Been there twice within two weeks during lunch time, dining area always empty as if nobody eats there . never have the items that’s on the menu, I wanted meatball sub (no meatballs) , sweet onions chicken teriyaki (no chicken and no sweet onion sauce), B.M.T (no bacon), and cheddar broccoli soup… ( nope!! Only chicken soup) 10:30am no food,how???

I came in today Sunday 9/10 around 2 p.m. and a lady with blond hair with a nose ring along with a girl with black hair working there didn’t want to take my coupon. They speak no English at all. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

Located in shopping center. Extremely limited parking spaces available due to multiple businesses at the shopping center. At times worth ordering ahead, but I've had issues that the order isn't ready or wrong. This visit was good. Manager advised of an in store promotion which was better than the app promoting I was going to use. Always good specials on the Subway App. A few tables available for eating inside. No outdoor seating available. Don't call ahead for orders since their phone doesn't work or they don't pick up.

They need to close this subway down there charging people the wrong amount and doing the subs wrong

Unfortunately, this location only had one employee working at the time of the visit. He had multiple Uber requests and many other people ordering other sandwiches. I waited at least 30 minutes for my sandwiches. Just not the usual service. Disappointed! I hope they hire more people soon.

I got here and some douchebag in a black t shirt and his dirty blonde bimbo Cuban wife were ordering 10 different sandwiches. I kindly let the staff know I will gladly wait if they want to take a break. 5 star service. I don't know how they could smile, work and talk to this guy at the same time. The more sandwiches they made the more sandwiches he wanted.

This place is always in a up and down state of quality. The inside looks nice and its always rare to see it messy or dirty. The food is regular subway, service is either decent or your get some worker who is in between jobs and will likelye never see them after a month, more than likely management runs them out. But if u order uber eats be prepared for them to not take your order seriously. They'll just make whatever standard sandwhich without taking ur directions into consideration. Its a standard subway. With fast food quality service.

My brother paid for 2 subs online and they were tryin to make us pay for it again and we show the the lady we paid for it and they going back and forth us and we was there for an hour tell her and showed we already bought it and she had the receipt with are order in her hand

Miguel is the best! We accidentally went in right as he was cleaning and doing his end of shift duties & still served us & he didn’t even have to , he just simply did. give him a raise! :)

The senior staff lady was very rude to another customer and myself. Arguing with customer and making sarcastic smirk. Subway just lost another customer.

The food was Disgusting also the order was wrong 😑

Brought a Coupon for a foot long coupon, was not accepted DUE to System problems, and only Credit or Debit Cards Only, No Cash??!! NOT Good

Always under staffed ,the staff is never happy and my last visit there I walk In and they yell out there no bread it's only for uber customers . My time and money is the same as a "Uber "customer.

Besides almost never having a different bread than plain white bread, their talking is way more important than attending the clients. Even the gentleman checking the refrigerators was looking in their direction as they were chatting unbothered by me being there. Just said thank you, have a nice day, I see your talk is more important than doing your job" and I left. They were still chatting, one lady came out as I was leaving out the door.

The most humiliating experience I have had in this store. I tried to make an in-app purchase from subways and it gave me an error, my daughter opened her doorDash app and did it in a minute. A few days later I receive a charge to my bank card of the order that had been wrong in the application. I immediately called the store, no one answered, I called for a whole week thinking someone would answer and my car broke down, I couldn't go to the store. my husband told me that he would pass, he did it twice and nothing was solved (he has to come and talk to the supervisor). On the subway website they never responded, I sent like 10 and nothing. Today we were finally able to talk to the supervisor and he told me that she would send all the information to her general manager (owner I think). She call with an attitude and humiliating from the beginning. From the start she refused to pay and told me that everyone was responsible except them. To be honest, I ended up wanting to throw up from the headache. I never use the Subways app again. And coming back to this store never, Not even If it had to be the only subway store in my area

Great sandwiches, great location, and cold drinks, plus you can do your shopping on 20th street shop strip

Worst sub shop ever , took me 30 minutes to order a sub , only one person working at dinner rush time , absolutely ridiculous . After 30 minutes I ate half my sandwich only to find out that the pickles were bathed in the jalapeño juice. Being a person with cirrhosis of the liver this episode messed my whole abdominal cavity , long story short , I ended up at the ER because it made me throw out.

Been trying for 30 minutes calling this store order from them and the sandwich was wrong Noone answered and after a while it seem as someone was picking up and hanging up...ridiculous

My subs were delicious. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Close this store down, they never have internet so they cant take any orders, worst store ever, might as well shut it down and open up something useful there

This subway gets the worst star because now when you want a little more on veggies they are charging $1 per veggie. Subways theme is always what the customer want. I’m never gonna go to that subways no more.

The lady that works there always closes early the store does not close exactly at the time it supposed to close!!

Every time I order a simple tuna and cheese bowl with nothing else they ALWAYS GET IT WRONG Terrible place GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO BETTER!

The ladies are Very rude, they don’t change their gloves. The cross contaminate, there slow with lots of attitude. The young man on Saturdays gets a star in my book cause he’s greeted me and said thank you for coming in.

Food was tasty, they made the sandwiches with love and place is clean. Got our order right. Parking a little difficult. Will come again
