Noo rating start for this restaurant, After I Waited for 5 minutes, they gave me this disgusting and ugly McDouble … I order chicken nuggets but never gave me the bbq sauces, also I order 3 cokes and only gave me 2, this place is the worse and nasty place, NEVER visit this Fkng place, pleas you’ll waste your money, I throw my money to a garbage…

I went inside because the drive up line was so long. Once inside it took 25 minutes to get a Big Mac. It was obvious that between drive up, door dash, and inside customers, they just couldn't keep up. I counted 9 employees working on orders. They all were busy trying to get the orders out, so I'm guessing there were just too many orders to handle. Unfortunately this new business model has taken the fast out of fast food. I think I'll return to local diners or Wawa since they now get the food out quicker than McD's, and the pricing is only slightly higher. On the bright side people waiting for their food kept busy on their phone, didn't complain, and were pleasant.

If they try to make you park out front just be nice, say no thanks i'll wait here. They're just inconveniencing you to game their drive-thru times. Only time you should have to park is if ordering food for 3+ people

Eggs were overcooked, tasted like rubber, biscuit was hard as a rock and they forgot the condiments. I had to throw out the food.. This was the second time I got the big breakfast that was burnt. Tried calling the number on receipt and the line wasn't in service? Had to go to the restaurant and was offered another meal, instead of my money, and the burger was burnt and the fries tasted like they were soaking in oil for days!? It was terrible, I won't be returning.

Frankly I thought the one in 15 st in Allentown was bad, this one is going the same way. Plus, I didn't knew now the mc donal's were ghetto, because since I enter the door, there was a lot of cursing and bad language and the manager quiet as an old radio. Good place but need to be a little more strict in the language.

I deliver for Grubhub and I had an awful experience here. I walked in and asked for my order, and they told me “we’re working on it.” Okay, that’s fine, I thought, I’ll have to wait a few minutes and I’ll be on my way, like most other McDonalds locations I’ve been to. Well, 10 minutes later, and nothing. I saw the order screen behind the counter and all the delivery orders were still on there. I don’t even think they started mine. While this was happening, a huge line formed behind me, with about 10 people waiting for their food. I needed a bathroom break while I waited so I went into the men’s room…only to find out there was no toilet paper left. Seriously??? I cleaned up the best I could and went back to the lobby, and everyone was still waiting for their food. After another minute or two I decided I had enough and unassigned the order. Hopefully the next driver had a smoother experience than I did, but I doubt it. Never coming back here again as a delivery driver and probably not as a regular customer either. This is a very poorly run store.

Service and atmosphere ( for kids) were good. The food is terrible. The prices are high espwcially for a fast food place. I could do better at a sit down restaurant. Although they advertise a lot of things, the stock is low and many item were not available.

They have terrible Shakes. They are selling plain vanilla ice creams instead of shamrock shakes. And charging more for it than other McDonalds in the area.

How can I put a NEGATIVE 100000 on service!? I was there this morning around 8:45am we got a 2 mobile pick up orders. We gave her both codes, got handed both receipts. We got 4 steak egg and cheese on a bagel in total I got one then I got the other order with 2. So we were missing one in a bag. We tell the employee and gave us hella attitude so then the “””””“manager”””” comes and is getting loud and escalating this situation instead of handling it and is saying “oh I saw her put the two in there” there was one sandwich in one bag and 2 in the other which is 3…. She also took the bags back to check for herself and took my hash brown out! Terrible service, employees, just worst experience. It was to early to be getting loud at the McDonald’s drive thru🙄 Never had an issue with McDonald’s service until now.

Service was slow. Waited 20 min for food. For the store to be fully staffed, that shouldn't happen. Ppl were complaining. Some of the workers weren't delegating orders,just really unorganized. I even observed someone take a milkshake from the counter and pour it back into the ice cream machine. Not good. The funny part is that I just ordered one. When I finally received it. I looked at it with three heads and simply threw it out. Cross contaminated products are not safe to ingest. They should have learned that in food safety class 101.

The late night drive-through is always so slow, but, at least there IS a late night drive-through. It's one of the few 24hr options, and therefore amazing and they deserve credit for that. Thank you to the staff that works late!

Food is always cold , inside service fast, but this location needs assistance with the freshness, neatness & temperature of food. Cheese on items shld be melted, French fries shld be hot at all times. Don't say it can't be done bcuz I travel to NJ several times a week and visit two locations there for the past 3 yrs & each and every time all their items are fresh, neat & steaming hot. Especially fries without having to ask. Please do better....Stop giving out cold food and having customers question themselves whether to complain for fear food will be tampered with.

We honestly don't eat fast food very often as the quality is usually poor and it's just plain bad for you. A few weeks ago the wife and I were each heading home from work very late and simultaneously. She called me and said she didn't want to make dinner. It was 2am after all. We met up here and went through the drive through. Got a pair of big macs and some nuggets and fries to share. The food was quick, fresh and well made. You don't often or really ever get that at a mcdonalds let alone at 2am. Kudos.

A cook came out of the toilet stall without washing his hands. Alerted the manager and asked for a refund before our order was prepared. I got the refund, but she never pulled him from the kitchen...and continued to take food orders! DISGUSTING!!!

McDonald's is as American as it gets. A Big Mac, french fries, and a fountain poured Coca-Cola. Does not get any better, I can assure you that. I miss the days when there was a dollar menu. When a 5 dollar bill could feed you and last night's date first in the morning, on the way to take her home (Uber did not exist then). It was a good cheap meal which wasn't going to be too heavy on her pocket book (if you know what I mean). 5 stars because McDonald's is the one and only. Nothing can compete, nothing can compare, always open when you need it most.

Bad experience. Yesterday we ordered some things, but it turns out that one of the triple cheeseburguers had 2 pieces of plastic labels inside the burguer.When my husband went inside to talk to the person in charge, she didn't even apologize and her attitude was very bad. That event happened on the night shift. We will never return to this restaurant.Unpleasant experience👎👎👎👎 Mcdonald's Union Boulevard Allentown.

It doesn't matter if you go inside or go through the drive-thru foregoing side any time of day they are extremely slow preparing your order however they are exceptionally friendly and helpful just very slow preparing your order.

This place definitely improved since COVID restrictions were lifted. Recommend the app there's always a special offer.

3/5/23 around 2pm was my visit at the drive thru,ordered a Big Mac meal wanted a Shamrock shake was told they didn't have the shakes, so I got a coke,also got a double qp,got home the fries were in bag upside down, no straw for my coke or napkins, Big Mac roll was stale, fries were ice cold, I only live 2mins away, girl at window wasn't pleasant at all seemed a little rude, I will Never visit this McDonald's again.

Went to drive through order my food got to 2nd window and they handed me my drinks asked me to pull around to wait for my food. I wanted 5 minutes the lady comes out with my food I check the bags they forgot my small fry so I drive back through drive through (I didn't go inside because a family member I live with has Covid) and wait to tell them they give me my food to drive home and they put bacon on one burger (don't eat pork) and for BOTH burgers to be raw in the center. I spent $40 dollars on fries and drinks because we didn't eat the burgers. I didn't even receive an apology when I drove back through the drive through!!

We used the drive-through and ordered Chicken McNuggets. It was a bit dry and tasted like they were in the oil a bit too long. We actually had some stomach upset to the point that we didn't finish the meals and threw it out. Hope the next experience goes better for us.

Clean restaurant, good (not OLD) food and for once friendly staff. Usually, it's dirty. I will not eat inside of the Lehighton, PA restaurant. It has a bad odor, flies and the food is terrible. This one was quite the opposite.

Only one younger guy working and he made it happen. It was like 1130pm and the line was enormous. Give that kid a raise. My fries were still hot.

Very clean, quick service. Coffee sometimes has been cold or very weak. Food orders are sometimes inaccurate. Bic mac with nothing on it. Quarter pounder ordered without cheese..came with cheese.

I just brought a Big Mac in McDonald’s on union blvd Allentown pa and almost finishing it I bit and felt something I spit out what I had in my mouth and found this piece of not sure of its fiber glass or glass. I will never eat McDonald’s again I try calling to report and there phone number is not working you people need to be more careful I could of died because of this I am reporting this.

My burger was extremely cold, and when I took a bite, it turned out to be raw and pink. Despite multiple attempts, the store didn't answer my calls. Smh if I get sick I’ma sue the supervisor and McDonalds

The food is sometimes is sloppy and the large fry is like a small fry food cold like what the heck
