Use to like this spot. I use to go weekly since I work across the street. The first time I tried this place I tried the chicken which was awful. I didnt even finish the wrap then I tried the ground turkey which I loved. I would order a turkey bowl and a smoothie bowl which cost over $20 every week. I would order through uber eats so that i could just pick up my food and go. At first things were OK but then each time I ordered there was something missing or something wrong with the order until the last time that I ordered my food. After I got home and ate most of the food, I took a bite and something felt weird. I spit it out and at first I thought it was the outside of a chickpea until I unraveled it and saw that it was piece of a plastic wrapper. Havent been back since and will not return.

Food is healthy and fresh, and the staff is friendly! I grab lunch from this restaurant almost every workday. Kike, Nadine, Giselle, and the rest of the crew are always welcoming and helpful.

**WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY** I went in today for lunch, their self ordering kiosk was completely ridiculous and time consuming. Several people ahead of me had difficulties. When it was finally my turn I entered my info and payed, the screen then showed “unable to process fee” so I entered my credit card again. The screen then showed payment processed. One of the girls asked if I had ordered twice and I said no, I checked my bank account just to find out I was double charged. I told one the girls, she took my info and said she would contact the manager since the manager isn’t there and they don’t know how to handle refunds. :| I’m not sure why there’s no manager available to handle refunds on the spot. I still haven’t received a call… I’m disputing this charge with my bank. This is ridiculous. Don’t go there!!!

I ordered the burrito, and my travel partner got the strawberry banana smoothie. Both were so delicious I forgot to take a photo of them 😂😂. I will say the restaurant is extremely small, but makes up for it in the food we ate. It was a bit more than we expected but again, it was delicious and very convenient since we were staying in the hotel just next door. Which has a door leading straight into the lobby. The only bummer part is the place closes around 5pm. 8.5/10 for sure! I would come back to eat here again given the chance.

Very friendly and delicious food they are the Best

I work within walking distance but I’m not able to leave my post during shifts so I opt for delivery. I still like the place, but this location has been having problems which has resulted in paying for orders and not receiving everything. I don’t know what their issue is in the morning, afternoon, or evening, but I have consistently been missing parts of my order and had to get refunds through Ubereats. You live and learn and I’ll be skipping this spot from now on. Also the image below is not even my order, nor the order that is on the receipt.

I love place. I eat here on a regular basis and they never disappoint. Their food is always fresh and they always give generous portions. Their prices are also ideal for everyday meals and quality of food.

Worst place ever Meet was cold Chicken was cold And when I turn around the girl was grabbing chicken with her bare hands and eating. Only good thing, they return my money since I only had one bite. 👌🏼 No for me but go ahead and try it I guess

This is my favorite smoothie spot (no pun intended) in the area and I have been to them all. Service: Most recently I was helped by Gaby who was quick, and kind, can’t ask for more. Never had bad service with anyone here. Smoothies: I have had the Popeye smoothie, Super Green smoothie, tropical breeze and a few others. They’re all DELICIOUS, with my favorite being the Popeye. Food: Have only tried the empanadas which are great but the food looks good to me at least All in all this place is 5 stars, but some people have had bad experiences in the past.

Such a beautiful place. The food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Our waitress was beyond fantastic, best service I’ve ever received from Hebe. She was patient with describing the menu, gave her own recommendations and you can tell she really knew the menu and most importantly appreciated the menu and creating the best time for our table. I swear by this place guys!! The smoothies are so good and the bowls are incredible. Also the staff were super nice and welcoming. My favorite smoothie is the Tropical Breeze. Highly recommend. Also the burrito is super super good too !

This place was a delight! Got the tropical wrap (added onions and mushrooms) and it genuinely might be the greatest thing I've eaten in the last month. The people are super kind and quick. The place is clean. And the aesthetic is simple. I also enjoyed the smoothie I got (passion fruit, mango, vanilla protein powder, ...) That was wonderful as well. I actually walked here from the frost museum. The distance is a fine walk but depending on the time beware of the heat from the sun.

This is my TO-GO place. I love the food here and the smoothies as well. My favorite is the steak I have never had a fast- food selling restaurant that served such good steak! The employees are also very attentive and nice. Definitely recommend.

Yes, I enjoyed my time at smoothie spot downtown, not only was the (creat your own bowl) l good the add ons were fresh the staff (Luis, Gabby, and Jeremiah) we're very nice and kind. I'm happy I've been going here for years. I find myself contemped knowing I enjoyed the peaceful time I have here at smoothie spot downtown when i eat.

A modern, solid place to grab a smoothie or a bowl, for breakfast or lunch. The place is small, basically a narrow hallway, but it's kept clean and stocked. Service is pretty good and reasonably prompt. The food is pretty good! Fresh ingredients and good variety of foodstuffs.

I ordered a steak bowl and the steak is overly seasoned. I always go to the Kendall or Doral location and the steak is way better and less seasoned.

Would have given 4 stars but they didn't give us milk for our coffees (it's stated on the check), no utensils for anything, no napkins. The lid for my smoothie bowl was not the right size so the whole thing spilled in the bag. It only got 2 stars cus of the amount of ground turkey in the miami salad, it was basically half a lb of ground turkey.

Disgusting smoothie. I had one sip it was gross. Asked to change it, they looked at me in a shock face. I said never mind. I just Throw it in the trash instead. I never leave bad reviews to any business but this time I had to. I always get berry smoothie at other places. But in this place you could taste it’s not a healthy smoothie. And if a customer asked to change they could.

We found Smoothie Spot after staying in Downtown Miami for a night. We ordered the Popeye which has a mix of fruits and vegetables and also one add on of the hangover (extra) which is a mix of ginger, chamomile and other ingredients which was delicious and definitely helped. We also ordered the avocado toast which was very filling. I would recommend this place for a quick bite.

Originally tried the south beach location and had a great experience so I decided to try the downtown location- the food is good but the customer service isn’t the best. Found these little pieces of what looks like a Christmas decoration but upon inspecting it was hard and bent like metal lol. The paranoia kicked in and I was not able to finish my food. Won’t be going back to this location :((

The food is great, the staff and ownership is helpful and very nice. Three smoothies, juices, bowls, everything is fresh and AMAZING! I personally like the Avacado Toast, Greek Salad, and Mango Tango smoothie. It can get a little crowded because of the narrow space but they are pretty quick so it doesn't matter.
