The owner is completely unprofessional and rude. No one here wears a mask. I came here to cut my hair in layers. I literally had one section of hair one inch shorter than the length. She argued with me that she cut layers when she very clearly did not. She is rude and nasty to her employees as well. I would not recommend. There are a few other Dominican salons in the area, I would go there instead. Do not waste your time. Anyone who says they wear a mask is lying they do not ever! She’s busy talking and on her phone so if you want to spend your entire day here then this is the place for you.

Nice location, hair was well done, but everything else sucks. Like many people had complained no matter if you’re the first one there you will be there for 4 + hours. I asked for my hair to be done up so that it can be different for my maternity pictures. Meaning it was just a regular wash and blowup and she charged me 80.00, what’s?! Why?! I have curly hair a little down my shoulders. Of course I will no even say anything, but will never go back.

I stopped coming here after they snuck a keratin or relaxer in my natural 4C hair without my permission when I had came in to do wash and set on a sew in with leave out that I had in. I called to ask what did they put in my hair since the leave out was permanently straight and the rest of my hair was curly I needed to know so I could do it to the rest of my head but they denied putting anything in. It is now 2 years later the whole leave out has broken off. On top of all that no matter how early you come in you end up spending 5+ hours just for a wash and set.

I went in for a wash and blow dry. I was forced to get a roller set even after I expressed that I did not want rollers. I was told that they didn’t want me to sit with wet hair while waiting for the ONE person who blow dries. How do you have a salon with many workers and only one person capable of drying hair? What is usually 1.5-2 hours at my normal salon is now at the three hour mark and I’m still waiting for the blow dry portion. Ridiculous.

The best salon, however, they have the wrong schedule. She says 730 and I went 3 times and it didn't open at 730. She arrives at 830. She can change the schedule. I went to another one. They open at 800 o'clock. I take the schedule. If it's at 10. I'm at 10. because that's what the ad says that they know how to fix, you know, but they should write the correct schedule or by appointment so it may be better 👍

The service was okay. The people were wonderful, but I sat under a hood dryer for an hour and a half. And then they spent an hour blow drying it and flat ironing it. They did put a frizz treatment in, but my hair doesn't need that much time to dry, and it doesn't need much heat for finish flat ironing it. Other then that they were great.

This place is definitely recommendable and worth the wait!! They took my daughter right in told me to run my errands and transitioned her hair into everything she’s always wanted! Thank you Beldades, we will be back!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in for a wash and cut and told the girl my scalp was sunburned but she proceeded to scrub.I hate my haircut. This place was horrible. She didn't ask me what I wanted and proceeded to cut all my hair off making 1 side long and 1 side short. When I told her this wasn't what I wanted she tried to say it was like the picture I showed BUT she never looked at the picture and had the shampoo girl look and tell her what it was. I called my friends in with suggestions to fix it. The stylist got mad and cut the other side short leaving the top of my head long. Now I have to pay to get this fixed. NEVER AGAIN will I trust Dominicans to cut regular curly hair.

I should’ve just went with my guts and listened to the other reviews about how slowwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!! They are been here from 9:30 and it’s 2:55pm and still haven’t had a blow out yet. If you want to spend your whole day at a hair salon then this place is for you. They have a freaking walk in sign in sheet don’t even know if they follow it but that’s beside the point . And yes I will emphasize the word SLOW , more talking and other nonsense then trying to get client in and out the door. Worst experience ever won’t be back first and last!

Do not come to this hair salon. I went and the owner sneaked a perm chemical in my hair. I had breakage , my curls are gone and my hair started to fall. Very unprofessional and dishonest when I approached her.

Horrible service! I don't recommend this place at all. The employees treat customers badly and the owner is worse. Little professionalism.
