The pictures shown for this hotel are misleading. The rooms are not well maintained. Linens were very dirty. There were cokroaches and mice in rooms. Foods is so so. Reception area floor is very dirty and greacy. They don’t mention that this hotel is in railway compound so rooms are noisy. Railway parking will keep asking you for Parking charges. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pathetic, not maintained at all. Breakfast is tasteless. A big mouse welcomed us to breakfast area but tasted the food before us. See the video yourself. Room is dimly lit. Cockroaches in room and bathroom. Leaking toilets. What else do we need? Just being haunted is remaining.

Best USP for the hotel is it's stone's throw distance from the Prayagraj Station and that it has its own restaurant. Hotel is currently under renovation as per staff so rooms require a fresh coat of paint and some minor repairs/renovation to furnitures. However, the layout of the room and amenities are top grade. Staff are very professional and prompt. Own restaurant food is good and palatable but on the expensive side. A good 3-star hotel for casual stay by family, couples for a few days.

The hotel is not as described with photographs. Bed linen and pillow covers have not been changed. No towels. On request it took half an hour to provide towels. There are cockroaches in the room. In the dining hall we spotted a rat. This apart no bathroom curtains. How do you expect ladies to have a bath where there is a mirror opposite and half the bathroom is covered with transparent glass. The floor has not been cleaned .Worst place i have stayed. Even there is no ac or air ventilation in Restaurent.

Booked this hotel for my parents. They were disgusted by the standards of this hotel. They complained of faulty equipment, dirty linen and non existent service. The only saving grace might be the location which is easily accessible from the railway station but I won't recommend this to anyone.

No false ceiling in room. Toilet seat not very clean. Breakfast available after 8 am. Cant order anything. I have to go out early in morning. Every hotel I stayed had breakfast served at 7 am Toilet

management isn't good. showed us a different room but after payment they gave different rooms. rooms aren't good, furniture is old and dirty. dental kit and other things are chargeable even after charging a good room rent. room rent shouldn't be more than 1500-1700/-. The hotel is next to the railway station. please do not go with the photos available on the internet, reality is very different.

So I have posted genuine reviews regarding propert. 1. Its located within premises of Allahabad Junction Railway Station. 2. Do not accept much from property as the rooms including washroom are not maintained. 3. Size of room is well but rather they would to keep clean their premises. 4. In night you might feel some disturbance due to location just adjacent to Railway station. 5. I went for official visit & request to provide dustbin in washroom, Towel which has to be provided itself before checkin to room. 6. Price of food isn’t justified at all. 7. My key tag was not working so I have to approach reception repeatedly to get it activate, later they shifted to another room which was much appreciated.

It's really amazing to share my experience with this post..... There I felt my heart for yummy food..... thank a lots for everything which was so kind hearted..... Specially The chef If I am not wrong I think her name ‘Kinjal’ was too appreciable woman... She recommended us some awesome food..... and her asking personalities is too good for more increasing own food qualities... Overall, It's a Amazing experience.....

My family and I stayed had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Mr. Rajneesh at the reception helped us for early check-in (chargeable) and Ms. Pramila did a great job at hospitality while we were in Mumbai Masala cafeteria in hotel campus. All staff members were very cooperative. Location of the hotel is great as it is next to the railway station and you can easily get rickshaw to visit different places.

Never ever book/plans your any important event here. Service is very poor. Before lockdown i made reservation for my sisters engagement in month of may 2020. Due to lockdown in whole country it couldn’t be made. They neither refunded my booking amount nor they gave me any credit. Big Cheaters

If there was negative rating I would have given that. I haven’t seen such a poor managed hotel at such high charges. Total waste of money, I would recommend booking retiring room in Allahabad station which is much better than this. There is smell of damp in rooms. Hot water only in the morning and evening. Room cleaning told but not done for 4 hours giving excuse the room will be cleaned serially. Don’t go by the group name polo there other hotels in India are good but not this one. I think they should close down temporarily and rethink what service there customers deserve at such high rates.

Basic facilities only, although room size is good very spacious. Best part is location of hotel which is in the premises of Railway Station itself. Should work upon rooms to make it cozy.

Exactly located at the outside of prayagraj station platform No. 10, location is perfect if you are looking for any nearby options. Room quality is great I tried 2 dishes at breakfast, both of them equally good. Service time is a little higher, they should improve this .

Nice property with good ambience, rooms are very spacious and beautiful but bedsheets,towels, and bathroom fittings are poor (especially bathroom accessories are not there, even leakages of pipes also found in several rooms) and reception staffs are not professional, they don't know how treat a guest who was booked 10+ rooms for two days. Restaurant part is amazing very co operative staffs, good food, good ambience, good service, restaurant in charge Mr. Sanjay, staff Rakesh thiwari, every one is excellent. Overall 3 star for the property. 5 star for the restaurant team.

I had a stay at this property in June 2023, the venue is within railway station which has got big rooms at fair price. The restaurant has a good chef and service by staff is totally good. I found a staff by name Upender in the restaurant who has a good service to all customers and taste of the menu is equally good. Umesha

Staff are so cooperative. Had breakfast at hotel as part of booking having plenty of items as buffet. Rooms are beside railway station walkable. Mr. Upendra Kumar manager is so coperative and helped in room extension and further information

It was such a great stay, first of all i had a very delicious food prepared by Chef Kinjal, and her professional behaviour was really much Greatful, her politness after breakfast, she asked how was the food I said I had never tested this type of testy food. And It was amazing experience with polomax staff Mr. Negi ji, chef kinjal & teams. Room service & check in process was very smooth.

I am overwhelmed to write something good about this hotel, because I had a very good experience in this hotel. Apart from the food, the food was very good. I talked to one of the chefs of the place, probably his name is Kinjal. I really like talking to him, very helpful.

Rooms were okay sort of. Location - it is located in railway compound. All rail platforms are just adjacent. food is good but there are limited options. Specially chef Kinjal & restaurant staff - Shiv lochan were awesome :)...

Rooms definitely not clean as seen in pictures. Rats seen everywhere and extremely dirty bedspreads. Arrogant staff, when asked to change, they suggested we check out! No quality and tasty food offered too. Would recommend to skip this place.

One of the best hotel near to Allahabad railway station just walking distance from platform... hospital services were good...Check in was smooth...Staffs were helpful and always welcome with smile...room.was clean, ac was working fine with super chill ...The madam who was present in reception desk at day time was very helpful and humble ..And always help you with respect in best possible way to happy every guest of the hotel...I recommend all to stay once in this hotel.

If you want a good place to stay at a reasonable price of around 2000, this is the best hotel to be at. Situated within the premises of Prayagraj Junction it’s easily reachable. Reception and room services are good. Rooms are big and well equipped with basic amenities. Bathrooms are nice too. Edit March 2022- After recent visit. In hotel dining services are put on a halt because of which you have to order food from Swiggy and it would be delivered to your room. The hotel now seems a bit understaffed. Room service wasn’t that prompt as it used to be before

Its a good hotel within the Railway premises itself. Room lightings are bit low. Overall its a good hotel, we can easily catch public transport to visit different places of spiritual significance within prayagraj.

Room, bed sheets, towel and washroom was clean. Tv had dish connection. I had to ask for kettle and tea maker and they delivered it quickly. There was no dental kit, but they provide it separately at inr 30. There were all bathing essentials. Shower and toilet working fine. Room was spacious. Hospitality was good. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is located inside Railway station (next to playform entry). Somewhat value for money. Needs extreme pest control treatment and thorough cleaning of rooms. 5-6 Cockraches were seen roaming around in the room.

Good hotel, i have been there 3 times. The staff is very nice. Educated well behaved. Even ready to accomodate you if your timings doesn't match with the bookings. I have a very nice experience staying in so far. Also one Staff named Sumit Kumar is very cooperative and attentive.

This hotel does not have Tap in the washroom . This hotel basically located in the railway station only and may be that's why thier is no crowd in the restaurant. We have wasted our more than 2 hrs for food and still not satisfied with thier taste and almost we were hungry after having the food bcoz of very worst service . Even for room service , it takes more than half an hour to fullfill the requirement. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I didnt like the taste , room , and thier service

Hotel is clean as shown in the images, but it's just an avg 3 star hotel, nothing hi-fi, very simple arrangements. Location of the hotel is excellent just next to Prayagraj Junction, feels like literally you are living in the station. 5 mins from High Court, also very close to civil lines. Took 30 mins for sangam ghat. This locational advantage surpasses the looks of the hotel, it was very convenient to move around the city. Also I was on 3rd floor so station sounds didn't bother me at all. Their room service staff and reception all are humble and tried to resolve any issues as much as they can. Would like to appreciate Sachin and Deepanjali in the restaurant who provided good services in the restaurant, very proactive in serving their guests. Making the overall experience slightly better.

Only good thing is location, Beside Prayag Raj Junction (civil lines side). Rooms are very Bad, smelly, cockroachs 🪳 (had to ask them to spray insect killer). Bedsheet was dirty, complained and got dirty bedsheet again (looks like they had this as normal). Keeping a good name for a hotel doesn't make is a good hotel. Very bad stay. Bathroom was also dirty and stinking. And they had buffet breakfast but nothing was tasty. Only tea was good, rest was very bad. Even roadside food is very tasty than this bollywood themed resurant. Not sure how it has good reviews here & there !!! Those reviews landed me in this bad hotel.

Attrect:-staff behaviour and your restaurant look. Service is a very slow i think shorted staff.🙂 But not sum guest response Aquell that's very bad . Suggestions:- including Indian brackfast all so in the morning . And change lunch time 12 pm starred

Stayed for a night in Polo Max Prayagraj Pros 1. Location - bang next to the prayagraj railway station 2. Quite helpful reception and security staff 3. Large spacious room with fairly limited amenities If you are looking at a short stay, with a train to catch at an odd hour in the night, this is the place to be. 4. Food was average in the adjoining restaurant but was fairly pricy. 5. Availability of battery operated vehicles for sight seeing in distance of 5-7 kms Cons 1. None specific worth mentioning. Kept our expectations low, but this certainly was a good option for a short stay. Tip: Try to get a room futher from the railway station side to avoid noise/ announcements from the railway station, especially at night. We did that and had a fairly good nap.

Extremely helpful staff, mainly at the reception. The reception manager Mr Vivek and female staff Jyoti are very polite and professional. I was on a business trip and the stay was totally comfortable. The plus is a location. Good luck guys. Keep it up!

Hotel rooms are Full with cockroaches, it looks very fine but once u check in they pop out from every where. Reception is very inefficient and dumb. Dirty hotel, don't stay.
