Rude store associates. I am brown. No one except white folks get a "Hi! Welcome in". This was not the first experience as well. I have observed this for the third time. When I'm followed by a white customer, they get greeted. Are they providing free stuff for other races? I think they need to understand that everyone pays their bill amount and they need to grow up to treat people the same way! Sad that such stores spoil the experience of avalon. PS - The store's name is free people. But, apparently it is not!

Employees were nice today. Idk what’s up with the “brown” people’s reviews all over Avalon but sometimes I feel like they got a chip on their shoulder. retail workers don’t make much more than min wage, you expect to be catered to? Lol

Eleanor and Laura made my shopping experience amazing! Both ladies were very helpful, kind, and accommodating. It feels rare to step into a store and feel cared for but they did just that and more. Not only was their customer service exceptional, the store was well stocked and very clean. Great experience! :)

Super duper high fi store to shop for relaxing wear. The fashion and design are near to latest and they carry the current trend. The feel of the store makes you look younger than you are and appeals to put yourself in one of their fitting.

Genuinely my favorite Free People store, but today I was severely disappointed with the associates. No one offered a fitting room, all the girls were standing around gossiping about other coworkers, the fitting rooms were all full even though nobody was using them, and the store was a mess. Usually when I come in Aliza is there and she’s so welcoming and friendly. I was not informed they were closing, but sensed attitude when I went to leave. The door was quickly locked behind me. Have been in retail a long time, so this truly disappoints me from one of my favorite brands.

Coffee is very good with taste and flavor. The atmosphere is too good.
