same plaza as a bunch of other popular restaurants.

    pizza from blaze never disappoints. thin crispy crust, just the right amount of cheese and all the toppings you choose on a build your own. the employees were nice and helpful. I like the personal pizza size. Not too big not too small just right for one adult :) they have plenty of seating and parking available! Enjoyed my meal plenty

    Went out to eat with my family and suddenly my aunt CHEWED ON GLASS IN THE PIZZA and the staff just mocked us instead of handling the situation professionally! We all stopped eating after seeing the piece of sharp foreign object and checked the rest of it. They were all acting immature calling me "bro" and being sarcastic while this is a serious health issue and injury! Refused to tell me their names and refused to give me their manager's contact information. Also, one of the staff was wearing an In&Out shirt???? Apparently he doesn't even work there but he was behind the counter and talking with me about the situation. Terrible customer service and needs a reinspection of the kitchen for foreign objects in the food!!! The staff here is rude and unprofessional.

    Today Aug 10 around 9:25pm the staff looked high on Marijuana and said they were closing at 10 rather than 11pm the posted time. When arriving they announced only online orders and seen the manager giving free food and drinks away. A family walked in around 9:40pm and allowed them to order in store. Instead of making the establishment money they refused service to some but not all. Shady location forsure and staff needs to be checked up on.

    Many times i walked in to this specific location "Alhambra" and employees don't want to take walking orders.. they say Short of staff.. and they have nobody in the store 🤣🤣🤣

    The staff are always super sweet! Great customer service! The pizza itself is good. I love the cauliflower for the flavor but keto is my go-to especially if I don’t want to eat too unhealthy! Keto crust tastes good & has tons of protein. The pricing is great especially the deal online with the combo of one topping & a drink! Yum!

    Unfortunately, some how the flavor of this location is just not as good as some of the other Blazes around. I'm not sure if they water down their sause or what but it consistly is less flavorful. Also they tend to get the toppings incorrect on app orders at this location, so if you can, you are better off telling them what you want in person.

    Walking in the worker in front just looked at me and then kept cleaning. Took about 3-4 minutes before they decided to come and take my order. Worker came up to me and instantly said "what do you want". I ordered 3 pizzas a one top pepperoni a green stripe and a 3 topping. The one top was overdone with cheese and was soggy. The green stripe was good but ordering my 3 top I got an attitude towards the end when asking for oregano. Service really fell short and attitudes were far from great Big difference from back in the day to now

    I wish there's another blaze near. This place is just very famous for being very impolite customer service, burnt pizza, undercooked, and even the manager treated customers as non priority . Bake person with glasses just rude to another level. Wrote complaints. Asked to call, but never got an email nor anyone contacted me. I am not the only one. People I know and some customers have had the same very unpleasant experiences there. It's really a serious issue and yet Management is nowhere to be found.

    My daughter has Celiacs and I ordered a gluten free crust pizza for us to split. I do not need to be Gluten free. We usually eat at the La Canada location. The Alhambra location did not respect the gluten free restriction. They placed a gluten free crust on a board with regular wheat flour! They did not change gloves or use a new ladle for the sauce. The La Canada location takes the necessary precautions every time without me asking! When I told the pizza maker about the cross contamination they just gave me a blank stare and offered to give me a new crust etc. My daughter wasn’t with me and did not need the pizza (I was going to give to her as an after school snack) so I declined the offer but I wanted to educate them. It was received with no regard or understanding. If you truly need to be gluten free-beware of this location.
