    Went into Howard’s and was helped right away. After I told the salesman what I wanted, he gave me several different dryers to choose from. I decided and delivery was set up for the second day. They arrived early, got the old one out, set up the new one and were done in15-20 minutes. New dryer works great.

    I applied for the Synchrony Home Card got me a $1600 Samsung fridge the rice size for my home all i have to say is I'm pretty happy with Howard's Service

    It was extremely easy to shop at Howards. The well-staffed knowledgeable staff was very helpful in answering my questions to finalize my purchase of a Samsung TV. I was done in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend them for a great shopping experience.

    We are a small property management company officing in Hollywood and we have proerties in the South Bay area. Howard's had the appliance we needed in stock and coordinated delivery and installation with our resident quickly and easily around the holidays no less!     Great experience. Ordered online and got a phone call to confirm my order and then another from the installers to confirm the time. 2 days later I had a new microwave installed over the stove (which only took about 15 minutes, would have taken me all day!) Took the old one away and left no mess, total pros. All in all very professional and painless experience from top to bottom. Great job, will shop Howards again if in need of appliances.

    From the Staff in the showroom to the technicians that delivered/installed my new refrigerator, all were professional/courteous/respectful. In all a GREAT experience, my expectations were exceeded by HOWARD’s employees, all great people!

    Vincent was great. I went to 3 different stores and they wouldn't even help me. I walked out. I come to Howard's and Vincent got me in and our with in 20 minutes!

    Chris Medina is the best! I have been working on a kitchen remodel and had to make several changes. He has been ever so accommodating. I highly recommend Chris Medina and Howard’s. They definitely are customer focused!

    Needed a new dishwasher. A friend raved about Howard's selection, pricing, and delivery/installation service. Right on every count! Shopping was easy with a very knowledgeable associate, price was great for a top line LG unit, and delivery was fast, installation perfect.     I wanted to try Howards because I didn't want to live in a world where I was an anonymous number for Home Depot or Lowes. However, after visiting the store I changed my mind. First: They have a 7 day return policy with a 25% restock fee. Not exactly customer friendly. What if something went wrong with my stuff? Second: Re Customer Service: When we walked in the sales person did not seem very welcoming and was not particularly enthusiastic about assisting us. I believe it was because we were inspecting the cheaper models. The whole thing had a car lot feel. Ended up buying something because I needed it but if I had the chance to do it all over again I'd go to a Lowes or Home Depot instead. I may be a number at a big box store but at least I don't feel like a walking dollar sign there.

    I have used Howard's for years and always found them very professional. the experience w/ the product ordered and delivery was very satisfactory like always, but the experince w/the salesperson was a very different story! the guy 1st over charged me for pick up/hull away when there was nothing to be taken away. then not returning my email request for 5 days. when I caught him on the phone, he agreed to credit the charge back. I was glad that the matter was taken cared of. then I got an email notice that someone was going to come pick up something from my house the next day, which was totally confusing and puzzling. when I called the warehouse and told them it must be a mistake since i didn't order anything again, they transferred me to the salesperson. when I asked him if there's was a confusion he simply said that's just how the "system" work when he makes a refund. no apology for not explaining this " system" to me and how much time i had wasted calling the ware house at all, and say " just ignore it, no big deal "! I couldn't believe his attitude and unprofessionalism. hopefully no one will be unfortunate enough to have this guy as your salesperson!

    Bought my brand new fridge in November and it completely stopped working. I called and they had a repair man come look at it and he said he needed to order a part for us, that was a month ago. I went into the store 2 weeks ago to check and they said it’s normally a two week process and that I should get my part within a few days. They also said that they would contact me within 4-5 days to see about doing a donar fridge…never heard back. They said they would have their customer service manager contact me to see if they could find the part at another location…once again, never heard back. We have been left in the dust, we call customer care and they say the part has been shipped but can’t provide a tracking number, they then said the part was never ordered. Now they’re saying they might be able to replace the whole thing. All in all…once they make their commission and you walk out the door…the customer service ends there. The warranty is a joke, none of their customer service departments have followed through on their word. They treat you nicely in store, but you better pray you don’t have an issue with your product cause you won’t get any help. Having an insulin dependent mom, and a baby that needs milk…I’d go back in time and shop anywhere else.

    I bought a new refrigerator, Howards delivered one without box with damage outside and dust inside. Sales Edward said Howards does open box before delivery to check if there is damage, and failed to find damage and dust. Customer Services Judy told me to call manufacturer. Store manager Sarkis Agajania agreed to match Best Buy open box refrigerator price but added $80 delivery fee Best Buy charged for open box items which was not true. After all hassle he finally agreed to match Best Buy without delivery charge. Then I tried to claim rebate of delivery fee from Howards, it was another hassle. Howards required us to upload all documents they already had. At the same time I found out the stove I bought was "sold as is" which Edward did not inform me ahead of time. I emailed the new problem to Sarkis, he said he was confused, and emailed me back the invoice without "sold as is" which is different from the invoice I got on the day I purchased. It is fraud, it is not doing business.

    We purchased a refrigerator with an icemaker, it was to be delivered, they could not get the ordered refrigerator so gave us a supposed comparable one. It was so inferior they picked it up and finally gave us the one we ordered. June 2021 we have the refrigerator with no icemaker, January 2022, still no ice maker. The ice maker is paid for..... What I didn't like about this transaction was the Bait and Switch. Your Response is asking what you can do to make this RIGHT? Install our icemaker that is paid for..... we've been waiting almost a year. This whole transaction started back in March 2021

    I am disgusted with my new fridge. The bottom shelf is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. Liquids can get under the glass and you can't get the glass out without a professional strong man. I've watched videos and they all admit that this design is REALLY DIFFICULT TO CLEAN! I would NEVER have purchased this thing had I had a CLUE about this bottom shelf issue. I HATE THIS FRIDGE. I wanted to give 0 stars but website wouldn't accept. Samsung should be ashamed and Howards should warn old women...
