The Hotel is not near to the beach, rather this hotel in practically onto the beach! I’ve never seen a beach traditional hotel like this. there is a terrace / lawn on ground floor and from there you can directly go to basement - that is the beach! Most of the rooms are beach facing. Room fare is reasonable.

The only good thing about this hotel is the amazing view of the sea. There is nothing special to say about this hotel. Hotel rooms are very small and AC is not working properly. Food is available on the hotel but quality and the availability of the food items are very poor. Hotel staffs are also very unprofessional.

As per the location it's a great place to stay at. Room is ok type . Staffs are nice and helpful. Food is good. But room linens were old; Maintenance of the room, balcony, outside of the room was very poor.Water connection in bathroom was brakish hard water. Initially the AC was not working,later it worked!

Location, the only one attraction. Staff were not attentive. Rooms are not upto the mark. Dining rooms available but not facilitated by the authority.

Booked two rooms through Make my trip a few months back. Prices were somewhere in the higher side considering the property. Left the hotel yesterday. Nothing was proper excepting it's location and friendly attitude of the staff. Maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms were very poor. Sorry to say that it's not praiseworthy.

This place is soo dirty and old and there is no such thing as service. Basic amenities are not available. No flush in toilets, shower doesn't work, room linens are old and dirty. Even the towels are dirty. Hygiene and facility wise I wish I could rate this place in negatives

Manager's poor atitude and zero professionalism, peeling walls,no regular water, dirty linen and the list goes on. Don't get decieved by its pictures because the location is definitely nice but that's the only nice thing about this hotel.

Location: 5/5 ( View from balcony is awesome) Rooms and amenities: 2/5 ( Very poor maintenance, due to moisture earthing is not working properly, building structure is old enough, cracks are there in the balcony roofs, Wifi should be present in hotel as there is poor network coverage...hotel owner needs to take care all of these as the property location is very good. ) Staff behaviour: 4/5 ( At night some person should be available in hotel in case of emergency as there is poor network in mobiles) Food and beverage: 2/5 ( Chinese items are very bad in taste, Bengali foods are some how manageable, Utensils are ver dirty and unhygienic)

Best location to be honest. But rooms and service are pathetic. Old room with non functional geyser, shower. Loadshedding happening now and then. Once water is finished in tank we have to wait 1 hour to again use any taps. Dirty bed, bed sheet, room, bathroom. Only good thing is the location.

Do you know how to run a business? Worst communication skill with customers. Since 2 days I'm asking for advance payment....they are not responding... What is the problem? Don't book this hotel ever. Such a nonsense hotel full of idiot staffs.

Only positive part is location. Rooms are pathetic , unhygienic with dirty towels and bed sheets.

Bad ethics, I have rescheduled one time but due to unavoidable circumstances unable to move but they neither refunded any amount nor rescheduled 2nd time after repeated request. As a professional it’s not expected.

Worst hotel, manager`s behaviour is very poor. Don't go there. Below standard hotel even manager and his behaviour.

Nice place to enjoy sea from this hotel, like from a ship. Clean rooms and friendly behavior of staffs. Restaurant is also good. I am very satisfied
