    Why do you ask for customer’s phone numbers when they place a refill order if you don’t use it to notify them of problems or delays? I was told to wait another 2 hours because of a question regarding my rX. This could have been solved with a simple 1 minute phone call or voicemail. You could even send a text. We have the technology for sending quick memos. I asked the pharmacist why they didn’t call and I was curtly told that if they called whenever there was a problem they would never get anything done. If it had been 20 minutes or so I could understand this thought process... but 2 hours? People are busy y’all and they don’t appreciate it when you waste their time.

    I have repeatedly had issues with the pharmacy. I made a trip to pick up a script and was told it wasn't ready to come back. Several hours later when I returned I was told they didn't have it to come back the next day. The average wait time for scripts here is 24 hours and usually a minimum of 3 trips for me to get a prescription filled. They never contact me to let me know there is an issue and I waste my time and gas driving back and forth. I was in last night to see if they had a prescription in stock because the pharmacy I switched to was out of stock. It was an antibiotic for my son. They refused to fill it at 8:50 because they were closing in 10 minutes and said it would be ready this afternoon. Not sure why it takes several hours to fill the script. I know the other pharmacy tried to call three times and no one answered the phone. It just rang and rang. I have dealt with them for over 20 years and it just keeps getting worse. I definitely won't be returning to rite aid again! Edit to add I called at 12pm to see if it was ready and it was not. When the technician asked the pharmacist if there was a note to call on the script she said oh ya, but had not done anything to fill the prescription dropped off the night before. Great customer service right there! I called another pharmacy and had it ready in 30 minutes!

    It all depends on if they answer the phone. There are days they refuse to answer their phone regardless of what hour you call. I give up calling the West State St pharmacy, they refuse to answer the phone for retail or pharmacy. Then it depends on who you get when they do answer their phone. I've had some who plainly tell me "No, don't have it". And I call right back and get a different person in less than a hour. And would you look at that, they are willing to put me on hold and go check. No matter what kind of service you get. I've had some ladies make certain that I get the right prescriptions. Because only a certain flavored medicine will do. And I've had prescriptions sit there and wait until I call and check on them, two to three days after the Dr sent the script in. I am signed up to be notified when my prescriptions are ready. Maybe the store can find a way to notify me when they get my scripts and inform me if they can fill it, so I'm not waiting for them to tell me "it's ready for pickup". But rather, it's not getting filled at all and I need to look elsewhere. That's really not how it's supposed to work. But I've been told, "Good help is hard to find nowadays." I already contacted Customer Care. The 5 minute phone call was no help.

    My favorite drugstore in the Alliance area. The sales associates are always kind and helpful. This is the place I shop when I dont want to go to a big grocery store. Also, their sales are GREAT!

    Rite Aid pharmacie in Alliace west st street.. on 12/20/22 The pharmacists was so incredibly rude. Did not want to help with my prescription. I had a coupon that was good to the middle of 2023 she kept telling me it will not work.. The only one there that will help is Andrew… You just lost my business..

    Fantastic sales and always clearance sales. The associate informed me about a sale on laundry soap. Buy 1 get 2 free! Thanks to the associate ! I would of missed it if she did not let me know. Always nice to see employees who care.

    The manager is so inept. The lady that manages the place shouldn't manage a McDonald's let alone a pharmacy. "I don't know" When it's your store doing something is not an acceptable answer. I only gave it a two star because the other employees are actually pretty nice. The manager had another employee call back and apologize for her, which, is extremely immature.

    3rd time pharmacy tech was nasty. Same girl same attitude, eye roll ect.. get a different job Miss obviously this is NOT your calling working with sick people when you don't want to take the time for them
