Un lugar muy interesante con cultura relacionada con Almansa. Desde hace poco tiempo tienen cedido un cuadro de Ricardo Balaca llamado «La batalla de Almansa» que antes estaba en el Prado. Una pasada. Merece mucho la pena ir a verlo.

Very helpful. Maps and small guide book (unfortunately only in Spanish). Knew most of the opening times of the relevant tourist sites and looked the others up.

Update: Manager reached back. She was very courteous and proactive . Offered to help when needed, and mentioned that if information is not available in their webpage, tourists can reach directly to them to obtain the necessary information. Almansa is a city worth visiting, especially their festivities. Terrible customer service! This is supposed to be an office to help tourists, but when you enter, you are received by a woman with an attitude. Almansa is a nice town to visit, but this office is not a good place to start!

Está todo muy cuidado , el personal muy atento , sobre todo el responsable del museo , se nota cuando alguien disfruta con lo q hace. Una visita muy recomendable tanto el castillo como el museo.

Visita guiada de la batalla es muy interesante y quien la imparte sabe mucho pero se REPITE INFINITAMENTE en sus críticas a lo poco que se cuida la cultura de batallas por parte de España que se hace MUY MUY PESADO. SI SE DEDICASE SOLO A EXPLICAR LA BATALLA QUE ES A LO QUE VAMOS SERIA UN 10 PERO SE PIERDE CONSTANTEMENTE EN SU CABREO . ES UNA PENA.

Personal atento, amable y simpático. Recomiendo empezar la visita a Almansa por aquí. Su ubicación, al pie del castillo, es ideal.

Bien la gente que trabaja ahí es maja, me han explicado las cosas que ver y demás. Aunque sinceramente solamente merece la pena ir a Almansa por el castillo y la maqueta que hay de la batalla pero no hay mucho más que ver...

Fui el lunes por la tarde y había una chica , la verdad con pocas ganas de trabajar dio poca información, y porque la preguntábamos , eso sí de fumar tenía tiempo ella .....

Las chicas súper simpáticas y te lo explican todo como debe ser. Visita al castillo y el museo de la batalla en 1h y media más o menos lo ves bien

👍 Bonito edificio para un ayuntamiento. Muy interesante su historia. Una maravilla que el precioso claustro y el fresco patio se aprovechen para exponer obras de arte modernas. Fantástico todo excepto una maqueta que hay en la entrada y que está destrozada y llena de polvo
