Espectacular! Acabamos allí de casualidad, qué casualidad mas maravillosa, trato perfecto, atención inmejorable y la comida muy buena, calidad/ precio muy bien. Jaime encantador y cercano. Pedimos por recomendación de nuestro camarero y genial, volveremos seguro. Dejo unas fotos pero no hacen justicia a lo buena que estaba la comida. Super recomendable el pulpo y la tarta de queso, aunque todo estaba buenísimo.

Tras 2 meses viajando por España (Madrid, Salamanca, Valencia, Barcelona y Granada) y hacer cuenta de todos los restaurantes que he visitado, Casa Jaime ha escalado a lo más alto de la lista. Calamares y pulpo deliciosos y muy tiernos. Para rematar, su carne de vaca madurada y su dorada en tempura. Todo a un precio más que razonable. Altamente recomendable.

WOWWW! Muy saboroso!!! From start to finish, this restaurant was a delight -- a hidden treasure if you will. Chef Jaime really has outdone himself with a place that oozes Manchegan charm while still being fancy enough to feel like you're dining with stars. We stopped here on our way home and it was a good decision. We started with bread with garlic mayo and crushed tomato puree to start. We then had a mixed salad. Next was the mains and they were outstanding when viewed against the backdrop of Spanish cuisine. We had the roast lamb leg in almond sauce and the honey curry steak. ¡INCREÍBLE! Everything was freshly prepared and made with love. The play of the almonds and the honey curry against the meats was so well thought out. But okay, we didn't stop there (or course not). I had the flan de coco and my companion had the Spanish pudding (natillas). We were already full by that stage but couldn't resist. The desserts were homemade, and it showed and tasted heavenly! By the time we left, we spent about 55€, including water to drink. My companion said it was the best Spanish restaurant he's ever been to, and he's not wrong! Do try this restaurant, we will definitely be back!!!

El restaurante estaba lleno, con gente esperando para comer, pero el servicio iba rápido y a la vez eficiente. Elegimos el menú del día, los platos tienen una calidad alta aunque las raciones las vimos un poco justas. El atascaburras tenía una textura y un sabor excelente. El muslo de pollo estaba también muy bueno, la brasa le dió un toque espectacular. Y la tarta de queso sublime y muy sabrosa, se deshacía en la boca. Una muy buena opción para comer a un precio asequible, 12€, que incluye primer y segundo plato, postre, ensalada, pan, bebida y café.

The waitress was really impossible and impolite....I tried to speak Spanish ..she was correcting me all the time....I tried 3 tapas ...don't t awful ....I went to so much restaurants ...my poncho Moruno were cold and dry . I wanted peper and ketchup ..she corrected me again ....this is the worst experience ever in Guardamar del segura.... I studied hotelmanagement ... The rest of the team was nice but she awful
