Such
SUBSTANTIAL
improvements
and
updates
were
made
since
I
last
reviewed
this
location.
Not
just
with
equipment
but
also
the
flooring
~
No
more
nappy
carpets..!
There's
a
new
turf
area
for
HIIT
and
free
weight
workouts.
All
the
other
machines
were
methodically
rearranged:
you
can
find
an
ab
isolated
area
by
the
bathrooms
and
even
a
mat
area
on
the
second
floor
with
the
cardio.
Things
you
should
know:
I.
PARKING
There
is
a
massive,
free
parking
lot
out
front
of
the
main
entrance.
II.
SERVICE
No
complaints,
but
nothing
outstanding
to
say
either.
III.
QUALITY
They
have
a
wider
variety
than
other
locations
we've
been
to.
This
particular
location
is
best
diversified
for
weighted
back
and
leg
exercises.
Other
LA
fitnesses
nearby
just
don't
have
what
they
have..!
In
the
cardio
areas
there
are
televisions,
which
is
nice
because
not
all
LA
Fitnesses
have
that
luxury
of
a
distraction.
IV.
CAPACITY
Busy
during
your
standard
rush
hour
times.
Lunch
time
seems
to
be
the
time
to
go
or
weekends.
