Avoid this hotel if you don’t want their incompetence ruins your vacation. We booked this hotel a month ago and paid in full on hotels.com. When we got there at night after long flight, they told us that they’ve canceled our reservation because the hotel was full. The manager at the front desk was rude, incompetent and didn’t care to resolve the situation. It’s was cold, dark and midnight our family had to find another hotel just for the rest few hours left of the night. Planned events next day was severely impacted due to this ordeal. Outrage was an understatement.

Great front desk staff! Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is nice - I felt safe throughout my stay. The rooms are nothing fancy, however, clean. I do think they need to remodel soon as some things in the rooms are a bit damaged, like the bathroom door due to all the humidity from showers. The breakfast selection in the morning was bigger than expected, although the choices varied every day and some days where better than others. The water does get hot, unlike some hotels. Overall, good hotel for a business trip.

Besides the very tiny counter and the fact that they put us in a handicapped accessible room without asking, the AC sounded like a freight train and the toilet stopped up at 10 pm!! Cannot recommended this hotel!!

Dark. Room was clean but dark. Counter tiny. Fridge did not work. Charged wrong amount. A large deposit was charged on top on entire stay without explanation .Hotel never corrected issues.

This has always been a our prime location when visiting this area weekly. Unfortunately, this week my auto was stolen, with all our personal belongings, from the parking lot, a few feet away from the lobby’s entrance. The theft has been an extremely devastating & beyond stressful. When Law Enforcement arrived I was inform by the Hotel Staff, there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS on the Premises. I’m extremely thankful No Lives were taken during the Auto Theft. However, I’m Livid after being inform there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS & NOR ONSITE GUEST PROTECTION after Numerous Stays @ this location. This is 2022 & Violence has Increased Worldwide, ALL SECURITY Measures should be implemented, mandatory & a priority for every Bonvoy location worldwide.

Had an infestation of roaches underneath from around the cabinet holding the tv. Maintenance personnel came to the room and sprayed for them but it didn't help. They were everywhere. They moved me to an adjourning room and I went to to target and purchased mine own bug spray to spray around the room since I was sharing the same wall as the original room. AC was not working properly and front desk personnel stated that they were unable to adjust it since only the manager had an app to control it. The second worker stated that wasn't true and came to my room and fixed the AC. Place was decent and staff was friendly but hard to sleep comfortably after seeing 15+ roaches in the first room. Would have changed hotels but the military already paid for the room for a business trip. Nothing was offered to remedy the situation and two housekeepers told me it is very common to see bugs/roaches in the rooms.

This was an excellent stay in every single way. The check-in was easy, staff was super nice and accommodating, beds very comfy, rooms and entire hotel VERY CLEAN, continental breakfast delicious with great choices, shower felt great with enough hot water and shower pressure…honestly, I can’t find one bad thing to say. Will for sure stay here again with my family!

The room was nice but there was noise from the street for the front side rooms which can be solved by having a double glazed window I guess! The breakfast was good but I was surprised by the plastic plates and cutlery I liked the service

Stayed at this hotel a few months ago for the beginning of our honeymoon. Hotel was lovely: spacious, comfortable rooms; a nice convenience bar by the counter, polite staff, and a nice variety of food for the breakfast. Certainly not the fanciest place with bars and pools and such, but if you’re looking for a great place to sleep, relax, and have some breakfast and a few other things, this is a great place to stay.

The room was clean, the staff was wonderful and polite. Really sweet actually!!! Really my ONLY complaints are the total inability to control water temperature in the shower, it was Popsicle or death ray, no ability to balance it to anything else, the lack of a microwave in the room, despite it being called a room with a kitchenette and how insanely tiny the room was and you couldn't close the drapes on the first floor level.

Stayed here with a large school group and the hotel looks like it was built a few months ago. Not an ounce of wear and tear anywhere. But it’s actually not brand new. Good job staff! Front desk and everyone I encountered was SO nice to our group.

This hotel was perfect for our long weekend. We had activities planned at the aquarium, zoo Atlanta and Stone Mountain. This was a great location, to keep our commutes short each day. Breakfast was perfect and the staff kept the area stocked and clean the whole time. Room was clean and had what we needed. No issues and very friendly staff. We would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were super respectful. The team checked me in so quickly after a stressful work day I did not want to be on my feet long. I dealt with a front desk agent named Nan; she was super respectful. I always stay at this hotel when I come by; I refuse to go anywhere else.

The entire staff, from the manager to front desk and cleaning staff, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure also! We would stay again!

The hotel Doesn’t have today’s modern look, but it’s clean and practical and everything works like it should. The attendants are exceptionally nice. The front desk was helpful, room service attendants also very polite. Ana, who was in charge of the breakfast is very caring and kind. We need more people like the people who work at the Fairfield Inn. They really did maintain true to their claims of believing in great hospitality which is on a plaque in the lobby.

Great location for where I needed to be. One piece of advice. If they try to give you room 118 as a King suite ask for a different room if possible. That room is in the worst location: Adjacent to the registration desk, next to the fitness center and very close to where they prep the morning breakfast which they start prepping around 4am. You hear everything. The room itself is decent but they should honestly make it an office for the hotel, a part of the fitness center, or anything but an available room. I had a reservation but got in very late and it was the only room available.

Very nice location. I am fairly confident i am in a neighborhood that when they walk into a store they don’t count how much money is in their wallet. The outside of the hotel looks very nice at night. Inside it’s an older Fairfield. There’s nothing wrong with that and the nightly price corresponds to what you get. I knocked off a star because I didn’t get a microwave in the room and I prefer hot waffles for breakfast not the individually wrapped ones but they are Costco waffles and good. Cherry trees were in bloom and beautiful to see.

This was a very nice Fairfield. I always stay at Marriott hotels and this one was very well kept and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! It is a smaller Fairfield but very quaint in that! The only negative I can say about this location is how close it is to a main road. The revving of engines woke me up a few times during my stay. The showers have all been renovated to be more modern. I would say that the glass partition wasn't long enough to keep the shower water from spraying on the floor, even with the shower head down as far as possible. So I used the towel to clean it up, but I could see it as a potential future mold problem. Overall I had a very nice stay and the breakfast had just enough options to fill me up! If I have to stay in Alpharetta soon, this will be my choice!

Great customer care! We got a room which the curtain was torn and the tub faucet dripped. They happily offered us another room. Good breakfast and the attendant was very helpful with allergy checking.

Great location for the sleep deprived. Hotel rooms are cleaned well. Front desk China was very sweet. The showers pressure is amazing prepare to be awakened. We checked out early but breakfast smelt amazing. The AGM was very cool and asked how my stay was which make us want to come back. It’s amazing how a one nights stay can make you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I will be back 🤩

Nantesha, was the name of the worker at the front desk that checked me in with a warm welcome and beautiful smile. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds are nice and comfy. The hotel is in a great location and pretty quiet for the most part. Breakfast was decent and they even offered veggies sausages which was a great surprise for me since I eat a vegetarian diet. My stay was great and I will definitely be choosing them whenever I’m in the area again.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights as we were here for a wedding. All other places were booked and this was the closest place to the event. Price was a little high in my opinion for what we got. 1 king size bed which felt good and a small room. The room had lights but still felt dark. Toilet was a little on the low size and shower was fine. Room had a tv but didn’t watch it. Most things around the hotel was about a mile away or a 20 minute walk. I don’t mind walking and we didn’t have a car. Breakfast at the single time we went was bare. They had cup cakes, sausages, three different cereals, Some fruits, cold waffles and that’s was all. Small area which was crowded so we went back to our room and ate.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location. Beds are very firm; so if you're older &/or have back/hip issues, you're going to hurt in the morning.

Great place to stay. If you want your room cleaned be sure to tell them at the front desk daily. They should make it clear to their guests that they need to make a cleaning request if they want clean towels in their room.

Everything about this stay was great. Initially I planned to stay one night & relocate closer to ATL Ga . I arrived late 11pm, receptionist quickly gave me keys & physically brought a microwave to my room. Next morning I was moved due to door lock jamming. Didn’t eat Morning breakfast On-site Designated ♿️ Parking Was Always Available. Pool was closed, cold outside anyway.

This location is really great and there is a male that is always there who is very nice to me. I love the ice cream and cookies he gives me, although I am trying to lose weight lol. I look for him whenever I stay because he makes an average place feels like a 5 Star place.
