I was on my way to home from Kanyakumari so stayed there for a night with my wife. First of all I booked it with Agoda.com and opted for payment at the hotel. After seeing the amount they gave me a room which is on the 3rd floor, so I requested to give me something on the first floor, they gave me a Suite Room, according to the manager, and after bargaining charged me Rs.1500/-, I didn't said anything further and opted for it and to my surprise the room was bad the bathroom was dirty. Mosquitoes, Cockroach, Lizard what not is there. We were so tired we just adjusted and stayed there. In addition the mattress is worst. The bed cover is dirty. And the biggest joke is they say they have parking but I have to park my car outside. Please avoid this hotel.

Be aware if you need parking space. They have an parking option while booking and show images of celler parking,but while reaching there they will ask you to park on the road or in a open field infront of the hotel.They will also say you book online and the online partner know we do not have a covered parking.They wont co operate with you. I have to cancle the booking due to this issue and have to search for another option as they denied covered parking. Very bad experiance after a 500 km drive along with family.

Excellent accommodation and rates are also not very unreasonable. Close to the sea on gapalpur so good place to hang out. But no 24 hour duration between check in and check out . So visitors reaching it at night are at a loss because the invariable check in time for all is morning am. Also limited options for breakfast and almost nil for vegetarian breakfast.

Terrible hotel, staffs behaviour is very rude, bathroom is very dirty flush does not work toilet seat broken. Some fake images are posted, the hotel is not like that.

Place is good but service can be better. They do not follow the rules mentioned in MMT or OYO sites.. They change the rules as per their convenience... Every staff present there asks for tips separately, doesn't matter whether they have provided any services to you or not. They have a large and empty parking space where guests are not allowed to park their vehicles at night, you need to park on the road...

Don't accept online bookings! Every time they will ask for the tips. The room is so unhygienic and dirty. Don't recommend it. One best thing is about the location.

Associated with online booking apps like OYO, Make my trip. But cant accept the booking from MMT, OYO. From online they gathered guest and then ask the guest to stay there with higher fare. Their fare also changed time to time on a single day, like on 3PM their AC double bed standard room was 1200, and for the same type room they want 2500 at 9PM. Ambiance also not suitable for family .

Property not maintained at all... 1.5 kms away from the beach.. sea shore can be seen from the property but no direct roads are there to connect to the beach.. one has to hire an auto to reach the beach

I fell very comfortable and safe, hospitality was excellent and I really enjoyed with my family

Neat spacious hotel. All facilities available except restaurant

The hotel is little bit cheap but the hotel rooms don't have water.They provide us no beverages.Rest the bed and washroom is clean.We get a nice view of sunrise from the terrace.If you want to take a room here go for the top floor.You will get a nice view.
