One of the rudest waitress ever, unbelievable! It was at breakfast time, maybe the other waiters/waitresses are nicer later according to comments. We just came for coffee and pastries, ordered it with the few Portuguese words we know, no special request or anything, and sat outside (we were not complicated customers). Not one smile, not one good morning back, or not one thanks even when we brought back the coffee cups inside on our way to pay. At the time of paying, she even said something really rude in Portuguese. We did absolutely nothing, nothing, to deserve to be treated like this. Seriously, don't work in a restaurant if you hate people (or maybe just tourists). Other than that, coffee was good and prices super fair.

I almost never wrote a bad review for any place I have been to but this cafe was the worst in every aspect. What bothered us the most was the attitude of the waitress. She was the rudest and most impolite person we have met in Portugal.

Great arroz a polvo! Basic place but do the work, and the food is amazing. And if not enough, also cheap! Definetely coming back

Asked for a table for 2, told to wait a minute in an annoyed tone, 10 minutes later and still nothing so left. Might be better if you are a local as they all seemed happy enough, interesting way to treat tourists in a touristy area, no issues anywhere else in town.
