New property with good ambiance. The room was spacious and well decorated. The pool area is great. The Bazaar gives a wide choice of culinary. The lunch buffet could have been better though the dessert section was great. The staff was helpful and cordial.

We visited this place for a family vacation on a Easter weekend and the staff did to find us a suite for two nights inspite of saying nothing is available over the phone(quite a dedicated team I must say). The rooms and the entire facility is very clean and certainly is the highlight of the place. I would personally like to thank the room service, cleaning and food delivery staff for their services and good behaviour. The swimming pool is fantastic and very well maintained. The kitchen and food is dragging the place down. The entrees stink of stale oil and the main course even though suggests ala-carte but tastes as if served from leftover buffet. The food supervisor is sly enough to reduce options from breakfast buffet citing low guests. I hope this place survives and doesn't turn into a love room for the rich.

Very beautiful .. well maintained. . New properly. Food is good too. Do try to book with all meal package, because you won't fine properly food options in the locality. Their buffet menu is well extensive with well mannered staffs.

It's situated next to palm legal resort or better to use the map to reach this place..it's open from mrng 11 to night 11...room, breakfast, buffet,lunch,dinner,drinks bar everything is available here... The ambience was just waoo and awesome (10 out of 10).. The food price was a little bit high but as compared to the ambience it was just worth it.. I ordered club sandwich,cold coffe and a brownie...plaatting style was just waoo and professional type and taste was also delicious nd tasty too... Highly recommended fr others nd love to visit again ❤️❤️❤️..

Food is not at all good. Since, the last review reported the same issue just 4 days ago & today we experienced the same, it seems you guys are least bothered about it. I would not recommend anyone especially those who are looking for a fine dine experience.

Wonderful stay …we have taken suite it was great…cleanliness was not that good afterwards but food, services r good….swimming pool was clean & big….hardly 1 km distance from beachside …rather than paying much amount in Mayfair u can opt for this hotel as this is a newly built property….

Amazing experience I had in Zone by the park.Rooms,food,service all are top notch. I and my family had a relaxing time in this property over a weekend.The top floor pool is really good well maintained.They also provide Spa service.We enjoyed sea view from our room. Everything is really good,only improvement area I feel is the food taste can be improved as per the price charged.

Newly built property. Great rooms having all basic amenities. Food at restaurant is reasonably priced. Heard a lot about bad food quality. Tried indian which is good. Bit far off from beach. Several properties are coming up nearby

Great hotel for the money spent. Every thing is posh and beautiful. Stayed in Zone Room, the entry level one alongwith Bfst and Dinner included PLAN, at a cost of about Rs.7000 per day on twin occupancy basis. You can have Spa on chargeable basis and Gym, Game room etc at free of any charges. These places were devoid of AC on that day. Rooms are well designed. I liked the glass cubicle for bath. All generally expected facilities included. Mini bar is equipped with snacks and soft drinks. Quite convinient. Mgt is requested to provide comprehensive info may be through QR Code covering different inhouse activities one can indulge in and near by tourist spots to visit and what to expect there with local details. We managed to drive down to Tampara but did not know what it offers at what time. Similarly we explored Taratarini hilltop mandir and luckily could have darshan. Not attempted Olive Ridley location, though. Basement (Parking) has no lift facility. And also not sure of what the Lawn section can offer. Reastaurant spreads for breakfast and Lunch/Dinner are decent. Even after two days of food consumption stomachs are intact. Looking forward to stay again definitely.

They are so unorganised They serve stater half an hour after soup. After half an hour they said they don't have paneer, originally they took order for paneer tikka. I asked them to not pur mushroom in my soup, but they did it. Very disappointed. Unfortunate.

The newly built asset of the facility is a clear five star but the management team and the people running it are immature and inefficient in general. There is no restaurant manager and I found restaurant staff absolutely 'sarak chap'.Cook is disinterested in cooking and the man supposed to take order do star gazing in the morning day light. For every requirement one has to communicate with the hotel staff multiple times . The whole complimentary water is RO water...no packaged water .Check their billiard room . It lacks adequate side space for making shots and the carom is kept at a large room.This facility must be run by fools.The lift does not go to the floor of parking....only self parking available.Just thought less management . In case you are daily visitor of four/ five star hotels better to avoid this hotel and if you rarely visit star hotels ,you may stay for a night or two but not more than that....and that too if the price is below 4k with taxes.

During my recent visit to Gopalpur, i stayed in the suite room which I had booked earlier. The photos were quite good which i saw during the booking and the hotel lived up to its mark. The location is fantastic with the sea right in front of your eyes. The ambience and interior is fabulous. The suite room facing the sea is spacious and elegant. However, there are a ton of things this hotel needs to work upon. The service is pathetic. One thing in particular that i disliked is the water clogging in the bathroom. The water from the shower cabin clogs up the entire bathroom and you can't use it without cleaning again. The service from the staff is lethargic. I had to call them up 2-3 times to get things in order. The in-room dining system doesn't work well. I had to call up the restaurant after an hour for the other and then to learn that the item is not serviceable. And this happened twice. And about the food, the quality is okayish. Not as per the standards. The food that i ordered in my room were normal. The complimentary breakfast sucks. Most of the things are cold. Being near berhampur, I had great hopes to get proper Berhampur breakfast but they sucked at this great time. I was totally dissatisfied. The only thing good about the breakfast was the omelet. Tea and coffee are in the boiling pot at all times which shouldn't be the case. Overall, the hotel ambience is very good. The hotel is still in nascent stages. The staff needs to buckle up more. The cooking staff needs a great ramp to come off to the quality.

We stayed in Gopalpur Zone on 17/06/2023 for 2 nights. We booked the property with a Monsoon offer in which stay with complimentary breakfast, 25 percent discount on food billing and gift on checkout. The property and services offered are good. Everything was good except while checkout they did not give the 25 percent discount on food bill which we did not check on good faith. Later we found out that they have not given the discount and when we asked them what can be done they said they will issue a voucher on the discount amount which we will have to use in their property only at Gopalpur. I requested them to issue me the voucher in any of their property in Kolkata, but they refused, which I accepted. Till date I have not received the said voucher in spite of repeatedly following up with them. This kind of behavior is not accepted from a brand like Park. This was very disappointing.

The ambience is so good. Rooftop pool is peaceful. Their Bazar restaurant is nice. Z bar is also good.

Good food with a good vibe. But in terms of food taste could be better as this location is very nearer to Berhampur & people are fond of that taste. Price is good but the food portion you can work on.

Interior is superbly decorated, food prices are nominal according to the resort cost. But food quality and taste are not up to the mark. The restaurant need to take care of the taste and quantity of food.

Loved the ambiance, cleanliness and the food of the resort. Rooms were large. The amenities were few but useful. Being a new hotel the hospitality was great. Having stayed there, I would certainly recommend it.
