This community is disgusting. It is roach infested, also infested with rodents. The skunks and racoons keep getting into my garbage outside and yes I do keep it in a can closed, doesn't stop these filthy rodents. Almost got sprayed by a skunk. Maintenence is horrible and disrespectful. Maintenance is allowed in your home when you are not there. They say they always send a letter out before hand which is untrue. It's the acres masked with a better looking exterior. No place to raise kids. School distric is horrible. Definitely would not recommend for family or friends to move here. I do recommend everyone who does live here to find a way out.

They dont keep up with there tenants. Let the tenants on housing do as they please weed smoke selling drugs.man and woman in and ot of houses. When bring bought to there attention is ignored. Shoot out and old person gotstabed a few months back an old man

They tore down public housing and took over 150 homes from people and turned it into people that didnt even live in this city county or states homes. The people that tried to move back in had to have a 2,000 dollar a month in come. Their phony and the homes are cheap.
