Please never ever think to visit this hotel.(OYO Flagship 29219 Hotel Arjun ,near Railway station Prayagraj,UP) I had booked a room for one night stay through online hotel booking platform OYO & checked-in at 5.00 pm as my train was rescheduled 03 hours late at origin station-New Delhi.I had to take room as my family was with me which included my 01 year little daughter too.During check-in ,I informed that I might had to check out late night as per the running train status which was then at 01.30 am.But before taking a little power nap I checked running status & found the train was 6.5 hours late.I further informed the guy in the reception about that.But at around 01.00 am, reception guy knocked my door and said that hotel manager is saying that I would had to pay extra 60 % as I was not checking out at 01.30 am.I was shocked and told that I have booked and already paid the amount for the entire night stay and logically the check out time would be at 11am the next morning.I talked to the manager over phone but he kept on saying with very wild tone that I had to pay extra 60% of one day room tarrif otherwise leave the room immediately.I was completely shocked and thought how unethical practices these guys are following.Sensing this type of behavior, I better thought of leaving the room immediately as safety of my family & mine could be compromised there.Finally left the room at 01.30 am. I would like to request all online hotel booking platform like OYO,MakeMyTrip -before listing any hotel in your platform ,kindly get checked their business practices either those are ethical or not. So that any guest would never ever feel such types of agony & difficulties.

Actually I came for my exams and was looking a place near my exam centre.. I booked this hotel through oyo... Firstly oyo misguided me as before reaching the hotel, they share the different amount and after reaching, they share the different fare means increased.... Hotel Manager Refused to give me hotel on that price and said to Cancel your booking and pay the direct amount to us if u want on the same charges. I didn't know if they can cheat to their company then how can they be good to me... I had to stay there because this was my 3th hotel I was checking through OYO to stay in that area and I got very tired at that time to go here and there. During my 4 days stay, they switched off the Ac in the early morning. Very bad cleaning was there. Mosquitoes and spiders over there under the bed. When I complaint to the Manager, he said that if u have problem then u can leave the place and just ignored me..... I don't recommend anyone to stay over there Sorry for writing so much as it was very bad experience and i don't want that any other person will suffer.....!!

In carorna time Lock down they don't compromise providing excellent customer service. It's located near to the prayagraj junction railway station every thing daily needs is located near by such as genral store, restaurants and many more. Laundry services is provided by hotel. Daily they changed room bed sheets and blankets. Cleaning is there is key feature daily room and bathroom get cleaned.

worst Management to be honest they are not good to fit in this hospitality industry when I had made a booking on OYO app and and had got at the best price they had got their own booking without Oyo's presence and Receptionist denied looking at my payment amount which I had got at best price and forcefully cancelled my payment and lost all my money Don't get fooled by these cheaters Big BOOO!!! for your service and hospitality

Worst experience ever. Never going to visit this hotel any more. Receptionist and owner are rude and abusive. They asked me for extra payment in the name of extra service charges. If I am left with 6 more birth then also I will never suggest this hotel to anyone. Please do not visit the hotel.

I would give this hotel a 0 star. The rooms are extremely dirty, they give you dirty towels and blanket. Service is extremely poor. This was the worst hotel i have ever been to, in my life inspite of giving a good amount. Worthless!!!!

The worse hotel ever of my life rude an fraud staff members.... Won't ever suggest anyone to stay here. The owner the manager totally rude people. I've booked it from Oyo the mentioned price was 3212 but they made me pay 4044 spoke to me so rudely an refused to pay the extra amount

Seriously, not a value for money hotel especially the bathrooms are really in poor quality. A single bedroom set starts from around Rs. 1250/- here which is actually on the expensive side considering the quality they are providing. The staff are not punctual to be honest and their behaviour is also below average seems like they don't wanna work even. Atlast, I would like conclude by giving you a small tip that you should not consider this hotel as there are better alternatives available.

Very third class hotel, owner is very rude. And no facilities available in hotel Ac not working, dirty room, dirty washroom, dirty bedsheet, tv is not working..and if you are booking room by oyo app than hotelier asking many questions and pay for more money ....so don't visit here..

Worst stay of my life. They charged extra money in the name of tariff after booking from Oyo and threatened to cancel the booking without even paying the cancellation charges. The ac was not working even when we booked an ac room. The staffs were very rude and arrogant. No complementary service such as water, soap, shampoo etc provided.

Most third class place to stay, I will never recommend any one to go to this place, when I book the place through oyo, they fixed a price for me, but when I reach there The manager said that only 2 room for allot for me , but I booked for 6 rooms, after that I pay more money for only one night and adjust with my family members and friend with 3 rooms instead 6 rooms, They have no room service, No cable connection, no strong WiFi , bathrooms are very bad, so many mosquitoes, they didn't provide any mosquito oil, insted of that they give me some mosquito coils, So, please guys avoid the place to stey

Room are spacious specially room no. 11. The staff are also quite helpful , best par near the railway junction. There is also wifi service also you can book it from oyo.. best hotel to stay in short journey.

Service / people are good but the rooms aren’t good. The windows are broken n the location is in a prime which is surrounded by traffic due to which we couldn’t even sleep peacefully..

Dirty rooms, non ventilated, owner arrogant and cheap behaviour reached by searching on OYO app, now i can understand the reason behind OYO downfall.

Worst experience ever, paid half payment for reservation of room , then asked us to pay more than the price I booked in . Said the website is fraud where I have booked from. Then cancelled our booking and shifted to another hotel far away. Just a waste of time And money.

Very hard and tough for senior citizens as the stairs for first and second floors are so steef just imagine you are climbing mountain.

Better options are available,room servicing isn't done ,toiletries aren't provided on time, washrooms are very filthy. Only location is a plus point

I would have rated it 0 star if option would have been there. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. There is no wi-fi. The staffs are rude. They don't provide breakfast but they provide option of charging for breakfast at booking. The worst thing is that they will check you out at 7 am in the morning so that you can't contact customer care regarding complaints

The one of the best Oyo for stay . Privacy can be a little bit issue as rooms are too close to each other otherwise everything was just perfect. Staff behavior was very humble and joyful. Services are best. Early check-in is not a problem. According to price everything is perfect. All the amenities were available. Highly recommended for everyone including unmarried couples.
