Great hospitality. Great hotel. Supportive staff. Near to railway station. Only drawback is location. Tourists can't find cab or auto easily and Ola service is also not available in this area. Staff is great. Rooms are spacious and clean.we has super deluxe rooms which are pretty good. It's exactly same as shown in pic.

Overall my Experience was good at this place. Best part about this hotel is breakfast, they will provide you variety of options in breakfast and quality of food was very very good and tasty. Rooms are good but little small in space but still amenity is quite maintained, its a new property. Generous service provided by hotel staff and manager.

The place is really nice....clean and tidy....everything is well furnished. Even the service is good. I reached the hotel at 4 am and my check in time was 11, yet they made a room available for me as soon as it was possible for them. Recommended

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. And make sure you never book a room in this hotel directly thru the hotel. In case you cancel they ll give all the reasons for not returning your advance and at the time of booking they don't even inform you of their cancellation policy. Anyways good luck to anyone who visits this joint , i certainly won't stay here ever. I'd spend a few grand more and stay at better hotels in the city than this. Thank God i got to see the true service character of this hotel before i stayed here.

Very nice place to stay except the surrounding locality. But once you enter the hotel premises all is good. The rooms, room service, hospitality everything was superb. We had our breakfast there - the breakfast menu was very good almost everything was there in table and must to mention Mr. Kamal Mishra very gentle, humble, down to earth and very nice hospitality, he is gem of a person and Mr. Ashu is also great. Kids friendly dining area with warm gesture. Overall - 5/5

We stayed at Hira Inn Pragyaraj for 1 night. Rooms were decent. Constant supply of hot water for all of us all the time. The only drawback was that our room didn't have window but the service by hotel staff overshadowed it Restaurant staff Ayushan? (I hope I got his name right) was kind enough to host us for an earlier breakfast because we were rushing to catch a flight. Thank you Ayushman for the kind gesture

I had booked the executive lounge room. The room was excellent with large area. The staff is excellent and highly trained and very polite as well. The quality of room and services are great as well. The restaurant also is great with a large options in menu. Must stay in the hotel if you want no disturbance is the neighbourhood. Overall my experience was really great and they also have an executive lounge where you can meet your guests and do various meetings with recreation activities with company. Great hotel and at a great price highly recommended

The service at Mehfil restaurant is truly exceptional. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable dining experience. From the moment you are seated, you are made to feel like a valued guest, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to your needs. They provide insightful recommendations and are more than willing to accommodate any dietary preferences or restrictions.

The property is beautiful and aesthetically designed. The rooms are spacious, the view from the terrace is great as well. Service is not up to the mark for a hotel of that calibre, you have to call them multiple times to get something. They try and coax you so everything you order seems outside your package. Food is Ok, not great. Overall a satisfactory stay but not great.

This is the most amazing hotel in town with excellent rooms, outstanding food and great customer service. I always stay here as now it feels like a family to me. I would recommend everyone to experience this luxury and comfort. I bet you would love it. I was given extra attention to my request by Ashu at the Mehfil restaurant ensuring i get everything i need. The ambience, cleanliness and quality of service is very good. But the room size is very small for two people. Either the rooms shouldn’t have the elaborated interiors or the size should have been a bit bigger. With lots of furniture in a small room it becomes really impossible to manage stuff. The restaurant staff called us very early to inform about breakfast buffet as if we didn’t know the protocol. The house-keeping staff kept knocking for silly errands despite of DND sign we had put up. The restaurant is very well built and maintained but has to learn a lot about ethics of a comfortable stay.

Supporting staffs are very cordial. Any body can stay here rooms are a bit small in size. But it is fine otherwise.

It was overall good stay, the food and the room was comfortable but the electricity was on and off the whole night. I was very disturbing to sleep. I think since I check in until now the electricity is out and back almost 15 times. I called the reception they said they would be rectify it fast. But nothing was done. But besides that overall everything was good. But I’m sorry I’ve to give 2 star because it disturbed my rest 🙏🏾🥺

I stayed at Hotel Hira Inn for four days. Its service is very good. Talking about the menu, different types of dishes are available here, that too at affordable price. The rooms are big in size and confortable. When I came to this hotel I was warmly welcomed by its workers, Its workers are very polite in nature. Now whenever I come to Prayag for excursion, I will definitely stay in this hotel. Heartfelt thanks to all of you for your service. I give 5 stars to this hotel☺️☺️☺️🥳

The rooms are clean, staff is polite. There is parking problem but I don't think this is problem of the hotel rather this is a locality. Airport is nearby and railway station is too not far. I want to know about the cancellation policy because from previous reviews it shows there is 48 hrs policy please provide detail of cancellation charges. I cancelled a booking 8 days before check-in date and still got 50% of amount in return, which is really strange as no hotel charges this much if cancellation is done before 48 hours. This was a walk in booking. I regret not getting it done from any website. Please let everyone know about your hidden points in cancellation policy.

Decent Hotel, but not an appropriate location. The Hotel doesn't respect a customer as well.. Asked for a wakeup call, but did not receive any, almost missed my train. Entrances are filled with dirt and dust, thanks to location on a dirty road. Food was decent. Family may avoid and look for options near civil lines.
