recommend
ordering
pizza
at
this
location
or
Blaze
Pizza
for
that
mater
due
to
2
reasons
:
bad
customer
services
and
a
terrible
website
and
apps.
First
of
all,
the
Alhambra
location
lost
my
pizza
and
refused
to
make
it
right.
Long
story
short,
I
went
to
pick
up
2
pizzas
on
Friday
night
and
it
was
not
there.
I
asked
the
employee
where
my
order
was.
And
he
said
if
the
order
was
not
on
the
shelf,
then
someone
else
might
have
mistakenly
picked
up
my
order.
So,
I
asked
the
employee
what
they/blaze
pizza
could
do
about
the
situation,
since
it
was
not
my
fault.
And
the
employee
said
he/the
store
could
not
do
anything
because
it
was
during
shift
changes
and
things
got
complicated,
so
he
had
no
ideas
what
happened
and
advised
me
to
request
the
refund
in
the
app
or
with
the
corporate.
So,
basically
I
wasted
my
time
and
gas
for
nothing.
Blaze
Pizza
needs
to
seriously
train
employees
on
this.
I
understand
these
employees
are
young,
but
still
acting
ignorance
is
not
they
way
to
handle
the
issue.
Ok,
so
here
come
the
second
issue.
I
emailed
the
corporate
and
wrote
the
feeback
to
the
corporate
about
my
situation,
but
they
haven't
refunded
and
answered
my
inquiry.
Also,
Blaze
Pizza
doesn't
have
an
option
to
request
a
refund
in
the
app
or
in
the
website.
Whoever
built
the
website
and
the
app
needs
to
be
fired.
That
should
be
the
basic
function
of
any
website
or
apps.
In
conclusion,
Be
careful
of
ordering
things
from
them,
since
you
will
have
no
way
to
resolve
the
issue
with
them.

So,
Blaze
Pizza
just
replied
to
my
comment
on
google
review.
And
obviously,
they
used
a
robot
or
AI
to
reply
because
in
my
previous
comment,
I
indeed
said
I
contacted
Blaze
Pizza
and
didn't
get
answer.
As
of
now
9/27/23,
they
haven't
refunded
or
replied
to
my
email
about
the
issue.
Again,
don't
buy
stuff
from
them
because
you
will
never
be
able
to
get
in
touch
with
them
when
there
is
an
issue.
