Update: changed it to 1 star when I realized that I ordered chicken from here 5 years ago and noted they must be resetting their chicken timers at that time. The chicken then was also so dried out it was hard like jerky. I guess they never learn, and apparently neither had I because I ordered the same gross food twice. I've learned my lesson now though, maybe they will as well. I'm not going to be the one to find out. Good luck everyone, but I'd stay away from their heatlamp driedout chicken. Update: 1 week ago (2 stars): obviously they reset the timers on their chicken rather than throwing it away. Very thin and dried out. Update: 4 yrs ago: (3 stars) Since my last review, this McDonalds has added little desk computers for children to play preloaded games on. Its still not a "play place" and there are only 4 computers but it's DEFINITALLY a great use of the space they had available. Original Review: 5 yrs ago (3 stars): Only two good things about this McDonalds. The first is that the staff is always friendly and the second is that the tea is always better than the other end of town. The store layout is absolutely terrible which ruins the whole place. Inside there is no play place for children, just a little area that is really only suitable for kids under 4. The rest of the restaurant is just standard seating and there is only 1 ice machine. The outside parking lot is set up with too many entrances which makes every trip here feel as if you're going to be in an accident just coming or going. (Which is compacted by the fact that no matter which entrance you come in, you are forced to drive all the way around the building because the double drive thru has a concrete barrier that extends way beyond necessary on either end. Don't even think about leaving the drive thru line once you are in it because you literally can't even if you wanted.) The food here is good if they're busy but terrible if not. More than once I've left with a crispy chicken piece that had obviously had its timer reset multiple times to the point that it was practically chicken jerky. (Which they will happily make right if you go back and theyll usually give you coupons to make it up to you.) The worst part about the place though is that when you pull up to the drive thru you are greeted by a realistic voice telling you to go ahead and order. Its actually a machine which is frustrating to the point that I avoid the drive thru now. It never fails that you will start to order and at the end the employee will ask what the first few items were because they weren't ready to take your order when you started. Its a McDonald's so the standard isn't very high to begin with, and yet this is still a 3 star McDonald's when only compared to other McDOnald's.

This place deserves no stars at all. I came in here with my friend to pick up an online order that was ready. We were the first in line and it took more than 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us as there is no one running the cash registers. Then after we told him we had an online order, we got ignored and he kept saying he would get to it. Not to mention how disgustingly dirty it is with food cross contamination and an extreme lack of glove wearing. Also one guy before us waited 10 minutes to get a frozen Coca-Cola. After waiting almost a half hour to just get service, it really ruined my night. The slowness, rudeness, and dirty environment, makes this place deserve negative stars. Do not go here and support this location.

Was charged for stuff I didn't get. Didn't discover until I got back to hotel. I'm sure McDonald's is fine without my business, but this sucks. Travelling for holidays from out of state and I waste my money and don't get my breakfast.

Food is garbage, wouldn't feed it to my animals let alone myself or my kids. The only thing they had going for them was cheap breakfast but now $7 for two sausage McMuffins and two hash browns? Better off ordering take out from Bob Evans.

My grandparents and I just went through the drive thru and we had James helping us and he was SO kind and sweet! Thank you James for making our experience awesome!! Give him a raise for his great customer service 😊😊😊

Was in line at 10:55. Tried to order 2 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Cashier was rude said it now lunch time and price changes at 11am.

fairly certain McDonald's is always the same no matter where you go! LOL I make this call with history... aka, I've traveled the world twice over, and spent a large amount of time in the southern hemisphere AKA Australia and africa... and I can tell you here and now, it's the same pretty much everywhere you go ;-) the only difference is the service and how polite the staff members are. this one was moderate / average.

I like this location best because it's easier to get back out on State Street going west due to the traffic light. They usually get my order right and they have a variety of value menu items.

Nothing much to say. They block the drive thru so if you come in you have to circle the entire building. Workers are slow and rude just like most mc donalds

Sandwiches was hot and made perfect best Big Mac I've had in 3 months

19 dollars for 2 double cheese 2 small fries and 4 apple pies, all the prices increase but the quality of food or service never does. Worst fast food joint hands down never going to a McDonald's again.

I just left, 6:12pm on Friday July 7th. I was pulled to wait for a box plus a 10 pc which was fine, but when they brought it out there were things missing. I went in and the manager was rude. He didn't apologize for the mistake, he snapped at me and practically threw the missing food at me. I worked at McDonald's for 5 years so I know how things are. And yes maybe it's busy and hectic but that's NO excuse for being rude when you made a mistake in the first place. Completely unacceptable behavior, from a manager no less.

Uh, please, your bathrooms are dirty. I know alot of kids like it but not me. Staff rude forget orders give you wrong food. Handicap accessible

Service wasn't the issue the food however was gross my husband got a bone in his nugget and I ordered two double hamburgers with no onions and both burgers had cheese on them and onions on them couldn't even eat 🤢🤢

Drive Thru order, around 1pm. Drive thru attendant very difficult to hear (windy day), but more than that, the attendant was very impatient. It sounded like she was upset with us for taking a few minutes to decide what we wanted. We took more time than usual because it was difficult to hear her answers to our questions. Order wrong anyway at the window, adjusted with her there, same attitude. I think she may be an awesome attendant, but perhaps isn't ready for drive thru yet. Food was as expected, order complete and correct after payment.
