The food was great and the service was so attentive.

My husband had a late night craving got there a pass 10p. And was able to order ribs and rice. For take out it really delicious and the Casher/ hostess was a really nice tall lady thank you we did not get your name.

Went to the bar, everyone working at the bar was super friendly! Would love to see some more GF options in the future but great drink menu

The food was descent. The Loaded Potato skins left a little to be desired though. Had a nice old Fashioned there as well. Our server Hope was the differentiating experience though. She was positive and funny and upbeat. She was very helpful and very quick to tend to our needs. Her attitude and personality made it very apparent that she is an absolute natural at serving. She's an asset and deserves recognition 👏

Food was good and not good, Burger and chicken sandwich were good but the ribs were Luke warm. I say it was average

Nice atmosphere, my son loved the tender ribs, fries and coleslaw too! I had the mango Korean BBQ style Salmon, was very tasty with steamed broccoli and Jasmine rice. I Just wished the salmon portion was bigger, however I got filled up with my sides etc.🍚🥦 We had the tasty spinach and Artichoke appetizer with chips too. Very nice visit and our waitress was very sweet too! 😉🥂 Maybe next time we'll save some space for dessert.! We'll definitely be back soon, thanks again. G.I. Joe

Had an amazing experience at this Fridays location! Our waitress, Hope was super amazing and very helpful! All the staff were friendly and great. All the food was fantastic! Eyes were much bigger than our stomachs for this Mukbang. -The Goat Food Challenges & Sean THE MOUTH Eats

After last night experience. The food was good. But it took about 15 mins to get a drink, waiting for the food. The server explained they only had two waitresses serving atleast 12 tables at 430. Before the dinner rush. The restaurant wasn’t very clean. Sadly I had higher expectations of this restaurant. Hopefully the next time I visit, I’ll have a better experience. Not sure if I will return. The food and prices were decent. I would recommend more decorations on the walls and cleaning the place up. There was a wet spot on the floor for the full two hours we were there. They put a wet floor sign over it. People just kept walking around it. I wasn’t impressed that the mess wasn’t mopped up to bring up the appearance. I personally believe this restaurant needs attention and updating.

The service staff here are above average. They are excellent! After a long day, a nice hot meal out of the cold rainy night was just what the doctor ordered. I was immediately impressed by the door being opened to the restaurant for us, greeted and sat upon entering, and then having a very attentive, server to complete our dining experience. It was mid-evening and I had asked for coffee to which the server (wish I could remember his name) stated he would make me a fresh pot. Despite my saying don't make anything fresh if you don't need it. Kudos, unknown server. He took our order, interacted very well with my family, and remained attentive throughout our meal. The food, typical TGI Fridays. Unfortunately, the food is once upon a time...once upon a time, it was good. But because of the service, I would go back for a mediocre meal when I was passing through town.

It's been years since I've been at Friday's. The last few times were less than good BUT, We just don't learn so we tried it again.....The wings were dark. Not burnt but almost. I didn't think to take a picture until it was too late. My sons chicken tenders were over done. The steak was chewy, barely any Jack Daniel's sauce. My husband's medium well steak was bloody. It was over priced for the quality of the food. The worst part was the awful music that was playing. I felt like I was in the ghetto. I couldn't wait to leave. It was definitely my last time there. Which is sad because 15 years ago it was my favorite restaurant

We arrived at location at 11PM on a Wednesday night. A couple of people were already there for takeout and some people came in after us. Quiet atmosphere, and we figured it might be a bit to get food just because it was late. While waiting for our food we saw a bunch of to go orders and figured they must not have a lot of staff. After we were served our burgers, the cook, Connor actually came out and apologized for the wait and said he wanted to give us a discount. They were very busy for a weeknight! It was a very nice experience to be treated with such customer service and care. Courtney was running the bar and waitressing at least 10 customers in the restaurant while Connor was in the back making all of the food. I feel they exemplify good customer service and I would certainly return here again just because they were so awesome. Courtney was friendly and professional the whole time and I think it takes a lot to be hit with a wave of customers like that and keep smiling and take everything in stride. You guys rock, the food was great and I hope that you get a raise!! Thank you for a great late night dining experience 🙏😊

Stopped in for lunch (11/8) with my elderly aunt. Noticed a sign on the window offering sushi. (If I wanted Chinese, I would've gone to a Chinese restaurant) No hostess after waiting so we seated ourselves. The hostess then came over and said we couldn't sit there so we were moved to another table. We told the waitress of our app for the points and free chips. She took our drink order and my aunt ordered a raspberry tea. She brought her a regular tea with 5 raspberries in it. The other waitress apologized and brought her a tropical tea with was satisfactory. Finally our waitress took our order and we waited which didn't seem too long. We were half way through our meal and she finally brought our chips and salsa. I told her we no longer wanted them so she said she would bring us a take out container. That came rather quickly and we asked for another to take home what we could not finish. I couldn't take any more do I asked for the check. Which she got wrong and had to get help to fix it. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Food was good, hot and filling. We went in for a very late lunch on Saturday afternoon and were greeted instantly, but then as soon as we placed our food order almost completely ignored. Our server didn't come to see how we were doing until I asked for an extra side of marinara sauce. There were no servers scanning the floor to make sure that no customers needed anything. And when we needed a refill, I walked myself to the back, found them back there chatting, and another server brought the refill. Please just know that when we come back to visit this area, we will dine elsewhere as should you.

Our waitress was very nice and prompt. We got the sampler appetizer (the potato skins weren't that great this time around, but everything else was good). I got one of their new burgers the southwest tornado twist burger (it was pretty good), the potatoes were much tastier than i was expecting. My son got the chicken and broccoli alfredo tortelloni, which I have had before and that is really good.

Typical TGI Fridays. Good food. Friendly staff. Great bartenders, strong drinks. Service a bit slow but everybody is having that problem lately. They just can't hire enough people. Still I visit once a week. I always enjoy myself and I'll keep going back.

OK so we were really really hungry. We stopped and I ordered some green beans. I won’t say they were not good they were good because I was hungry. They were not hot they were warm everything we got was lukewarm. We don’t complain normally but I’m leaving a review because this is just not good. The only thing good was my husband‘s wings in my opinion. He said they were not good. I ate most of mine however I don’t like the whiskey bourbon especially on the chicken and the bread was stale the fries were cold and not good. I will not go there again I’m going to call corporate. He should have complained but he doesn’t like to do that. As a service industry worker of over 25 years I know better than to bring Luke warm and cool food to a table. I wondered why they were not busy around 1:30 in the afternoon on Good Friday. Now I know.

This was probably the best TGI Friday experience i have had. The food was great. The service was great. Too bad Friday can't replicate this experience everywhere.

The drinks were good, food was nice and atmosphere wasn't bad either. They have pretty nice menus for both alcohol and food. Another bonus was the workers were so sweet! I got a "Diddy on the beach" which consists of vodka, coconut run, lemon & lime juice, agave necter, blueberries and yellow red bull. 10/10. 🤤🍹🍸🥃 I got the whiskey glazed sesame chicken strips. They were SO good but really sweet which I was not expecting. 8/10 I got a side ceaser salad. Kinda hard to screw one up. 😂 10/10.

I’ve been dining at Fridays for almost 1 year daily for lunch. I visit so often I know the chef name (Al) he makes the best Cajun pasta!!! The establishment has hired a new waitress by the name of Dorthy. Her customer service is awful! While dining two gentlemen next to me expressed that they can tell that her energy with me was very dismissive and as if she didn’t want to attend on me. I spoke with the manager David who is aware of how often I visit the establishment about Dorthy and her behavior body language throwing the table set up on the counter along with my drink and menu. When I was finished dining I asked for my tab and when it was thrown at me by her she addressed me by telling me if I’m not happy with her service to find somewhere else to sit. I was taken back and demanded to speak with the manager again and expressed to him that she is very unprofessional and that her service engaging with me would only result into negativity. As I told Dave I spoke with him so he could address her and that it wasn’t for her to address me!!!! I told him that her behavior was very confrontational. My tip for her is to get a better paying job if she isn’t happy and maybe a job that offers dental insurance!
