Luxury stay worth every penny. Staff well trained always ready to help with a smile on their faces. We stayed in their two bedroom apartment for three nights, and we will love to visit again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt so comfortable and taken care of. The front desk associate Dulce was absolutely amazing and ensured we had everything we needed for our room. 10/10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The housekeepers kept our room so clean and were so kind when we asked for anything extra. 10/10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel was in a great location with such a beautiful view. There are many amenities that the hotel offers and everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely love to come back to Lisbon and stay there again. After a long day , we were welcomed by Ana and the door man, at this stylish hotel, with beautiful sea and nature views. Extremely clean and well presented. Our room was very well presented and clean, a wide range of amenities and an expresso coffee machine. Comfortable beds, the breakfast is your average, but well stocked, Absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

Standard rooms are small with 2 single beds together. Room service starts at 9:20am and the constantly wake you up with noises from the hallway and knoking on the door - make sure to have 'do not disturb' on the door before going to bed if you don't want to be waken up in the morning. PS: first time I see room service starting so early

The hotel and rooms are very nice, view is exceptional and close to the beaches. BUT I encountered a couple big inconveniences. First off, when I checked in around 5am local time, the front desk informed me that they had given my room away to someone else which was on the highest floor, they gave me a key to a different room and told me to come back the next day and my original room which I paid for would be ready. So I walk into the room they gave me and there is a woman fast asleep half naked in the bed immediately close to the door. Confused, I went back to the lobby and told them what happened, they gave me a different room, again and that’s the room I stayed the rest of my 7 day stay. Also when I arrived and checked in, I paid full price via visa credit card, 2 days later I LUCKILY noticed a full amount charged to a different credit card of mine, also by the hotel. If I had not noticed (which i rarely check my statements) they would have stolen an entire $1,000 from me… I was appalled. Immediately went to the lobby, they barely apologized and issued me a refund. Extremely unprofessional and unapologetic hotel, I am still not over the fact that they almost robbed me of $1,000.

The hotel was very nice for price. I was here for business, but it could quite easily be pleasure. Not too far from a beach, with the standard one expects from the crown plaza. Access was good if one needs wheels or not. I didn't use, but seems like parking was good. To be fair I was here in January, so there was not many people around or in the hotel.

One of the best hotels to stay in on the other side of the bridge. Thank you Gonçalo, Bruno , Luis, Sara , security, the cuisine chefs , the cleaning staff and others more for the lovely hospitality, food and service.

Easy Check-in.Great spacious rooms with balcony. Had a couple of issues with room, but quickly resolved by staff. Nice restaurant and food, decent bar with friendly staff all being able to speak English! 2 huge swimming pools, good gym and spa facilities. Less than 5 euro taxi to and from Costa Caparica's wide sandy beaches and town.

Hidden gem! For our first visit, we booked it last minute as we had a terrible experience with our Airbnb. It was a blessing in disguise as they had great IHG recognition, beautifully maintained nice smelling rooms, and awesome location so close to Caparica beach. Caparica was one of our favorite neighborhoods in Lisbon (rest are very grimy and full of bad graffiti). We liked it so much that we again stopped by last minute on our way to Porto from Algarve. Free parking and just 30 min drive or cab ride to downtown Lisbon (and you avoid the insane crowds). My only feedback is housekeeping and cleaning is terribly slow and non-communicative, so be prepared to wait much longer than usual. Seems they are understaffed, but our rooms were sparkling clean, so maybe they are just detail-oriented. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms are big an pretty with a nice balcony. Beach is too far for walking, cause there’s no good street, you need a car. The service is friendly, but the food in the restaurant is not good, most of the products are coming from the freezer, and its taking long time until you can eat. That’s why the restaurant is mostly empty. The pools, specially the one inside, are old and dirty, full of mold, they should clean it better, you can see how black pieces of mold are swimming inside the water.

My family and I went for lunch in the hotel restaurant (Raimundo) and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was the view! Also, very helpful and kids friendly staff.

Surprisingly, good. Lime the location views, good nearby walks and views. Amenities at the hotel seem good. The room I had was good. Balcony in the morning and evening I liked a lot.

Natacha and her team are absolutely the best class of service in Portugal! Everything I need was always immediately handled The property is 5 stars. Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool, full size gym, outdoor pool and located directly on a golf course 9 holes. The rooms and interior of this hotel are superior and high class! It's fancy!! From the moment I arrive to the moment I leave I know the staff is there to ensure my stay is a good one.

Loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in until checking out. Courteous staff, beautiful rooms and we had a nice sea view too! My IHG status was duly recognised and the staff were so kind and hospitable. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the hotel only 2 nights, but enjoyed it so much. The people are nice and service is good. We asked to change the room for the one with the bath and it was amazing 🥰 And one beautiful lady from the restaurant will always stay in our hearts ♥️ Her mane is Vanessa Pereira and she is awesome, kind and extremely hospitable.
