It
all
depends
on
if
they
answer
the
phone.
There
are
days
they
refuse
to
answer
their
phone
regardless
of
what
hour
you
call.
I
give
up
calling
the
West
State
St
pharmacy,
they
refuse
to
answer
the
phone
for
retail
or
pharmacy.
Then
it
depends
on
who
you
get
when
they
do
answer
their
phone.
I've
had
some
who
plainly
tell
me
"No,
don't
have
it".
And
I
call
right
back
and
get
a
different
person
in
less
than
a
hour.
And
would
you
look
at
that,
they
are
willing
to
put
me
on
hold
and
go
check.
No
matter
what
kind
of
service
you
get.
I've
had
some
ladies
make
certain
that
I
get
the
right
prescriptions.
Because
only
a
certain
flavored
medicine
will
do.
And
I've
had
prescriptions
sit
there
and
wait
until
I
call
and
check
on
them,
two
to
three
days
after
the
Dr
sent
the
script
in.
I
am
signed
up
to
be
notified
when
my
prescriptions
are
ready.
Maybe
the
store
can
find
a
way
to
notify
me
when
they
get
my
scripts
and
inform
me
if
they
can
fill
it,
so
I'm
not
waiting
for
them
to
tell
me
"it's
ready
for
pickup".
But
rather,
it's
not
getting
filled
at
all
and
I
need
to
look
elsewhere.
That's
really
not
how
it's
supposed
to
work.
But
I've
been
told,
"Good
help
is
hard
to
find
nowadays."
I
already
contacted
Customer
Care.
The
5
minute
phone
call
was
no
help.
