They always get the order wrong or also always forget to put napkins and the drinks they don't mark them what kind they are

Great environment! The management here are doing a great job. The place was amazingly clean. Food was hot and was served fast. I don't have anything critical about this establishment, nor anything negative to say. Keep up the good job!

The drive thru I'd a bit unorganized but works . Very friendly workers .

Everytime I go it's different sometimes good food sometimes no flavor.sometimes I get a employee who is friendly other times they are just not wanting to work .guess all depends who is working that day.

Was waiting in line for more than 10 to 15mins. Due to the elderly female cashier taking orders & than rotating from her to the male cashier. By letting 3customers getting in front of me & making me wait in line for more than 15mins. Yes I have the patience to wait but not for that long I also did inform them to let me talk to management but nobody was available so I asked to let them know to simply give me a small drink or something with no extra charge so the male cashier said ok so he went & made a French fries order for free then asked me to give back my order of burgers in order to exchange my burger for the French fries for free. So I said no thanks I will be calling corporate which happened the following day. I will start going taking my customer service to main street from now on

That "would that be it" bs gotta work on it can't order in peace without being rushed ! Couldn't even get our order right and overcharged us .

Probably the Worst service possible but the 1 star is because management from 4pm-8PM is absolutely horrible at correcting problems.. makes customers feel like they’re at fault. Would rather drive across town than hear managers complain about mistakes they made

Not enough salt on fries. McDonald's fries got to have some salt to be good.

Everytime I come here they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I literally ask for 2 things whenever I go. A strawberry and cream pie, and a caramel frape. That’s it. Ridiculously bad service.

Can’t really complain about the food, it’s the same every time. I will say though whoever works in the cafe part making the iced coffees is the best. I order the same thing every time (Caramel iced coffee with caramel drizzle) and the person who makes it puts their whole heart and soul into it. Best iced coffee around 😻

Every McDonald's I go to I always order the same thing 1 Mcdouble large fry an 4 pic nugget large sweet an I always ask for a water cup as well this time I got charged $1.28 for cup of water small cup at that y'all charge for water now

The worst experience ever each an every time I order from there my food is either cold,I am over charged, part of my order is missing or staff is just plain rude. I go to this McDonald's for a simple reason it is close to my house .

Went here to go pick up lunch for the family. They had forgotten one part of my order. Outside that, everything was great. The food was hot, fresh, and ready in a good reasonable amount of time. I came back earlier to pick up the part of the order that was forgotten. Credit to the staff! They were really awesome with helping me out, and made sure I had gotten everything. 😊

Despite being a fast food restaurant the food was delicious very crispy fries and hot … the nuggets also hot & crispy the coke delicious… the only downside was the ice cream machine was broken

I come from austin Texas to get the worse breakfast burrito ever. Just absolutely horrible . It was so cold . And not rolled up as soon as I opened it everything was falling out .
