a
few
things
that
you
can
expect
when
training
at
Elite
Physique.
โข
Jake
always
has
time
for
his
clients;
he
will
be
in
communication
with
you
when
you
have
questions
regarding
meal
plan,
workouts,
or
just
anything
at
all.
He
goes
out
of
his
way
to
help
you
come
up
with
a
balanced
diet
based
on
your
personal
goals,
and
he
is
perceptive
as
to
what
will
work
for
each
individual.
He
is
a
wealth
of
information,
and
is
always
willing
to
share.
โข
Jakeโs
sessions
are
flexible.
With
4
sessions
throughout
the
day
(Monday-Thursday),
plus
Saturday
morning
workouts,
itโs
not
as
easy
to
talk
yourself
out
of
skipping
that
workout
you
know
you
ought
to
be
at..
Being
in
the
food
service
industry,
my
work
schedule
is
changing
week
by
week,
but
I
am
still
able
to
get
to
workouts
and
fit
it
in
to
my
schedule.
โข
Jake
always
has
a
positive
attitude!!
He
is
high
energy,
always
up
for
a
good
laugh,
and
possibly
be
the
silliest
person
on
planet
Earth.
This
is
so
essential
to
a
trainee
when
working
towards
fitness
goals.
The
workouts
are
FUN
and
so
are
the
people
you
get
to
workout
with.
Each
day
of
the
week
the
same
muscle
groups
are
targeted,
but
each
workout
is
fresh,
so
there
is
a
sense
of
repetition
but
not
redundancy
as
you
begin
to
workout
more
consistently.
I
have
been
training
with
Jake
since
the
beginning
of
the
year,
and
am
so
grateful
for
the
commitments
that
I
have
developed
in
this
community.
All
of
the
trainers
at
this
gym
have
been
incredibly
helpful
with
any
questions
and
all
together
create
a
cohesive
space.
Nothing
but
accolades
for
Elite
Physique,
and
a
special
thanks
to
Jake
for
the
hard
work
he
puts
in
to
making
this
gym
an
awesome
environment
for
all
who
are
there.
